Claims (9)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une imprimante, dans lequel, pour imprimer un support d'impression, des sous-ensembles de l'imprimante fonctionnent à une vitesse définie de la machine, caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'il existe une condition d'impression stationnaire, la consommation de courant et/ou la consommation de gaz des sous-ensembles de l'imprimante est enregistrée par technique de mesure et enregistrée avec la vitesse actuelle de la machine, pour déterminer ainsi pour différentes vitesses de machine la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz respective par technique de mesure et que, en fonction de données enregistrées en conséquence pour un ordre d'impression, une vitesse de machine optimisée du point de vue de la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz est déterminée pour exécuter celui-ci.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la consommation de courant par unité de temps et/ou la consommation de gaz par unité de temps est enregistrée par technique de mesure pour déterminer ainsi par technique de mesure la puissance absorbée respective pour différentes vitesses de machine et que, indépendamment de données enregistrées en conséquence pour un ordre d'impression, une vitesse de machine optimisée du point de vue de la puissance absorbée est déterminée pour exécuter celui-ci.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, à partir de la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz enregistrée par technique de mesure ou de prix actuels du courant et/ou du gaz, au moins pour les vitesses de machine pour lesquelles la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz ou la puissance absorbée a été enregistrée par technique de mesure, une valeur financière est calculée et que, en fonction de celle-ci, pour un ordre d'impression, une vitesse de machine optimisée du point de vue du coût de l'énergie est déterminée pour exécuter celui-ci.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour les vitesses de machine pour lesquelles on n'a pas de consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz enregistrée par technique de mesure ou pas de puissance absorbée enregistrée par technique de mesure, une consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz ou une puissance absorbée et/ou une valeur financière correspondante est déterminée par calcul par interpolation et/ou extrapolation.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, pour un ordre d'impression, on détermine, à partir des vitesses de machine et de la hauteur de support d'impression de l'ordre d'impression, la durée nécessaire à l'exécution de l'ordre d'impression, et que, à partir de la durée respective, on détermine respectivement des consommations de courant totales et/ou des consommations de gaz totales ou des puissances absorbées totales pour l'ordre d'impression et que, à partir de là, on détermine une valeur financière et/ou une vitesse de machine optimisée du point de vue du coût de l'énergie pour exécuter celui-ci.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on détermine pour les vitesses de machine une valeur financière dépendant de frais de machine et/ou de frais de personnel et/ou de frais de matières et que, pour un ordre d'impression, on détermine, à partir de la valeur financière dépendant de la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz ou à partir de la valeur financière dépendant de la puissance absorbée et à partir de la valeur financière dépendant des frais de machine et/ou de frais de personnel et/ou de frais de matières, une vitesse de machine optimisée du point de vue du coût total pour exécuter celui-ci.
  7. Procédé d'utilisation d'une imprimante, dans lequel, pour imprimer un support d'impression, des sous-ensembles de l'imprimante fonctionnent à une vitesse définie de la machine, caractérisé en ce que, pour un ordre d'impression, on détermine d'une part une valeur financière dépendant de la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz et d'autre part une valeur financière dépendant des frais de machine et/ou de frais de personnel et/ou de frais de matières et que, à partir de là, on détermine pour un ordre d'impression une vitesse de machine optimisée du point de vue du coût total pour exécuter celui-ci.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la valeur financière dépendant de la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz et d'autre part la valeur financière dépendant des frais de machine et/ou de frais de personnel et/ou de frais de matières est déterminée selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 6.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la valeur financière dépendant de la consommation de courant et/ou consommation de gaz et d'autre part la valeur financière dépendant des frais de machine et/ou de frais de personnel et/ou de frais de matières repose sur des valeurs issues de l'expérience selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 6.
