Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit d'impression dans une imprimerie, dans lequel un support d'impression non imprimé est imprimé sur la base de données graphiques mises à disposition dans un stade préliminaire à l'impression dans une machine d'impression et subit un traitement ultérieur dans au moins une machine de traitement ultérieur pour obtenir le produit d'impression prêt à livrer, une consommation d'énergie ou une absorption de puissance des agrégats participant à la fabrication du produit impression du stade préliminaire à l'impression et/ou de la machine d'impression et/ou de la ou de chaque machine de traitement ultérieur étant enregistrée, et au moins un agrégat étant utilisé sur la base de la consommation d'énergie enregistrée ou de l'absorption de puissance enregistrée de manière à ce que la consommation d'énergie ou l'absorption de puissance lors de la fabrication du produit d'impression soit réduite, caractérisé en ce que la consommation d'énergie pneumatique et/ou hydraulique et/ou gazeuse ou l'absorption de puissance pneumatique et/ou hydraulique et/ou gazeuse est enregistrée, et qu'au moins un agrégat du stade préliminaire à l'impression et/ou de la machine d'impression et/ou de la ou de chaque machine de traitement ultérieur est utilisé de manière à ce que la consommation d'énergie pneumatique et/ou hydraulique et/ou gazeuse ou l'absorption de puissance pneumatique et/ou hydraulique et/ou gazeuse soit réduite lors de la fabrication du produit d'impression.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la consommation d'énergie électrique ou l'absorption de puissance électrique est enregistrée au moins par des agrégats de la machine d'impression et/ou de la ou de chaque machine de traitement ultérieur et qu'au moins un agrégat de la machine d'impression et/ou de la ou de chaque machine de traitement ultérieur est utilisé de manière à ce que la consommation électrique ou l'absorption de puissance électrique soit réduite lors de la fabrication du produit d'impression.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, à cet effet, si une durée de production maximale admissible pour la fabrication du produit d'impression n'est pas dépassée, la vitesse de machine de la machine d'impression et/ou de la ou de chaque machine de traitement ultérieur est réduite.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que, à cet effet, les agrégats de la machine d'impression et/ou de la ou de chaque machine de traitement ultérieur dont on n'a actuellement pas besoin pour fabriquer le produit d'impression sont immobilisés ou passés en mode veille.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une qualité d'impression ou une qualité de produit d'impression s'établissant lors de la fabrication du produit d'impression est enregistrée et, s'il est alors constaté qu'une mesure prise suite à une réduction de la consommation d'énergie ou de l'absorption de puissance a des répercussions négatives sur la qualité d'impression ou la qualité du produit d'impression, cette mesure est au moins partiellement annulée.
