Claims (10)

  1. Verbinderbaugruppe (1) mit:
    - einem ersten Gehäuse (10) für einen Multikontaktverbinder, das wenigstens ein reliefartiges Blockierelement (20,21) aufweist,
    - einem zweiten Gehäuse (30) für den Multikontaktverbinder, das dazu ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise auf lösbare Weise mit dem ersten Gehäuse (10) zusammengebaut zu werden, wobei das zweite Gehäuse (30) einen Gehäusekörper (120) aufweist, der sich in Richtung einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt, sowie eine Verriegelungskappe (50), die in Bezug auf den Gehäusekörper (20) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) rechtwinklig zu der Längsachse (X) zwischen einer verriegelten Position und einer nicht verriegelten Position beweglich ist, wobei die Verriegelungskappe (50) wenigstens eine Blockierrampe (80, 81) aufweist, in der sich das reliefartige Blockierelement (20, 21) des ersten Gehäuses (10) verschieben kann, wenn sich die Verriegelungskappe (50) aus der nicht verriegelten Position in Richtung auf die verriegelte Position bewegt, derart, dass, wenn sich die Verriegelungskappe (50) in der verriegelten Position befindet, das Zusammenwirken des reliefartigen Blockierelements (20, 21) mit der Blockierrampe (80, 81) die beiden Gehäuse (10, 30) in einer Richtung parallel zu der Längsachse (X) miteinander verbindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses an seiner äußeren Oberfläche wenigstens eine Abstufung (101, 102, 110) aufweist die im wesentlichen der Dicke der Verriegelungskappe (50) entspricht, um die Verriegelungskappe (50) in der verriegelten Position dieser letzteren aufzunehmen.
  2. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass der Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) eine Abstufung (101, 102) an wenigstens einer seitlichen Oberfläche (121, 122) und eine Abstufung (110) an seiner oberen Oberfläche (123) aufweist, wobei die genannten Abstufungen (101, 102, 110) im wesentlichen der Dicke der genannten Verriegelungskappe (50) entsprechen.
  3. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden eines Teils der Abstufung (101, 102) an einer seitlichen Oberfläche (121, 122) des Gehäusekörpers (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) durch eine Öffnung (100) gebildet wird, die in der genannten seitlichen Oberfläche (121, 122) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Baugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (130) an seiner inneren Oberfläche (125) wenigstens eine Nut (40, 41) aufweist, die das Gleiten des reliefartigen Blockierelements (20, 21) des ersten Gehäuses (10) ermöglicht, wenn dieses letztere in das zweite Gehäuse (30) eingeführt wird.
  5. Baugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungskappe (50) wenigstens eine Kante (60, 61, 62, 63) aufweist und dass die äußere Oberfläche des Gehäusekörpers (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) wenigstens einen Führungsfalz (70, 71, 72, 73) für die Verriegelungskappe (50) aufweist, der sich rechtwinklig zu der Längsachse (X) erstreckt, wobei die Kante (60, 61, 62, 63) und der Führungsfalz (70, 71, 72, 73) dazu ausgebildet sind, miteinander zusammen zu wirken, wenn die Verriegelungskappe (50) sich aus der nicht verriegelten Position in Richtung auf die verriegelte Position bewegt.
  6. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungskappe (50) vier Kanten aufweist, die sich jeweils an in Längsrichtung weisenden Enden ihrer seitlichen Oberflächen (51, 52) befinden, und dass der Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) an jedem in Längsrichtung weisenden Ende der Abstufung (101, 102) jeder seitlichen Oberfläche (121, 122) einen Führungsfalz (70, 71, 72, 73) für die Verriegelungskappe (50) aufweist.
  7. Baugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelusgskappe (50) wenigstens eine Halteklaue aufweist, die dazu ausgebildet ist, die Verriegelungskappe (50) mit dem Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) zusammenzuhalten.
  8. Baugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Oberfläche des ersten Gehäuses (10) wenigstens eine Nut (15) aufweist und dass die innere Oberfläche (125) des Gehäusekörpers (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) wenigstens eine Nut (126) zur Führung des ersten Gehäuses aufweist, die sich parallel zu der Längsachse (X) ersteckt, wobei diese Nuten dazu ausgebildet sind, bei Einführen des ersten Gehäuses (10) in den Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) miteinander zusammenzuwirken
  9. Baugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungskappe (50) in der verriegelten Position vollständig in der oder den Abstufungen (101, 102, 110) der äußeren Oberfläche des Gehäusekörpers (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) aufgenommen ist.
  10. Verfahren zum vorzugsweise lösbaren Zusammenbau der ersten und zweiten Verbindergehäuse der Verbinderbaugruppe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mit den folgenden Schritten:
    - Positionieren der ersten (10) und zweiten (30) Gehäuse relativ zueinander durch Anlage.
    - des oder der reliefartigen Blockierelemente (20, 21) in der oder den Nuten (40, 41) in der inneren Oberfläche (125) des Gehäusekörpers (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) und
    - der Nut oder Nuten (50) in der äußeren Oberfläche des ersten Gehäuses (10) in der oder den Nuten (126) zur Führung des ersten Gehäuses an der inneren Oberfläche (125) des Gehäusekörpers (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30), und
    - Verschieben der Verriegelungskappe (50) in Translation relativ zu dem Gehäusekörper (120) des zweiten Gehäuses (30) derart, dass das oder die reliefartigen Blockierelemente (20) des ersten Gehäuses (10) mit der oder den Biockierrampen (80, 81) der Verriegelungskappe (50) in Eingriff gebracht werden, um die Blockierung der Verriegelungskappe (50) relativ zu dem ersten Gehäuse (10) zu bewirken.
