Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Bodenplatte zum Verlegen auf einem harten Untergrund, insbesondere Eis, mit einer Platte, an der an den Seitenkanten eine mechanische Verriegelungseinrichtung zum Verbinden zweier benachbarter Platten vorgesehen ist, wobei unter den Platten mindestens eine Isolierschicht aus einem Hartschaum angeordnet ist.
- Aus der
DE 20307074 ist ein aus Bodenplatten gebildeter Sportboden bekannt, bei dem an den Längskanten und Stirnkanten der Platten jeweils Verriegelungselemente vorgesehen sind, um die Platten untereinander fest miteinander zu verbinden. Die Bodenplatten können an ihrer Unterseite mit einer elastischen Schaumstoffschicht versehen sein, so dass sich eine gewisse Elastizität des Bodens ergibt, was gut für Sportböden ist. Bei einem solchen mobilen Boden besteht das Problem, dass für andere Anwendungszwecke auch eine höhere Flächenlast ausgehalten werden muss. Wenn eine Eisfläche für andere Zwecke genutzt werden soll, müssen entsprechende Belastungen standgehalten werden und es wird eine ausreichende Isolierung gefordert. - Die
WO 00/30724 - Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Bodenplatte zu schaffen, die hohe Flächenlasten aufnehmen kann und ein hohes Maß an Wärmeisolierung bietet.
- Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Bodenplatte mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
- Erfindungsgemäß weist die Bodenplatte unterhalb der Platte mit dem mechanischen Verriegelungssystem eine Isolierschicht aus einem Hartschaum auf, in der eine Vielzahl von Verstärkungselementen zum Abstützen der Platte vorgesehen sind. Dadurch kann über den Hartschaum eine gute Wärmeisolierung erreicht werden, so dass die Bodenplatte auch auf einem Eisboden verlegt werden kann und dann für andere Zwecke einsetzbar ist, und zudem können hohe Flächenlasten ausgehalten werden, so dass auch schwere Fahrzeuge über einen aus Bodenplatten gebildeten Boden bewegt werden können. Dadurch eignen sich die Bodenplatten besonders gut zum Verlegen auf Eis, um eine aus Eis gebildete Fläche anderweitig zu nutzen. Durch das mechanische Verriegelungssystem ist es möglich, die Bodenplatten je nach Bedarf zu verlegen oder wieder zu entfernen, so dass ein Boden flexibel für verschiedene Veranstaltungen genutzt werden kann.
- Gemäß der Erfindung sind die Verstärkungselemente in Bohrungen in der Isolierschicht aus Hartschaum eingepresst. Dadurch lässt sich die Bodenplatte einfach herstellen, in dem der begrenzt belastbare Hartschaum mit Verstärkungselementen versehen wird, die lediglich in den Hartschaum durchgängig eingepresst werden, so dass eine höhere Flächenbelastung der Bodenplatte möglich ist. Der Abstand zweier benachbarter Verstärkungselemente kann kleiner als 25 cm, vorzugsweise kleiner als 20 cm sein, so dass eine ausreichende Abstützung gewährleistet wird. Die Flächenlast auf einer Fläche von 15 cm x 15 cm beträgt nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung mehr als 5 t, so dass sehr hohe Belastungen möglich sind. Die Isolierschicht aus Hartschaum ist für eine ausreichende Wärmeisolierung in einer Dicke von mehr als 2 cm, vorzugsweise mehr als 3 cm ausgebildet. Dabei kann die Isolierschicht aus Hartschaum aus Polystyrol oder einem anderen schäumbaren Kunststoff hergestellt sein.
- Die Verstärkungselemente sind als Bolzen aus Kunststoff, Holz oder Metall ausgebildet. Auch mehrere verschiedene Verstärkungselemente können an der Isolierschicht aus Hartschaum vorgesehen sein. Um ein Anfrieren der Isolierschicht aus Hartschaum zu vermeiden, ist vorzugsweise eine Kunststoffschicht an der Unterseite vorgesehen, die auch als dünne Folie ausgebildet sein kann. An der Oberseite der Platte ist vorzugsweise eine elastische Abdeckschicht vorgesehen, so dass die Bodenplatte gut begehbar ist.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

- Ein Boden umfasst eine Vielzahl von Bodenplatten 1, die an ihren Längskanten 2 eine Verriegelungseinrichtung aufweisen und lösbar miteinander verbunden werden können. Optional kann Stirnkanten 3 ebenfalls Verriegelungselemente vorgesehen sein. Die Verriegelungseinrichtungen an den Längskanten 2 und an den Stirnkanten 3 können beispielsweise so ausgebildet sein, wie es in der
DE 20 2006 006 888 beschrieben ist. - Wie in
Figur 2 zu sehen ist, sind zwei benachbarte Bodenplatten 1 mehrschichtig aufgebaut und umfassen eine Platte 10 aus festem Material, aus verleimten Sperrholz, Kunststoff oder einem anderen Werkstoff. In der Platte 10 sind Metallprofile 11 und 12 randseitig an den Längskanten festgelegt, wobei das Metallprofil 11 mit einem Steg 15 in der Platte 10 verklebt ist und eine Nut 16 ausbildet. In der Nut 16 ist eine Feder 13 des Metallprofils 12 eingefügt, wobei ein Anschlag 14 von der Feder 13 hervorsteht, so dass eine definierte Verriegelungsposition durch die Metallprofile 11 und 12 gebildet ist. Weitere Details der Verriegelungseinrichtung sind in derDE 20 2006 006 888 beschrieben. - An der Oberseite der Platte 10 ist eine elastische Abdeckschicht 20 festgeklebt, beispielsweise aus Kautschuk, die schwer entflammbar ist. An der Unterseite der Platte 10 ist eine Isolierschicht 21 aus einem Hartschaum, beispielsweise aus Polystyrol gebildet, so dass die Bodenplatte 1 auch auf kaltem Untergrund, wie Eis verlegt werden kann und an der Oberseite höhere Temperaturen vorhanden sein können, die beim Betreten als unangenehm empfunden werden. An der Unterseite der Isolierschicht 21 ist eine Abdeckschicht 23, beispielsweise aus einer Kunststofffolie vorgesehen, damit bei einem Verlegen der Bodenplatte 1 auf Eis diese an der Unterseite nicht festfriert.
- Die Isolierschicht 21 aus Hartschaum sorgt zwar für eine gute Wärmeisolierung, besitzt allerdings das Problem, dass die maximale Flächenbelastung begrenzt ist, insbesondere wenn die Isolierschicht in einer Dicke von beispielsweise 3 cm bis 5 cm eingesetzt werden soll. Um auch hohe Belastungen aushalten zu können, beispielsweise durch Fahrzeuge, sind in der Isolierschicht 21 aus Hartschaum eine Vielzahl von Verstärkungselementen 22 eingebracht. Diese können in regelmäßigen Abständen in die Isolierschicht 21 aus Hartschaum eingepresst sein, wobei bei Bedarf auch Bohrungen in die Isolierschicht 21 vor dem Einfügen der Verstärkungselemente 22 vorgesehen werden können. In dem in
Figuren 2 und3 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Verstärkungselemente aus Bolzen 22 aus Holz gebildet, die in regelmäßigen Abständen von 10 cm bis 20 cm in die Isolierschicht 21 eingepresst sind. Dadurch wird die mögliche Flächenlast der Bodenplatte 1 erheblich erhöht und es wird eine vorschnelle Abnutzung vermieden. - Die Verstärkungselemente 22 bestehen aus einem Material höherer Festigkeit als das Isoliermaterial, beispielsweise aus Holz, Kunststoff, Metall oder einer Kombination dieser Materialien. Es können auch unterschiedliche Verstärkungselemente 22 an einer Isolierschicht 21 eingesetzt werden.
- Die so gebildeten Bodenplatten 1 können über das Verriegelungssystem an den Längskanten 2 aneinander fixiert werden und bei Bedarf können die Bodenplatten 1 wieder von dem Boden entfernt werden. Dabei eignen sich die Bodenplatten 1 besonders gut zum Verlegen auf Eis oder anderen kalten harten Böden.
Claims (7)
- Bodenplatte (1) zum Verlegen auf einem harten Untergrund, insbesondere Eis, mit einer Platte (10), an der an den Seitenkanten eine mechanische Verriegelungseinrichtung (11, 12) zum Verbinden zweier benachbarter Platten (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei unter den Platten (10) mindestens eine Isolierschicht (21) aus einem Hartschaum angeordnet ist, wobei in der Isolierschicht (21) eine Vielzahl von Verstärkungselementen (22) zum Abstützen der Platte (10) vorgesehen sind und die Verriegelungseinrichtung ineinander schwenkbare Metallprofile (11, 12) umfasst, die an den Längskanten der Platte (10) festgelegt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungselemente als Bolzen (22) ausgebildet sind und in Bohrungen in die Isolierschicht (21) aus Hartschaum durchgängig eingepresst sind.
- Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zweier benachbarter Verstärkungselemente (22) kleiner als 25 cm, vorzugsweise kleiner als 20 cm ist.
- Bodenplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierschicht (21) aus Hartschaum eine Dicke von mehr als 2 cm, vorzugsweise mehr als 3 cm aufweist.
- Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte (1) auf einer Fläche von 15 cm x 15 cm einer Flächenlast von mehr als 5 t standhält.
- Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierschicht (21) aus Hartschaum aus Polystyrol hergestellt ist.
- Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter der Isolierschicht (21) aus Hartschaum eine Kunststoffschicht (23) zur Vermeidung eines Anfrierens der Bodenplatte (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Bodenplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) mit einer elastischen Abdeckschicht (20) versehen ist.
