Bei einer Betätigung des Spenders durch Drücken auf das Spenderkopfteil 11 fährt zunächst bei Einfederung des Pumpbalges 9 das Spenderkopfteil 11 nach unten bis die Stirnfläche des Dorns 35 mit der zugewandten Stirnfläche des Ventil-Schaftes 34 in Berührung kommt. Bei einem Fortsetzen des Hubes drückt das Spenderkopfteil 11 vermittels des Dorns 35 und des Ventil-Schaftes 34 das Auslassventil nach unten, derart, dass der Ventilteller 31 einen Durchlass aus der Pumpkammer 25 in das Ausgaberöhrchen 24 freigibt. Claims (7)
- Dispenser (1) for free-flowing to highly viscous masses, comprising a pump chamber (25) which has an outlet valve (20), the pump chamber (25) consisting of an upper pump chamber part (17) and a lower pump chamber part (6), which parts are to be moved relative to one another for a pumping process, it being necessary to move the outlet valve into a release position at the start of a pumping process by means of a control part, characterised in that the upper pump chamber part (17) can be moved back from a pump end position into a pump start position by dragging it back by means of the control part.
- Dispenser according to claim 1, characterised in that an actuating part is provided for acting on the upper pump chamber part (17) and in that the control part is connected to the actuating part.
- Dispenser according to claim 2, characterised in that the actuating part is a dispenser head part (11).
- Dispenser according to either claim 2 or claim 3, characterised in that the control part is configured as a mandrel (35) which is connected to the actuating part.
- Dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the outlet valve (20) is arranged in an upper pump chamber part (17) which is movable relative to a stationary lower pump chamber part (6).
- Dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the outlet valve (20) is pressed into the closure position thereof by the pressurised mass in the pump chamber (25), without being displaced into the release position, when the pump chamber parts (17, 6) are moved towards one another.
- Dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the outlet valve (20) has a valve plate (31) and a valve shaft (34), the valve shaft (34) being arranged so as to face away from the valve plate (31) in a dispensing direction.
