Abstract

Ein Scharnier für ein mit einer Tür versehenes Möbelstück ist mit einem am Möbelstück (2) befestigten Scharnierhebel (5) versehen. Dieser Scharnierhebel (5) ragt über eine auf der Innenseite der Tür (3) befindliche Aussparung (6) in eine Ausnehmung eines in der Tür (3) eingelassenen Scharnierlagers (4). Die Tür (3) ist auf einen am Scharnierhebel (5) endseitig vorgesehenen Scharnierbolzen (10) aufsetzbar bzw. einhängbar. Hiefür sind Mittel gegen unvorgesehenes Aushängen der Tür (3) sowie Mittel zum Ausrichten der Tür (3) gegenüber dem Möbelstück (2) quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse sowie in Richtung dieser Schwenkachse vorgesehen. Damit ergibt sich eine einwandfreie Montage der Tür am Möbelstück.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier für ein mit einer Tür versehenes Möbelstück gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Bei bekannten Scharnieren dieser Art ist am Möbelstück ein Scharnierhebel befestigt, der über eine auf der Innenseite der Tür befindliche Aussparung in eine Ausnehmung eines in der Tür eingelassenen Scharnierlagers hineinragt und mit diesem über einen Scharnierbolzen schwenkbar verbunden ist. Das Scharnierlager weist eine Öffnung für den Scharnierbolzen, der von der Oben-/Unterkante der Tür her durch die Öffnung des Scharnierlagers sowie auch durch eine Öffnung des Scharnierhebels gesteckt wird. Im Scharnierlager ist eine Schliessvorrichtung zur Selbstschliessung der Tür untergebracht, die ein federbelastetes Rastelement aufweist, welches mit dem Aussenumfang des Scharnierhebels zusammenwirkt und das Verschliessen der Tür bewirkt. Es ist bei derartigen Scharnieren von Nachteil, dass beim in die Öffnungen des Scharnierlagers und des Scharnierhebels eingeführten Scharnierbolzen die Tür gegenüber dem Möbelstück praktisch nicht ausgerichtet werden kann. Derartige Scharniere können zudem nur im oberen und unteren Bereich der Tür vorgesehen sein.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Scharnier der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das herstellungstechnisch einfach und kostengünstig ist und dennoch eine einwandfreie Montage der Tür am Möbelstück ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch ein Scharnier mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Weitere bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemässen Scharniers bilden den Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Das erfindungsgemässe Scharnier, bei dem der Scharnierbolzen mit dem Scharnierhebel fest verbunden und die Tür mit dem eine Öffnung für den Scharnierbolzen aufweisenden Scharnierlager auf den Scharnierbolzen aufsetzbar bzw. einhängbar ist, wobei Mittel gegen unvorgesehenes Aushängen der Tür sowie Mittel zum Ausrichten der Tür gegenüber dem Möbelstück quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse sowie in Richtung dieser Schwenkachse vorgesehen sind, ermöglicht nicht nur eine einwandfreie Montage der Tür am Möbelstück, sondern erlaubt eine beliebige Anordnung des Scharniers entlang der Schwenkachse der Tür (d.h. bei einer vertikalen Schwenkachse nicht nur im oberen und unteren Bereich der Tür, sondern auch dazwischen).
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In Fig.1 wird schematisch ein erfindungsgemässes Scharnier 1 für ein mit einer Tür versehenes Möbelstück 2 dargestellt, bei dem es sich beispielsweise um einen metallenen Korpus handeln kann. Die Tür selber ist erst aus Fig. 2 teilweise ersichtlich und dort mit Bezugsziffer 3 bezeichnet; Fig. 1 zeigt lediglich ein in der Tür 3 eingelassenes Scharnierlager 4. Am Möbelstück 2 ist ein Scharnierhebel 5 befestigt, dessen erfindungsgemässe Ausgestaltung weiter unten anhand von Fig. 3 näher beschrieben wird, und der über eine auf der Innenseite der Tür 3 befindliche Aussparung 6 (Fig. 2) in eine Ausnehmung des Scharnierlagers 4 hineinragt und mit diesem über einen Scharnierbolzen 10 schwenkbar verbunden ist.
  • Der Scharnierhebel 5 ist gemäss Fig. 2 vorzugsweise mit zwei angedeuteten Befestigungsschrauben 27, 28 am Möbelstück 2 angeschraubt. Er wird z.B. auf eine im Boden 2a des Möbelstückes 2 angeschweisste, nicht veranschaulichte Metalllasche aufgeschraubt und zudem ist ein weiteres Bodenblech 2b vorhanden. Analog ist auch die Befestigung im oberen Bereich des Möbelstückes 2 bewerkstelligt. In der Tür 3 ist wie erwähnt innenseitig eine Aussparung 6 enthalten, in welcher ein rahmenförmiger Klipsteil 25 eingesteckt ist.
  • Der Scharnierhebel 5 ist gemäss Fig. 3 als ein im Querschnitt flacher Kniehebel ausgebildet, von welchem an einem Ende der Scharnierbolzen 10 einseitig vorsteht. Der Scharnierbolzen 10 ist erfindungsgemäss mit dem Scharnierhebel 5 fest verbunden, d.h. entweder mit diesem einstückig ausgebildet oder an diesem befestigt. Die Tür 3 wird mit dem eine Öffnung für den Scharnierbolzen 10 sowie die bereits erwähnte Ausnehmung aufweisenden Scharnierlager 4 auf den Scharnierbolzen 10 aufgesetzt bzw. eingehängt.
  • Es sind im Rahmen der Erfindung Mittel gegen unvorgesehenes Aushängen der Tür 3 vorgesehen. Diese können beispielsweise durch einen in die Ausnehmung des Scharnierlagers 4 einsteckbaren Klips 11 gebildet sein, dessen mögliche Ausführungsform in Fig. 5 dargestellt ist, und der den verbleibenden Raum nach dem Einhängen der Tür zwischen dem Scharnierhebel 5 und der Ausnehmung ausfüllt.
  • Der Scharnierhebel 5 ist mit zwei zum Scharnierbolzen 10 parallelen Durchgangsöffnungen 12, 13 versehen, die einen unrunden, vorzugsweise quadratischen Querschnitt aufweisen. In den Durchgangsöffnungen 12, 13 können auswechselbare Einsatzstücke 14, 15 platziert werden, die jeweils eine Öffnung 16, 17 zum Durchführen einer den Scharnierhebel 5 am Möbelstück 2 zu befestigenden Schraube aufweisen.
  • Dabei können gemäss Fig. 4 neben Einsatzstücken 14, 15 mit zentralen Öffnungen 16, 17 auch Einsatzstücke 14a, 15a bzw. 14b, 15b mit exzentrisch angeordneten Öffnungen 16a, 17a bzw. 16b, 17b verwendet werden, wobei die Zentrumsversetzung in beiden Achsrichtungen des Einsatzstück-Querschnittes oder in den Diagonalen desselben vorgesehen sein kann.
  • Es werden jeweils diese Einsatzstücke 14, 15 bzw. 14a, 15a bzw. 14b, 15b in einer den Gegebenheiten wählbaren Position der Öffnung 16, 17 bzw. 16a, 17a bzw. 16b, 17b für die Befestigungsschraube gegenüber der Durchgangsöffnungsachse eingesetzt. Diese Position kann durch Auswechseln beider Einsatzstücke verändert werden. Die Einsatzstücke 14a, 15a bzw. 14b, 15b mit exzentrisch angeordneten Öffnungen 16a, 17a bzw. 16b, 17b können zudem jeweils beliebig in beiden Richtungen um 90°, 180° oder 270° verdreht in die Durchgangsöffnungen 12, 13 eingesetzt werden, wobei wiederum die Positionierung beider Einsatzstücke frei wählbar erfolgt.
  • Auf diese Art und Weise kann die Tür 3 gegenüber dem Möbelstück 2 quer zu der durch den Scharnierbolzen 10 gebildeten Scharnierschwenkachse, d.h. bei der vertikalen Anordnung der Scharnierschwenkachse in der Breite und der Tiefe, ausgerichtet werden. Diese Einsatzstücke 14, 15 bzw. 14a, 15a bzw. 14b, 15b sind zwecks einfacheren Erkennung vorteilhaft mit unterschiedlichen Farben gekennzeichnet.
  • Die Tür 3 lässt sich allerdings auch in Richtung der Scharnierschwenkachse gegenüber dem Möbelstück 2, d.h. in ihrer Höhe, in einer einfachen Weise ausrichten, und zwar durch Verwendung von auswechselbaren, auf den Scharnierbolzen 10 aufsteckbaren Unterlagscheiben 20, 20a, 20b (Fig. 3). Bei der Verwendung von unterschiedlich dicken Unterlagscheiben 20, 20a, 20b werden dementsprechend auch unterschiedliche Klipsteile 11, 11a, 11b als Mittel gegen unvorgesehenes Aushängen der Tür 3 eingesetzt.
  • Im Scharnierlager 4 ist eine Schliessvorrichtung zur Selbstschliessung der Tür 3 untergebracht, die beispielsweise aus der EP-A-1 632 629 an sich bekannt ist und daher nicht im Detail beschrieben wird. Sie umfasst ein federbelastetes Rastelement, welches mit einem am Aussenumfang des Scharnierhebels 5 vorhandenen Vorsprung 22 zusammenwirkt und das Verschliessen der Tür 3 bewirkt (der Scharnierhebel 5 wird mit dem Vorsprung 22 in das Scharnierlager 4 eingerastet).
  • Der in Fig. 5 separat gezeigte Klipsteil 25 nach Fig. 5 ist vorzugsweise aus einem elastisch nachgiebigen Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt und an seinem Umfang mit Rastnasen 23 zum Einklipsen in die Ausnehmung des Scharnierlagers 4 ausgeführt.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Scharnierhebels 35, der einen im Querschnitt flachen und mit dem Scharnierbolzen 10 versehenen Kniehebelteil 5' aufweist, welcher Kniehebelteil 5' an seinem Aussenumfang wiederum mit dem gerundeten und mit der Schliessvorrichtung wirkverbundenen Vorsprung 22 versehen ist. Der Scharnierhebel 35 ist über einen zum Kniehebelteil 5' rechtwinkligen Befestigungsteil 36 an einer Wand des Möbelstückes 2 befestigbar, vorzugsweise anschraubbar. Hierfür weist der Befestigungsteil 36 zwei unrunde, vorzugsweise quadratische Durchgangsöffnungen 12', 13' auf, in welche wiederum die auswechselbaren Einsatzstücke 14, 15 bzw. 14a, 15a bzw. 14b, 15b nach Fig. 4 eingesetzt werden, und zwar wiederum jeweils die gleichen Einsatzstücke mit der gleichen Position der Öffnung für die Befestigungsschraube gegenüber der Durchgangsöffnungsachse. Diese Position kann wiederum durch Auswechseln beider Einsatzstücke oder durch ihre Positionierung in den Durchgangsöffnungen 12', 13' (Verdrehen bzw. Winkelverstellen beider Einsatzstücke) verändert werden.
  • Dadurch lässt sich die Tür 3 einerseits in Richtung der Scharnierschwenkachse und anderseits in einer Richtung quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse, parallel zur Wand des Möbelstückes 2, ausrichten (d.h. bei vertikaler Anordnung der Scharnierschwenkachse kann die Tür 3 in ihrer Höhe und Tiefe gegenüber dem Möbelstück 2 eingestellt werden).
  • Das Ausrichten der Tür 3 in der anderen Richtung quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse, senkrecht zur Wand des Möbelstückes 2, kann mittels auswechselbarer, dem Befestigungsteil 36 zugeordneter Unterlageplatten 40, 40a bewerkstelligt werden (Einstellung der um vertikale Achse schwenkbarer Tür 3 in der Breite). Auch diese Unterlageplatten 40, 40a sind vorteilhaft mit unterschiedlichen Farben gekennzeichnet.
  • Wie bei den Klipsteilen 11, 11a, 11b handelt es sich auch bei den Einsatzstücken 14, 15; 14a, 15a;14b, 15b, den Unterlagscheiben 20, 20a, 20b sowie den Unterlageplatten 40, 40a mit Vorteil um kostengünstige Kunststoffteile.
  • Fig. 7 zeigt schematisch ein die Tür 3 mit dem Möbelstück 2 gelenkig verbindendes Scharnier 1', welches an sich gleich ausgestaltet ist wie dasjenige nach Fig. 1 und daher nachfolgend nurmehr dessen Unterschiede erläutert sind. Dieses Scharnier 1' besteht aus einen im Möbelstück fixierbaren Befestigungsteil 46 und einem aus diesem herausragenden abgewinkelten Kniehebelteil 47. Dieses Scharnier 1' zeichnet sich zusätzlich dadurch aus, dass sein länglich ausgebildeter Befestigungsteil 46 parallel in Bezug auf die Front 2' des Möbelstückes 2 in letzterem montiert ist. Damit ergibt sich eine alternative Einbaumöglichkeit dieses Scharniers.
  • Das erfindungsgemässe Scharnier ist herstellungstechnisch einfach und kostengünstig und ermöglicht dennoch nicht nur eine einwandfreie Montage der Tür am Möbelstück, sondern erlaubt auch eine beliebige Anordnung des Scharniers entlang der Schwenkachse der Tür (d.h. bei einer vertikalen Schwenkachse nicht nur im oberen und unteren Bereich der Tür, sondern auch dazwischen).
  • Die Erfindung ist mit den oben erläuterten Ausführungsbeispielen ausreichend dargetan. Theoretisch könnte aber der Scharnierbolzen auch im Scharnierlager 4 integriert und beim Scharnierhebel 5 eine Bohrung vorgesehen sein, so dass die Tür beim Einhängen mit dem Scharnierbolzen in diese Bohrung beim Scharnierhebel einstecken würde und damit die Türe schwenkbar am Möbelstück gelagert wäre.

Claims (13)

  1. Scharnier für ein mit einer Tür versehenes Möbelstück, mit einem am Möbelstück (2) befestigten Scharnierhebel (5; 35), der über eine auf der Innenseite der Tür (3) befindliche Aussparung (6) in eine Ausnehmung eines in der Tür (3) eingelassenen Scharnierlagers (4) hineinragt und mit diesem über einen Scharnierbolzen (10) schwenkbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Tür (3) beim Einhängen mit dem eine Öffnung aufweisenden Scharnierlager (4) in den Scharnierhebel (5; 35) beim Möbelstück (2) einführbar und darauf einhängbar ist, wobei Mittel zum Ausrichten der Tür (3) gegenüber dem Möbelstück (2) quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse und/oder in Richtung dieser Schwenkachse vorgesehen sind.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (3) mit dem eine Öffnung für den Scharnierbolzen (10) aufweisenden Scharnierlager (4) auf den Scharnierhebel (5; 35) mit dem Scharnierbolzen (10) aufsetzbar bzw. einhängbar ist, wobei Mittel gegen unvorgesehenes Aushängen der Tür (3) vorhanden sind.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel gegen unvorgesehenes Aushängen der Tür (3) durch einen in die Ausnehmung des Scharnierlagers (4) einführbaren und den eingehängten Scharnierlager (4) sichernden Klipsteil (11, 11a, 11b) gebildet sind.
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Ausrichten der Tür (3) in Richtung der Scharnierschwenkachse durch auswechselbare, auf den Scharnierbolzen (10) aufsteckbare Unterlagscheiben (20, 20a, 20b) gebildet sind.
  5. Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für unterschiedliche, mittels unterschiedlich dicker Unterlagscheiben (20, 20a, 20b) bewerkstelligte Einstellungen der Tür (3) in Richtung der Scharnierschwenkachse jeweils unterschiedliche Klipsteile (11, 11a, 11b) vorgesehen sind.
  6. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierhebel (5) zur Scharnierschwenkachse parallele Durchgangsöffnungen (12, 13) aufweist, die einen unrunden, vorzugsweise quadratischen Querschnitt aufweisen, wobei in die Durchgangsöffnungen (12, 13) auswechselbare Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) einführbar sind, die jeweils eine Öffnung 16, 17; 16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) zum Durchführen einer den Scharnierhebel (5) am Möbelstück (2) zu befestigenden Schraube aufweisen, wobei neben Einsatzstücken (14, 15) mit einer zentralen Öffnung (16, 17) auch Einsatzstücke (14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) mit einer exzentrisch angeordneten Öffnung (16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) vorgesehen sind, welche Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) die Mittel zum Ausrichten der Tür (3) gegenüber dem Möbelstück (2) quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse bilden.
  7. Scharnier nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierhebel (5) zwei Durchgangsöffnungen (12, 13) aufweist, in welche jeweils die Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) in einer wählbaren Position der Öffnung (16, 17; 16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) für die Befestigungsschraube gegenüber der Durchgangsöffnungsachse einsetzbar sind, wobei diese Position durch Auswechseln beider Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) oder durch ihre Positionierung in den Durchgangsöffnungen (Verdrehen beider Einsatzstücke) veränderbar ist.
  8. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierhebel (5) als ein im Querschnitt flacher Kniehebel ausgebildet ist und an seinem Aussenumfang einen gerundeten Vorsprung (22) aufweist, der mit einem im Innern des Scharnierlagers (4) angeordneten, federbelasteten Rastelement wirkverbunden und in einer Schliessstellung der Tür (3) in das Scharnierlager (4) einrastbar ist.
  9. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein im Möbelstück (2) positionierbarer, dem Scharnierhebel () zugeordneter länglicher Befestigungsteil () vorhanden ist, welcher entweder senkrecht oder parallel (2) in Bezug auf die Front () des Möbelstückes in letzterem montierbar ist.
  10. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierhebel (35) einen im Querschnitt flachen Kniehebelteil (5') aufweist, der mit dem Scharnierbolzen (10) versehen ist und an seinem Aussenumfang einen gerundeten Vorsprung (22) aufweist, welcher Vorsprung (22) mit einem im Innern des Scharnierlagers (4) angeordneten, federbelasteten Rastelement wirkverbunden und in einer Schliessstellung der Tür (3) in das Scharnierlager (4) einrastbar ist, wobei der Scharnierhebel (35) über einen zum Kniehebelteil (5') rechtwinkligen Befestigungsteil (36) an einer Wand des Möbelstückes (2) anschraubbar ist.
  11. Scharnier nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (36) des Scharnierhebels (35) unrunde, vorzugsweise quadratische Durchgangsöffnungen (12', 13') aufweist, in welche auswechselbare Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) einführbar sind, die jeweils eine Öffnung (16, 17; 16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) zum Durchführen einer den Scharnierhebel (35) am Möbelstück (2) zu befestigenden Schraube aufweisen, wobei neben Einsatzstücken (14, 15) mit einer zentralen Öffnung (16, 17) auch Einsatzstücke (14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) mit einer exzentrisch angeordneten Öffnung (16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) vorgesehen sind, über welche Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) die Tür (3) einerseits in Richtung der Scharnierschwenkachse und anderseits in einer Richtung quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse, parallel zur Wand des Möbelstückes (2), einstellbar ist.
  12. Scharnier nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Ausrichten der Tür (3) in der anderen Richtung quer zur Scharnierschwenkachse, senkrecht zur Wand des Möbelstückes (2), durch auswechselbare Unterlageplatten (40, 40a) gebildet sind, die dem Befestigungsteil (36) zugeordnet sind.
  13. Scharnier nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsteil (36) des Scharnierhebels (35) zwei Durchgangsöffnungen (12', 13') aufweist, in welche jeweils die Einsatzstücke (14, 15; 14a, 15a; 14b; 15b) in einer wählbaren Position der Öffnung (16, 17; 16a, 17a; 16b, 17b) für die Befestigungsschraube gegenüber der Durchgangsöffnungsachse einsetzbar sind, wobei diese Position durch Auswechseln beider Einsatzstücke oder durch ihre Positionierung in den Durchgangsöffnungen (Verdrehen beider Einsatzstücke) veränderbar ist.
