Claims (7)
- Distributeur (1) de pâtes coulantes à pâteuses avec une chambre de pompage (25) présentant un clapet de décharge (20), dans lequel la chambre de pompage (25) se compose d'une partie supérieure de chambre de pompage (17) et d'une partie inférieure de chambre de pompage (6) qui doivent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre pour une opération de pompage, dans lequel au début d'une opération de pompage, le clapet de décharge doit être déplacé dans une position de libération au moyen d'un élément de commande, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure de chambre de pompage (17) peut retourner par remorquage d'une position finale de pompage à une position initiale de pompage au moyen de l'élément de commande.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'actionnement est prévu pour agir sur la partie supérieure de chambre de pompage (17) et en ce que l'élément de commande est relié à l'élément d'actionnement.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement est une partie de la tête de distributeur (11).
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commande est réalisé sous forme de broche (35) reliée à l'élément d'actionnement.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet de décharge (20) est agencé dans une partie supérieure de chambre de pompage (17) mobile par rapport à une partie inférieure de chambre de pompage (6) fixe.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet de décharge (20) est poussé dans sa position de fermeture par la pâte sous pression dans la chambre de pompage (25) sans déplacement dans la position de libération lors d'un mouvement des parties de la chambre de pompage (17, 6) l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet de décharge (20) présente une tête de clapet (31) et une tige de clapet (34), la tige de clapet (34) de la tête de clapet (31) étant orientée dans le sens de sortie.
