Definitions
- the invention relates to a carrying device for moving a car of an elevator, in particular a carrying device for moving a car, which is movable in at least one direction, which does not correspond to a longitudinal direction of a hoistway of the elevator. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for converting the car.
- Elevators usually have a lift cage that can be moved in an elevator shaft. If the capacity of the elevator is to be increased, thereby increasing the efficiency of the elevator, then as a rule several elevator shafts are combined next to one another to form an elevator system. In addition to such a modular expansion to increase capacity, there is also the approach to operate several cars in a single elevator shaft and so to further increase the performance of the elevator system. In order to prevent mutual obstruction of the individual cars within a shared hoistway, the cars can, for example, be moved in a uniform direction in the respective hoistway, as in a paternoster. For this purpose, however, a separate shaft for the upwardly moving and the downward moving cars is to be provided in each case.
- a device is needed to transport the individual cars from one to the other elevator shaft.
- Other elevator systems use multiple manholes in which a plurality of cars can be moved both up and down independently in the same bay. Depending on requirements, cars are moved from the one shaft into the adjacent shaft at the lower or upper ends of the shafts in order to provide the appropriate car to the passengers as required and utilization of the respective shaft.
- the second car can not be opposite the first car moving upwards in the first shaft be used. Therefore, the second car is transported via a device for moving carts between the elevator shafts from the first shaft into a second elevator shaft in which there are no cars or at least only cars that are not in collision travel in the respective route section.
- the entire elevator system is very flexible and can respond flexibly and efficiently to appropriate requirements and thus increase its performance.
- a car can be moved between two elevator shafts in order to provide an elevator system for large buildings or large delivery heights.
- a car is moved on rollers in an elevator frame within a first shaft.
- the car is rolled out of the frame and moved to a rollable pedestal.
- the car is then rolled onto another elevator frame, which carries the car in a second elevator shaft further in height.
- multiple cars can not be operated within the same elevator shaft.
- a support device for an elevator system for horizontally moving a car is known.
- the cars of the known system are moved by means of a rack drive and drive chains.
- a plurality of stationary drive motors are arranged in the hoistway, which together drive a continuous chain loop.
- a chain loop is also provided, which are driven synchronously by the main drives of the car by means of an overlap with the continuous chain loops in the elevator shaft and are used to retract the car in the support device.
- An elevator system with an elevator shaft is known, which is subdivided into ascending and descending routes in which a plurality of cars are arranged. Furthermore, upper and lower transfer stations are provided for transferring the cars between the travel ways. For converting the cars Umsetzstoff such as, for example, a switch frame (switch frame) are provided. Other elevator systems of this or similar type are in the documents EP 0 471 464 A2 . DE 202 06 290 U1 . DE 20 2004 009 022 U1 . US 4,946,006 and US 6,354,404 B1 disclosed.
- a carrying apparatus for transferring a car of an elevator which is movable in at least one direction which does not correspond to a longitudinal direction of a hoistway in which the car is moved in operation.
- the car can be moved from an operating position into a receiving position in the carrying device in the longitudinal direction of the hoistway.
- the car is connected in the receiving position with the support device and movable together with the support device in the at least one direction.
- the support device is designed, for example, such that it utilizes a free space between the car and a shaft wall of the hoistway. In this way, no larger cross sections of the elevator, with the exception of small niches for a use of the support device compared to commonly used elevator systems are needed.
- the above-mentioned operation means a regular operation of the elevator during which the car can be moved up and down in the hoistway and the traveling direction of the car is identical with an extending direction and the longitudinal direction of the hoistway, respectively.
- the operating position describes a position of the Car inside the Aufußschachts, which represents a starting position from which the car is brought into a receptacle with the support device. If the car is connected to the carrying device and ready to be moved or moved together with it, the car is in the so-called receiving position and can be moved together with the carrying device. In this case, there is a discharge of the car from the actual elevator shaft and a recording of the car in the support device. Subsequently, the car can be moved with the support device and returned to a (other, for example, adjacent) elevator shaft back.
- the main drive of the support device With the main drive of the support device, it can be moved in the at least one direction.
- a main drive for example, belt, spindle, rack, Reibrad- or linear drives can be used. It is also possible to carry out the main drive in such a way that several carrying devices are driven in the same hoistway or the same track and are moved independently of one another.
- the main drive is arranged in a center axis of the support device. This embodiment can be provided in particular for rectilinear movements of the support devices. Likewise, it is possible to have two or more To arrange the main drives in parallel. In this case, a resultant driving force on the support device should again attack in the center of gravity.
- the support device comprises an auxiliary drive, wherein the car is movable by means of the auxiliary drive from the operating position into the receiving position and / or from the receiving position into the operating position.
- Such an auxiliary drive makes it possible to move the car in or out of the receiving position without using the main drive.
- the car can be moved independently of the main drive in this case, so that an adjustment of the main drive for moving the car is not necessary.
- a combination of the auxiliary drive with the correspondingly designed main drive is possible, so that both drives work together for receiving the car.
- an auxiliary drive for example, attached to the support device drum drives or cables, scissor drives or Scherenhubgitter, linear actuators or other suitable auxiliary drives can be provided.
- the carrying device may comprise guide rail elements which guide the car at least in sections during movement from the operating position into the receiving position and / or out of the receiving position into the operating position.
- the guide rail members may be provided to guide the car in the carrying device and to prevent unwanted movement or rocking of the car during the movement for moving the car in and out of the picking position and during movement with the carrying device.
- the guide rail elements in a - loading position of the support device can be flush with the guide rails of the elevator, so that the guide rail elements of the support device and the guide rails of the elevator form a extending into the support device guide for the car, whereby the car in the loading position the support device between the operating position and the receiving position is movable.
- the car thus never leaves the guide or the guide rail element in this embodiment, since this part of the support device and therefore with the entire support device, the elevator shaft or the lane changes.
- the loading position of the carrying device is to be understood as that position of the displaceable carrying device in which the car can be moved into the carrying device.
- the guide rail elements are aligned flush with the guide rails of the elevator or elevator shaft and form a continuous transition.
- there is an extension of the guide rails into the carrying device so that the car can continue its journey in the longitudinal direction of the hoistway into the carrying device without hindrance and is thus discharged from the hoistway.
- an entry into the elevator shaft in the opposite direction is made possible.
- the guide rail elements may be configured such that the car is movable through the support device. This means that the guide rail elements on one side of the support device are flush with the guide rails of the elevator and are formed on an opposite side in extension of the guide rails arranged there. In this way, the car can not only drive into the carrying device along the guide rails, but also leave the carrying device on the opposite side along the guide rails again.
- the support device may comprise at least one retaining means to connect the car in the receiving position with the support device.
- the retaining device serves to secure the car in the support device.
- the retaining device may be provided in particular for securing the car in the carrying device and / or to connect the car detachably with the responsible for the movement of the car main drive or the auxiliary drive.
