Claims (12)
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression doté d'une pompe à haute pression qui possède au moins une chambre de pompage qui est reliée à une conduite de pression et une conduite d'aspiration, la conduite de pression étant en liaison d'écoulement avec la conduite d'aspiration par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite de refoulement et un clapet de décharge étant disposé dans la conduite de refoulement, le clapet de décharge possédant un canal de passage qui s'étend d'une entrée de clapet à une première sortie de clapet et qui forme un siège de clapet, au moins un canal de sortie, qui débouche dans une deuxième sortie de clapet, étant montée en dérivation du canal de passage en aval du siège de clapet et un élément de clapet, qui est apte à appuyer de façon étanche contre le siège de clapet au moyen d'un ressort de rappel, étant monté de façon mobile dans le canal de passage, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de clapet (61 ; 132) est entouré dans la direction opposée au siège de clapet (58 ; 136) à distance de l'au moins un canal de sortie (88 ; 142) par une bague d'étanchéité (66 ; 139) qui réalise l'étanchéité d'une région d'entrée (91, 154), près de l'entrée de clapet (52 ; 109), du canal de passage (50 ; 107) vis-à-vis d'une région de sortie (92, 155), près de la première sortie de clapet (75 ; 151), du canal de passage (50 ; 107).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (66 ; 139) est disposée dans une gorge périphérique (64 ; 138) de l'élément de clapet (61 ; 132).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre intérieur de la bague d'étanchéité (66 ; 139) est supérieur au diamètre au fond de la gorge périphérique (64 ; 138).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de clapet (61 ; 132) possède un corps de fermeture (60 ; 133) qui est apte à appuyer de façon étanche contre le siège de clapet (58 ; 136) ainsi qu'un corps de pression (63 ; 134) qui est entouré par la bague d'étanchéité (66 ; 139) à distance du corps de fermeture (60 ; 133).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le canal de passage (50 ; 107) possède une portion de guidage (56 ; 120) sur la paroi intérieure de laquelle le corps de pression (63 ; 134) est monté de façon à pouvoir se déplacer en translation lorsque la bague d'étanchéité (66 ; 139) est dans une position intermédiaire.
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section d'écoulement du canal de passage (50 ; 107) dans la région située en amont de l'au moins un canal de sortie (88 ; 142) est supérieure à la section d'écoulement du canal de sortie (88 ; 142).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet de décharge (38 ; 98) possède un seul canal de sortie (88 ; 142).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de clapet (61 ; 132) libère au moins partiellement, aussi bien dans la position d'ouverture que dans la position de fermeture du clapet de décharge (38 ; 98), l'au moins un canal de sortie (88 ; 142).
- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée (80 ; 126), contre laquelle porte l'élément de clapet (61 ; 132) lorsque le clapet de décharge (38 ; 98) est dans la position d'ouverture, est associée à l'élément de clapet (61 ; 132).

- Appareil de nettoyage à haute pression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet de décharge (98) possède une première pièce de boîtier (101) et une deuxième pièce de boîtier (102) qui peuvent être reliées l'une à l'autre lorsqu'une bague d'étanchéité (130) est en position intermédiaire.
