Abstract

Un Procédé de chauffage d'un récipient (Ri) posé sur une table de cuisson comprenant des moyens de chauffage associés respectivement à des inducteurs formant moyens de détection de la présence d'un récipient, les moyens de chauffage associés aux inducteurs étant répartis suivant une trame bidimensionnelle dans le plan de cuisson, comprend les étapes suivantes :
- recherche (E20) d'une zone de chauffe (Zi) constituée d'un ensemble de moyens de chauffage recouverts au moins partiellement par le récipient ; et
- calcul (E60) d'une puissance délivrée par chaque moyen de chauffage de ladite zone de chauffe (Zi) en fonction d'une puissance globale de consigne (Pi) associée à la zone de chauffe (Zi) et d'un taux de recouvrement par le récipient (Ri) de chaque moyen de détection associé au moyen de chauffage.
Utilisation notamment dans une table de cuisson à induction.
