Definitions
- the technical sector of the present invention is that of systems for fixing slabs or facings such as those used for ceilings or to form vertical, horizontal or inclined partitions. More particularly, the invention relates to a system for locking a slab or facing onto a receiving structure.
- Such slabs generally have a length and width of several decimeters. They are, depending on their dimensions, equipped with four, six or eight fixing means.
- a problem arises when it is necessary to unlock all the fixing means at the same time. Indeed, if we unlock the fixing means one by one, there is a high probability that the locking means which is no longer subject to the action of the magnetic field will lock again to the receiving frame of the panel. It is therefore necessary to unlock all the fixing means at the same time to remove the panel from the receiving frame. It is therefore necessary to have as many magnets or magnetic means as there are fixing means or else a magnet or magnetic means large and powerful enough to unlock all the fixing means at the same time. This makes it difficult to unlock the slab by a single operator, especially since it is necessary to have bulky tools.
- the document FR2989395 describes a ratchet locking system further comprising a body, a locking finger, a first elastic member, a return member and a pawl for locking the finger in the unlocked position.
- the system requires a locking tool to bring the return member and therefore the locking finger into the unlocked position. It is therefore necessary for the slab to have an access hole allowing the insertion of the blocking tool.
- the aim of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a locking system allowing simple unlocking of the tiles from their fixing frame while preserving the integrity of the tiles.
- the first part of the blocking means is located inside the body.
- the second part of the blocking means is located outside the body.
- the blocking means successively comprises a first end, a first elbow, a bulge, a second elbow and a second end.
- the locking means also comprises a third elbow located between the first end and the first elbow and arranged so as to allow the first end of the locking means to be gripped.
- the first part of the blocking means is represented by the portion of the blocking means located between the second elbow and the second end.
- the second part of the blocking means is represented by the portion of the blocking means located between the first end and the second elbow.
- the second end of the blocking means is intended to bear against the return member in the folded position so as to maintain said return member in the folded position.
- the deformation of the bulge by application of a force on said bulge or by application of a force on the first end causes an upward movement of the second end of the blocking means .
- the invention also relates to a slab intended to be installed on a receiving structure, the slab comprising at least two locking systems according to the invention.
- the invention also relates to a kit for installing a slab on a receiving structure, the kit comprising at least one slab according to the invention and a means for emitting a magnetic field.
- An advantage of the present invention lies in the simple design of the locking system.
- Yet another advantage of the present invention lies in maintaining the locking finger in the unlocked position, which facilitates the removal of tiles comprising several locking systems according to the invention.
- Yet another advantage of the present invention lies in the simple return of the locking finger to the locked position which does not require any particular tool.
- the invention relates to a system for locking a slab onto a receiving structure.
- the system mainly comprises a body, a locking finger, an elastic member, a return member and a blocking means.
- the locking system 1 comprises a body 2 of substantially parallelepiped shape.
- the body 2 further comprises a front face 21.
- the front face 21 allows for example the fixing of the body 2 on the slab so that the body 2 is integral with the slab.
- the front face 21 is fixed to a covering element of the slab such as a rail 3 or a fold of the material of the slab itself. This covering element is located opposite the locking system 1 and is attached or not to the slab.
- the body 2 receives a return member 4, an elastic member 5, a locking finger 6, a sheath 7 and a blocking means 8 of the return member 4 in the folded position.
- housings 22, 23 and 24 of the body 2 can communicate with each other and are open on the front face 21 of the body 2, the front face 21 being intended to be fixed against the edge of an opening 31 made in the rail 3 or the fallback as will be explained below.
- the locking finger 6 can emerge through this opening 31 out of the sheath 7.
- the housings 24 of the arms 42 and 43 of the return member 4 are arranged on each side of the housing 23 receiving the locking finger 6.
- the housing 23 of the axis 41 of the return member 4 is arranged at the front of body 2 and below housing 22 for locking finger 6.
- the body 2 comprises a lower wall from which two teeth 25 project slightly upwards, a bottom wall and two internal guide branches 26 arranged opposite the lower wall.
- the axis 41 of the return member 4 is for example introduced by force into its housing 23 in the body 2.
- the internal branches 26 deform elastically when the axis 41 passes over the teeth 25 which then hold the axis 41 in its housing 18 and therefore the return member 4 in the body 2.
- the axis 41 of the return member 4 comes to bear against the teeth 25, allowing a rotational movement of this axis between two positions as this will be explained below.
- the locking finger 6 delimits a blind housing opening at its rear end intended for receiving an elastic member 5.
- the return member 4 of the locking finger 6 also allows this locking finger 6 to pass into the unlocked position.
- the return member 4 is thus able to adopt a folded position in which the locking finger 6 is in the unlocked position and an unfolded position in which the locking finger 6 is in the locked position.
- the return member 4 further comprises a magnetizable part intended to be mobilized under the action of a magnetic field against the action of the elastic member 5.
- the action of a magnetic field applied under the system locking allows the return member 4 to pass from the unfolded position to the folded position.
- the return member 4 comprises for example an axis 41 allowing the rotation of the return member 4 around this axis 41 and two pairs of arms 42 and 43.
- the axis 41 is of substantially cylindrical shape.
- the axis 41 is integral with two pairs of arms 42 and 43.
- the arms 42 of the same pair are parallel between them in the same plane.
- the return member 4 also includes a magnetizable part (not shown on the figure 1 ).
- the magnetizable part can for example be represented by the branches 42 which are then made of a magnetizable material.
- the magnetizable part can also be in the form of an additional part which can be housed in the thickness or on the wall of the branches 42.
- the locking finger 6 is movable in translation in the housing 22 made in the body 2.
- the locking finger 6 is able to adopt, on the one hand, a locked position in which it comes to bear on the receiving frame and, On the other hand, an unlocked position in which it is entirely in body 2.
- the locking finger 6 can for example be in a substantially cylindrical shape. It further comprises a bevel 61 made on its front part and intended to come against the structure receiving the slab. The locking finger 6 also comprises lateral lugs 62 of cylindrical shape intended to cooperate with the return member 4 as explained below.
- the elastic member 5 also allows the locking finger 6 to be maintained in the locked position as is visible on the figure 2 . It takes the form of a helical spring, for example.
- This spring 5 can be made of metal.
- the spring 5 includes, for example, two ends. One end is inserted into the housing of the locking finger 6 and the other free end is located opposite the bottom of the body 2.
- the sheath 7 is for example a socket of substantially cylindrical shape and comprises a front flange 71 and rear claws 72.
- a lateral groove 73 is made on each side of the sheath 7 in order to allow the passage of the lateral lugs 62.
- the collar 71 is intended to come to rest around and outside the opening 31 made in the rail 3 or the fold opposite the locking system 1.
- the sheath 7 is guided in translation in the housing 22 of the locking finger 6 and is fixed by the claws 72 projecting from the rear of the body 2 of the housing 22. This configuration makes it possible to fix the assembly consisting of the body 2 and the sheath 7 on the rail 3 or the fold.
- the translation guidance of the finger 6 in its sheath 7 can be achieved by the two lugs 62 secured to the locking finger 6 and arranged on each side of the locking finger 6 to slide in the lateral grooves 73 of the sheath 7.
- the translation guidance of the locking finger 6 relative to the sheath 7 can be produced by the housing 22 of a shape complementary to that of the locking finger 6 and corresponding substantially to the section of the locking finger 6.
- the blocking means 8 further comprises a first part 81 intended to bear against the return member 4 in the folded position.
- the first part 81 also makes it possible to maintain the return member 4 in the folded position.
- the first part 81 also makes it possible to fix the blocking means 8 on the body 2.
- the blocking means 8 also comprises a second part 82 capable of allowing the deformation of the blocking means 8 by application of a force on said second part 82. This also allows the first part 81 to be located away from the return member 4 in the folded position so as to allow the return member 4 to pass from the folded position to the unfolded position. This return to the unfolded position is also made possible by the action of the elastic member 5 on the locking finger 6 and by the cooperation between the locking finger 6 and the return member 4 via the lugs 62.
- the first part 81 of the blocking means 8 is found inside the body 2 so as to cooperate with the return member 4. Its second part 82 is located outside the body 2.
- the second part 82 of the blocking means 8 is for example located on the external part of the upper part of the body 2. It extends from the rear of the body 2 to the front of the body 2.
- the first part 81 of the blocking means 8 is for example located inside the body 2. It extends from the front of the body 2 towards the inside of the body 2.
- the locking means 8 successively comprises a first end 83, a first elbow 84, a bulge 85, a second elbow 86 and a second end 87.
- the blocking means 8 is for example in the form of a flat blade comprising a first part 81 and a second part 82.
- the flat blade can for example be made of a made of a metallic material.
- the first part 81 is then represented by the portion located between the second elbow 86 and the second end 87.
- the second part 85 is then represented by the portion located between the first end 83 and the second elbow 86 and includes the bulge 85.
- the flat blade can for example comprise, from the rear of the body 2 towards the front face 21 of the body 2, a first end 83, a first bend 84, a bulge 85, a second bend 86 and a second end 87.
- the first part 81 is then represented by the portion located between the second elbow 86 and the second end 87.
- the second part 85 is then represented by the portion located between the first end 83 and the second elbow 86 and includes the bulge 85.
- the first end 83 is for example located at the rear of the body 2 or in a slot made in the thickness of the rear face of the body 2.
- the first elbow 84 is located at the junction between the upper face and the face rear of the body 2.
- the second elbow 86 is located at the front of the body 2 at the level of the front end of the upper face of the body 2.
- the bulge 85 is then located on the external part of the upper face of the body 2 and the second end 81 is located in the body 2.
- the application of a force from top to bottom for example on the bulge 85 thus makes it possible to deform the blocking means 8 without separating it from the body 2.
- the bulge 85 also allows of
- the finger 6 is introduced with the elastic member 5 into the body 2.
- the elastic member 5 is arranged between the rear face of the locking finger 6 and the internal wall of the body 2.
- the beveled part 61 of the finger locking 61 is oriented upwards.
- the blocking means 8 and the return member 4 are then inserted into the body 2.
- the arms 42 and 43 of the return member 4 come on either side of each of the lugs 62 of the locking finger 6.
- the body 2 is then placed against the edge of a cutout 31 made in a rail 3 or the fold facing the locking system 1.
- the sheath 7 is then introduced into the opening 31 of the rail 3 or fold to penetrate into the housing 22 of the locking finger 6.
- the collar 71 is arranged to rest against the rail 3 or fold and the claws 72 are blocked at the rear in body 2.
- top, bottom, top, bottom, front and rear of the locking system 1 or body 2 correspond to a horizontal slab inserted from bottom to top for a ceiling.
- the slabs can also be arranged vertically or inclined or even horizontally to form a floor for which the slabs are then inserted from top to bottom.
- the locking finger 6 is arranged in a locked position which corresponds to the position in which the locking system 1 is located before or after the insertion of the slab into the receiving structure.
- the locking finger 6 is in the maximum protruding position and its beveled portion 61 is placed facing the receiving structure before insertion of the slab.
- the locked position of the locking finger 6 also corresponds to the position of the locking finger 6 after insertion of the slab into the receiving structure.
- the locking finger 6 returns to its maximum protruding position to come to rest against the receiving structure.
- the portion bearing against the receiving structure in the locked position is the portion 63 opposite the bevel 61.
- Rail 3 or fold (not shown on the figure 2 ), to which the locking system 1 is fixed, is arranged between the bearing face 21 of the body 2 and the flange 71 of the sheath 7.
- the claws 72 for fixing the sheath 7 project out of the body 2, hooking onto the rear wall of said body.
- the magnetizable parts are arranged near the free end of each of the arms 42 positioned below the lugs 62.
- the magnetizable part of the arms 42 each extends over a portion of each arm 42 extending from its free end to approximately half of its length.
- the magnetizable part is an additional part inserted into each of the arms 42 by its free end in which a recess is made.
- the magnetizable part is intended to move the return member 4 under the action of a magnetic field.
- the attraction of the magnetizable part by a magnetic field coming from it below the locking system 1 thus causes the rotation of the return member 4 around its axis 41, the lowering of the arms 42 and the movement towards the bottom of the body 2 of the arms 43 as is visible on the figures 4 and 5 .
- the return member 4 passes from the unfolded position to the folded position.
- the blocking means 8 does not exert any action on the return member 4 in the unfolded position.
- the blocking means 8 is designed such that it allows the return member 4 to pass from the unfolded position to the folded position.
- FIG. 3 represents the position of the locking finger 6 at the time of insertion of the slab into the receiving structure.
- the locking finger 6 is flush with the external surface of the flange 71 and does not project out of the sheath 7.
- a clearance can be provided between this flange 35 and the structure receiving the slab in which case the locking finger 6 is recessed relative to its locking position shown in figure 2 .
- the representation of the Figure 3 corresponds to a maximum necessary recoil of the locking finger 6 when inserting the slab into the receiving structure.
- the return member 4 does not disturb the translation movement carried out by the locking finger 6. In particular, even if the lugs 62 of the locking finger 6 come into contact with the arms 42 or 43 of the return member 4 , the return member 4 is not here moved by the translation of the locking finger 6. The return member 4 does not block the locking finger 6 in its intermediate positions and the blocking means 8 does not exert of action on the return member 4. Thus, when inserting the slab into the receiving structure, the slab is automatically locked in the receiving structure.
- the locking finger 6 is shown in the unlocked position.
- the locking finger 6 here adopts its maximum recoil position in the housing 22 of the body 2.
- the application of a magnetic field coming from it below the locking system 1 causes the rotation of the return member 4 around its axis 41, the lowering of the arms 42 towards the bottom of the body 2.
- the return member 4 finds itself in the folded position and the locking finger 6 in the unlocked position.
- the blocking means 8 then comes to bear against the return member 4 so as to maintain the return member 4 in the folded position, which maintains the locking finger 6 in the unlocked position.
- the return member 4 is maintained in the folded position even in the absence of a magnetic field exerted from below the locking system 1.
- the arms 43 of the return member 4 bear against the lugs 62 of the locking finger 6 which is held in the unlocked position and it can thus no longer be locked against the structure receiving the slab.
- the return member 4 maintains the finger in the unlocked position despite the action of the first elastic member 5 compressed between the locking finger 6 and the body 2.
- the blocking means 8 is designed such that it allows the return member 4 to be maintained in the folded position. Furthermore, the blocking means 8 makes it possible to maintain the return member 4 in the folded position, despite the opposing force exerted by the elastic member 5.
- each return member 4 in the folded and maintained position thus by the blocking means 8 the slab can be removed from the receiving structure and vice versa.
- each blocking means 8 of each locking system 1 is accessible to a user.
- FIG. 5 illustrates the moment of release of the return member 4 after recovery of the slab.
- you To replace said tile in the ceiling, you must bring finger 6 to the position shown on the figure 2 .
- the blocking means 8 By exerting a force (F) for example on the second part 82 of the blocking means 8 which has become accessible, the blocking means 8 is deformed and the first part 81 finds itself separated from the return member 4 in the unfolded position.
- the locking finger 6 then returns, under the action of the elastic member 5, to its locked position as shown in figure 2 .
- a simple pressure of the finger for example on the bulge 85 is enough to deform the blocking means 8 and to cause an upward movement of the second end 87 of the blocking means 8.
- the blocking means 8 fulfills several different functions and this in different positions of the return member 4.
- the blocking means 8 allows the return member 4 to pass from the folded position of the Figure 5 to the unfolded position of the figure 2 .
- the first part 81 of the blocking means 8 does not block the movement of the arms 43 from the front of the body 2 towards the rear of the body 2.
- the arms 43 of the return member 4 are in intimate contact with the lower part of the first part 81 of the blocking means 8 which deforms slightly to allow the movement of the arms 43 from the second elbow 86 towards the second end 87 of the blocking means 8.
- the free end of the arm 43 runs along the first part 81 of the blocking means 8 from the second elbow 86 until it passes the second end 87 of the blocking means 8.
- the blocking means also comprises a third elbow 88 located between the first end 83 and the first elbow 84.
- the third elbow 88 is of such a design that it allows the first end 83 to be gripped.
- this further makes it possible to apply a force F2 from bottom to top at the level of the first end 83 of the second part 82 of the blocking means 8.
- the application of this force makes it possible to deform and rotate the means of blocking 8 which allows the second end 87 to move upwards relative to its initial position.
- the force F2 is applied to the first end 83 of the blocking means 8, the second end 87 finds itself away from the return member 4 in the folded position.
- This embodiment makes it possible to achieve the same results as when a force F1 is applied to the bulge 85 of the blocking means 8.
- the blocking means 8 also makes it possible to maintain the return member 4 in the folded position. Indeed, when the arms 43 move towards the rear of the body 2, they slightly deform the first part 81 of the blocking means 8 until they exceed the second end 87 of the blocking means 8. The first part 81 of the blocking means blocking 8 then returns to its initial position and comes to bear at the level of the free end of arm 43 of the return member 4 as is illustrated in the Figure 4 . In this configuration, the blocking means 8 maintains the return member 4 in the folded position by preventing the return, under the effect of the elastic member 5, of the return member 4 in the folded position. In fact, the blocking member 8 here exerts a force opposite to the force exerted by the elastic member 5, via the lugs 62 of the locking finger 6, on the return member 4 which is thus held in place. folded position.
- the blocking means 8 also allows the return member 4 to pass from the folded position to the unfolded position by deforming under the action of a force exerted (F1 or F2) on the second part 82 of the blocking means 8 accessible when the slab has been removed from the structure fixation.
- the particular design of the blocking means 8 as well as its cooperation with the body 2 allow the second end 87 of the blocking means 8 to move towards the upper face of the body when a force (F1) from top to bottom is exerted on the bulge 85 or when a force (F2) from bottom to top is exerted on the first end 835.
- the locking system 1 according to the invention is for example intended to be installed on slabs to allow them to be locked on a suitable fixing structure.
- a slab comprises for example two locking systems 1 according to the invention. Depending on the size of the slab, the number of locking systems is adapted accordingly.
- kit comprising a panel equipped with at least two locking systems 1 according to the invention and an emission means of a magnetic field, for example a magnet.

Such slabs generally have a length and width of several decimeters. They are, depending on their dimensions, equipped with four, six or eight fixing means. However, a problem arises when it is necessary to unlock all the fixing means at the same time. Indeed, if we unlock the fixing means one by one, there is a high probability that the locking means which is no longer subject to the action of the magnetic field will lock again to the receiving frame of the panel.
The aim of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a locking system allowing simple unlocking of the tiles from their fixing frame while preserving the integrity of the tiles.

As described previously, the invention relates to a system for locking a slab onto a receiving structure. The system mainly comprises a body, a locking finger, an elastic member, a return member and a blocking means.
The
- a
housing 22 for the lockingfinger 6 arranged in itssheath 7, of shape adapted for a translation of the lockingfinger 6 relative to thebody 2, - a
housing 23 for anaxis 41 guided in rotation of thereturn member 4, and - two
housings 24 for 42 and 43 of thearms return member 4.
The
The
The
The locking
The blocking means 8 also comprises a
According to one embodiment of the invention, the locking means 8 successively comprises a
La deuxième partie 85 est alors représentée par la portion située entre la première extrémité 83 et le deuxième coude 86 et comprend le renflement 85.According to another embodiment of the invention, the blocking means 8 is for example in the form of a flat blade comprising a
In addition, applying a force from top to bottom at the level of the
During assembly, the
The blocking means 8 and the
The references to the top, bottom, top, bottom, front and rear of the

The
In this position, the

The
Les parties magnétisables sont disposées à proximité de l'extrémité libre de chacun des bras 42 positionnés en dessous des ergots 62.The magnetizable parts are arranged near the free end of each of the
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the magnetizable part of the
The blocking means 8 does not exert any action on the
The
The movement towards the bottom of the
Thus, under the action of a magnetic field, the
Thus, for a slab comprising
Once the slab has been removed from its receiving frame, the
Ainsi, le moyen de blocage 8 selon l'invention remplit plusieurs fonctions différentes et cela dans différentes positions de l'organe de rappel 4.Thus, the blocking means 8 according to the invention fulfills several different functions and this in different positions of the
This embodiment makes it possible to achieve the same results as when a force F1 is applied to the
The blocking means 8 also allows the
The
In order to allow the
