Claims (12)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression rotative, en particulier d'une machine d'impression de journaux, qui comprend au moins un changeur de rouleaux, au moins une unité d'impression, au moins une structure de pliage et au moins un appareil de pliage, à savoir pour démarrer la machine d'impression rotative en minimisant le temps nécessaire à son démarrage et les exemplaires ratés produits au démarrage, caractérisé en ce

Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à la première séquence de démarrage, on utilise comme paramètres de préréglage pour le réglage du registre de couleur des paramètres de préréglage déterminés à la mise en marche de la machine d'impression rotative, spécifiques à la machine d'impression et qui sont de préférence enregistrés dans une mémoire d'un système de commande de la machine d'impression rotative.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, à la première séquence de démarrage, on utilise comme paramètres de préréglage pour le réglage du registre de couleur des paramètres de préréglage spécifique à la commande d'impression et provenant du stade préalable à l'impression et qui sont de préférence fournis par un système de stade préalable à l'impression.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, à la première séquence de démarrage, on utilise comme paramètres de préréglage pour le réglage du registre de coupe des paramètres dépendant de la trajectoire de la bande et du nombre de pages du produit imprimé et spécifiques à la commande d'impression et qui sont de préférence fournis par un système de planning de production.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de préréglage de la première séquence de démarrage d'un dispositif de commande sont mis automatiquement à disposition et utilisés automatiquement pour la première séquence de démarrage.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'évaluation des exemplaires imprimés pendant la première séquence de démarrage au niveau du registre de couleur, du registre de coupe et de l'intensité de couleur, de même que l'adaptation en dépendant des paramètres de préréglage pour le réglage du registre de couleur et/ou le réglage du registre de coupe et/ou le réglage de l'intensité de couleur a lieu automatiquement ou de manière automatisée.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de préréglage adaptés pendant l'immobilisation pour le réglage du registre de coupe sont utilisés immédiatement au début de la seconde séquence de démarrage.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de préréglage adaptés pendant l'immobilisation pour le réglage de l'intensité de couleur sont utilisés une fois que, après le début de la seconde séquence de démarrage, une première vitesse définie de la machine d'impression rotative est atteinte ou dépassée.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les paramètres de préréglage adaptés pendant l'immobilisation pour le réglage du registre de couleur sont utilisés une fois que, après le début de la seconde séquence de démarrage, une seconde vitesse définie de la machine d'impression rotative est atteinte ou dépassée.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la seconde vitesse définie de la machine d'impression rotative est supérieure à la première vitesse définie de la machine d'impression rotative.
  11. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que des organes de traction situés en aval des unités d'impression sont intégrés dans un réglage de position d'un axe de commande principal de la machine d'impression rotative.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que des organes de traction ayant un indice de frottement élevé sont utilisés.
