Definitions

  • the technical sector of the present invention is that of systems for fixing slabs or facings such as those used for ceilings or to form vertical, horizontal or inclined partitions. More particularly, the invention relates to a system for locking a slab or facing onto a receiving structure.
  • Such slabs generally have a length and width of several decimeters. They are, depending on their dimensions, equipped with four, six or eight fixing means.
  • a problem arises when it is necessary to unlock all the fixing means at the same time. Indeed, if we unlock the fixing means one by one, there is a high probability that the locking means which is no longer subject to the action of the magnetic field will lock again to the receiving frame of the panel. It is therefore necessary to unlock all the fixing means at the same time to remove the panel from the receiving frame. It is therefore necessary to have as many magnets or magnetic means as there are fixing means or else a magnet or magnetic means large and powerful enough to unlock all the fixing means at the same time. This makes it difficult to unlock the slab by a single operator, especially since it is necessary to have bulky tools.
  • the document FR2989395 describes a ratchet locking system further comprising a body, a locking finger, a first elastic member, a return member and a pawl for locking the finger in the unlocked position.
  • the system requires a locking tool to bring the return member and therefore the locking finger into the unlocked position. It is therefore necessary for the slab to have an access hole allowing the insertion of the blocking tool.
  • the aim of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a locking system allowing simple unlocking of the tiles from their fixing frame while preserving the integrity of the tiles.
  • the first part of the blocking means is located inside the body.
  • the second part of the blocking means is located outside the body.
  • the blocking means successively comprises a first end, a first elbow, a bulge, a second elbow and a second end.
  • the locking means also comprises a third elbow located between the first end and the first elbow and arranged so as to allow the first end of the locking means to be gripped.
  • the first part of the blocking means is represented by the portion of the blocking means located between the second elbow and the second end.
  • the second part of the blocking means is represented by the portion of the blocking means located between the first end and the second elbow.
  • the second end of the blocking means is intended to bear against the return member in the folded position so as to maintain said return member in the folded position.
  • the deformation of the bulge by application of a force on said bulge or by application of a force on the first end causes an upward movement of the second end of the blocking means .
  • the invention also relates to a slab intended to be installed on a receiving structure, the slab comprising at least two locking systems according to the invention.
  • the invention also relates to a kit for installing a slab on a receiving structure, the kit comprising at least one slab according to the invention and a means for emitting a magnetic field.
  • An advantage of the present invention lies in the simple design of the locking system.
  • Yet another advantage of the present invention lies in maintaining the locking finger in the unlocked position, which facilitates the removal of tiles comprising several locking systems according to the invention.
  • Yet another advantage of the present invention lies in the simple return of the locking finger to the locked position which does not require any particular tool.
  • the invention relates to a system for locking a slab onto a receiving structure.
  • the system mainly comprises a body, a locking finger, an elastic member, a return member and a blocking means.
  • the locking system 1 comprises a body 2 of substantially parallelepiped shape.
  • the body 2 further comprises a front face 21.
  • the front face 21 allows for example the fixing of the body 2 on the slab so that the body 2 is integral with the slab.
  • the front face 21 is fixed to a covering element of the slab such as a rail 3 or a fold of the material of the slab itself. This covering element is located opposite the locking system 1 and is attached or not to the slab.
  • the body 2 receives a return member 4, an elastic member 5, a locking finger 6, a sheath 7 and a blocking means 8 of the return member 4 in the folded position.
  • housings 22, 23 and 24 of the body 2 can communicate with each other and are open on the front face 21 of the body 2, the front face 21 being intended to be fixed against the edge of an opening 31 made in the rail 3 or the fallback as will be explained below.
  • the locking finger 6 can emerge through this opening 31 out of the sheath 7.
  • the housings 24 of the arms 42 and 43 of the return member 4 are arranged on each side of the housing 23 receiving the locking finger 6.
  • the housing 23 of the axis 41 of the return member 4 is arranged at the front of body 2 and below housing 22 for locking finger 6.
  • the body 2 comprises a lower wall from which two teeth 25 project slightly upwards, a bottom wall and two internal guide branches 26 arranged opposite the lower wall.
  • the axis 41 of the return member 4 is for example introduced by force into its housing 23 in the body 2.
  • the internal branches 26 deform elastically when the axis 41 passes over the teeth 25 which then hold the axis 41 in its housing 18 and therefore the return member 4 in the body 2.
  • the axis 41 of the return member 4 comes to bear against the teeth 25, allowing a rotational movement of this axis between two positions as this will be explained below.
  • the locking finger 6 delimits a blind housing opening at its rear end intended for receiving an elastic member 5.
  • the return member 4 of the locking finger 6 also allows this locking finger 6 to pass into the unlocked position.
  • the return member 4 is thus able to adopt a folded position in which the locking finger 6 is in the unlocked position and an unfolded position in which the locking finger 6 is in the locked position.
  • the return member 4 further comprises a magnetizable part intended to be mobilized under the action of a magnetic field against the action of the elastic member 5.
  • the action of a magnetic field applied under the system locking allows the return member 4 to pass from the unfolded position to the folded position.
  • the return member 4 comprises for example an axis 41 allowing the rotation of the return member 4 around this axis 41 and two pairs of arms 42 and 43.
  • the axis 41 is of substantially cylindrical shape.
  • the axis 41 is integral with two pairs of arms 42 and 43.
  • the arms 42 of the same pair are parallel between them in the same plane.
  • the return member 4 also includes a magnetizable part (not shown on the figure 1 ).
  • the magnetizable part can for example be represented by the branches 42 which are then made of a magnetizable material.
  • the magnetizable part can also be in the form of an additional part which can be housed in the thickness or on the wall of the branches 42.
  • the locking finger 6 is movable in translation in the housing 22 made in the body 2.
  • the locking finger 6 is able to adopt, on the one hand, a locked position in which it comes to bear on the receiving frame and, On the other hand, an unlocked position in which it is entirely in body 2.
  • the locking finger 6 can for example be in a substantially cylindrical shape. It further comprises a bevel 61 made on its front part and intended to come against the structure receiving the slab. The locking finger 6 also comprises lateral lugs 62 of cylindrical shape intended to cooperate with the return member 4 as explained below.
  • the elastic member 5 also allows the locking finger 6 to be maintained in the locked position as is visible on the figure 2 . It takes the form of a helical spring, for example.
  • This spring 5 can be made of metal.
  • the spring 5 includes, for example, two ends. One end is inserted into the housing of the locking finger 6 and the other free end is located opposite the bottom of the body 2.
  • the sheath 7 is for example a socket of substantially cylindrical shape and comprises a front flange 71 and rear claws 72.
  • a lateral groove 73 is made on each side of the sheath 7 in order to allow the passage of the lateral lugs 62.
  • the collar 71 is intended to come to rest around and outside the opening 31 made in the rail 3 or the fold opposite the locking system 1.
  • the sheath 7 is guided in translation in the housing 22 of the locking finger 6 and is fixed by the claws 72 projecting from the rear of the body 2 of the housing 22. This configuration makes it possible to fix the assembly consisting of the body 2 and the sheath 7 on the rail 3 or the fold.
  • the translation guidance of the finger 6 in its sheath 7 can be achieved by the two lugs 62 secured to the locking finger 6 and arranged on each side of the locking finger 6 to slide in the lateral grooves 73 of the sheath 7.
  • the translation guidance of the locking finger 6 relative to the sheath 7 can be produced by the housing 22 of a shape complementary to that of the locking finger 6 and corresponding substantially to the section of the locking finger 6.
  • the blocking means 8 further comprises a first part 81 intended to bear against the return member 4 in the folded position.
  • the first part 81 also makes it possible to maintain the return member 4 in the folded position.
  • the first part 81 also makes it possible to fix the blocking means 8 on the body 2.
  • the blocking means 8 also comprises a second part 82 capable of allowing the deformation of the blocking means 8 by application of a force on said second part 82. This also allows the first part 81 to be located away from the return member 4 in the folded position so as to allow the return member 4 to pass from the folded position to the unfolded position. • This embodiment makes it possible to achieve the same results as when a force F1 is applied to the bulge 85 of the blocking means 8.
  • the blocking means 8 also makes it possible to maintain the return member 4 in the folded position. The first part 81 of the blocking means blocking 8 then returns to its initial position and comes to bear at the level of the free end of arm 43 of the return member 4 as is illustrated in the Figure 4 . In this configuration, the blocking means 8 maintains the return member 4 in the folded position by preventing the return, under the effect of the elastic member 5, of the return member 4 in the folded position. In fact, the blocking member 8 here exerts a force opposite to the force exerted by the elastic member 5, via the lugs 62 of the locking finger 6, on the return member 4 which is thus held in place. folded position.
  • the blocking means 8 also allows the return member 4 to pass from the folded position to the unfolded position by deforming under the action of a force exerted (F1 or F2) on the second part 82 of the blocking means 8 accessible when the slab has been removed from the structure fixation.
