Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de déclenchement (1) pour un fusible thermique, comprenant :
    - un actionneur (11) qui est conçu pour se déclencher à une température limite,
    - un élément de pontage conducteur (6) qui est fixé et relié à une région de raccordement (8) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de connexion fusible (10) en un point de raccordement (9) afin de délivrer un courant ;
    dans lequel l'élément de connexion (10) est conçu pour fondre lorsque la température limite est atteinte ou dépassée de manière à ce que l'élément de pontage (6) puisse être séparé de l'élément de connexion (10) lors du déclenchement de l'actionneur (11) afin d'interrompre le passage du courant, dans lequel l'actionneur (11) comporte un corps fusible (21) qui maintien un poinçon (19) à une position non déclenchée, dans lequel le matériau du corps fusible (21) est choisi de manière à ce qu'il fonde lorsque la température limite est atteinte et à déclencher ainsi l'actionneur (11), dans lequel le poinçon (19) est déplacé par une force, notamment par une force de ressort, afin d'écarter entièrement l'élément de pontage (6) des points de raccordement (9) à l'aide du poinçon (19).
  2. Dispositif de déclenchement (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'actionneur (11) comporte deux corps fusibles (21) isolés l'un de l'autre, qui sont disposés sous la forme de segments d'anneau autour du poinçon (19).
  3. Dispositif de déclenchement (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'actionneur (11) comporte un corps fusible (21) annulaire constitué d'un matériau électriquement isolant, qui est disposé sous la forme d'un anneau autour du poinçon (19).
  4. Dispositif de déclenchement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'élément de pontage conducteur (6) est fixé et raccordé à plusieurs régions de raccordement (8) par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de connexion fusibles (10) correspondants en des points de raccordement (9) correspondants, dans lequel l'élément de pontage (6), lors du déclenchement de l'actionneur (11), est séparé entièrement les régions de raccordement (8) des points de raccordement (9) afin d'interrompre le passage du courant.
  5. Dispositif de déclenchement selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le poinçon (19) s'engage à travers une ouverture de maintien (14) dans l'élément de pontage (6) afin de fixer l'élément de pontage (6) lors de l'écartement des points de raccordement (9).
  6. Dispositif de déclenchement (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel l'actionneur (11) est conçu pour se déplacer lors du déclenchement contre une plaque de butée (15) de manière à ce que, à l'état déclenché, l'élément de pontage (6) soit maintenu entre le poinçon (19) et la plaque de butée (15).
  7. Dispositif de déclenchement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'élément de pontage conducteur (6) est disposé de manière pivotante en un autre point de raccordement, dans lequel l'actionneur (11) est disposé sur l'élément de pontage (6) de manière à ce que la région de raccordement (8) de l'élément de pontage (6), lors du déclenchement de l'actionneur (11), soit écartée du point de raccordement d'une distance qui est supérieure, du fait d'un effet de levier, à la course du poinçon (19) de l'actionneur (11) lors de l'actionnement.
  8. Dispositif de déclenchement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la région de raccordement (8) de l'élément de pontage (6) est incurvée par l'élément de pontage (6) et est guidée à travers une ouverture ménagée dans une nervure de contact (4).
  9. Fusible thermique comportant un dispositif de déclenchement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel l'élément de pontage (6) est raccordé à un dispositif de mise en contact, notamment à une grille estampée (2) ou à une carte de circuit imprimé.
