Such assembly and repair pits are used by workshops or manufacturing plants for the assembly or repair of motor vehicles, rail vehicles, machinery or machine parts. At the same time, the staff can work comfortably under the appropriate vehicles and machines. Conventional assembly and repair pits are usually made on site. For this purpose, first outer and inner shuttering walls are placed, which are then filled with filling material, preferably with concrete. The setting up of these formwork or the production of conventional assembly and repair pits thus requires a possibly long employment of a variety of partially different craftsmen on site, so that high production costs incurred and long construction times occur. These disadvantages can be avoided by prefabricated cassettes made of steel od. The like., Which are used in a Bodenausnehmung on site. Only example is in this respect on the DE 93 20 679 U1 pointed.

Hierbei zeigen:

The DE 20 2006 008 537 U1 also describes the equipment of the assembly and repair pits with side-mounted water collecting gutters, so that over the vehicle tires running water can be collected and disposed of. This prior art will be described below with reference to Figures 5 and 6 described in more detail. Hereby show:

In the FIG. 5 illustrated assembly and repair pit is designated by the reference numeral 110. It consists of a multi-part cassette 111 made of steel and comprises two longitudinal side walls 112, end-side end walls 113 and a bottom 114 (see FIG FIG. 6 ). In the illustrated embodiment, the longitudinal side walls 112 are each formed double-walled, wherein by inner walls 115 and outer walls 116, a cavity 117 is limited od for receiving hardenable filling material such as lightweight concrete. Like. More details can be found in the above-cited DE 93 20 679 U1 be removed.

Diese Aufnahmekassetten sind integraler Bestandteil der beiden Längsseitenwände 112.The end walls 113 are each formed in a single wall. The cassette 111 still comprises receiving cassettes 118 for the rollers of a brake test stand or the like on both sides of the mounting pit. These receiving cassettes are an integral part of the two longitudinal side walls 112.

Of importance in this assembly and repair pit that extends along the upper boundary of the longitudinal side walls 112 each have a water collecting channel 119, the corresponding FIG. 6 is covered by a running grate 120.

The water collecting channels 119 are in the longitudinal direction to a water outlet 122 (see FIG. 6 ) inclined. Also in cross section, the water collecting grooves 119 are inclined, in each case outwardly below.

Like both FIG. 5 as well as FIG. 6 can be seen, the water collecting channels 119 are each arranged within a widened relative to the longitudinal side walls 112 unit 123, which connected to the upper longitudinal sides of the longitudinal side walls 112 are and limit the pit opening 121 laterally. These units 123 are made of sheet steel and define a cavity 124 which can be filled with hardenable filling material, as well as the cavity 117 of the double-walled longitudinal side walls 112.

The width of the water collecting channels 119 together with the 120 running grate corresponds approximately to the track width of a vehicle tire, in particular twin tires 125 of a truck od. Like. Vehicle (see FIG. 6 ). This ensures that in such vehicles, the running over the tire water is collected in the water collecting channels 119.

FIG. 6 also shows that the structural unit 123 comprising the water collecting channel 119 is approximately trapezoidal in cross-section, being placed with the shorter side of the parallel side on the upper longitudinal side of the associated longitudinal side wall 112 and the longer side of the parallel sides encompassing the traveling channel 120.

The water collecting gutters 119 along the two longitudinal sides of the mounting pit can thus be prepared by the manufacturer, so that in this respect no more work on site at the site must be made. The running grates 120 extend approximately at the level of an adjoining the assembly pit hall floor od. Like., In FIG. 6 indicated by the reference numeral 126.

The double-walled longitudinal side walls 112 and the units 123 placed thereon are stabilized by longitudinally spaced-apart perforated walls 127, which are inserted between the inner and outer walls.

The effluent from the water drain 124 water is discharged through out of the cassette 111 guided pipes.

A disadvantage of this prior art is that the width of the pit defined by the water collecting channels assigned to the longitudinal side walls is adapted to the track width of so-called twin tires of larger trucks. The assembly and repair pit described therein is therefore limited in their use to a specific size range of trucks, rail vehicles, machinery or machine parts. Also, water that runs off of protruding parts is not collected in the water collection channel. Moreover, it is considered to be disadvantageous that the pipes, which serve to discharge the dirty water from the water drain, be performed outside the steel cassette, so that in case of leaks from the pipes escaping wastewater contaminates the environment.

The object of the present invention is to overcome these disadvantages of the prior art. This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claims 1 and 9, wherein advantageous details and embodiments are described in the subclaims.

In particular, the object is achieved by a mounting pit, which consists of a usable in a bottom recess one or more parts cassette od. Like. Corrosion resistant material, with two longitudinal side walls, end side arranged end walls and a bottom, wherein the walls and / or the floor at least partially each one or double-walled with a cavity arranged therebetween for receiving hardenable filling material, such as lightweight concrete. The like., Are formed, with the upper boundary of the longitudinal side walls and possibly also the end walls in each case laterally outwardly extending water collecting channels in which the width of the pit defined by the water collecting channels assigned to the longitudinal side walls is at least 2.5 m to 3.5 m, in particular approximately 3.0 m. As a result, even in vehicles or machines with excess width or with protruding parts dripping water can be collected in the water collecting channel and collected in collecting devices located underneath and disposed of.

Furthermore, the object is achieved by a system for disposing of wastewater or wastewater in the range of at least two assembly pits of the type described, wherein the water collecting gutters of all pits is assigned a common central water intake device. The advantage of such a construction is that in an efficient manner, the wastewater or wastewater of a plurality of pits can be centrally stored, collected, disposed of and / or cleaned.

In one embodiment of the invention, a water receiving device, in particular in the form of a collecting container is provided in the cassette, with the help of the dirt or wastewater can be stored over a longer period.

Preferably, the water collecting channels are connected via pipes to the water absorption device. As a result, the wastewater or wastewater from the water collecting channels can be supplied to the water absorption device essentially without loss.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, in a double-walled cassette, the tubes and / or the water absorption devices are arranged substantially in a cavity between an outer and an inner wall, in particular within a between outer and inner wall on the one hand, and interposed transverse walls on the other hand limited free space. On the one hand, such a construction is characterized by a particularly high degree of compactness and, on the other hand, water leaving the pipes and / or the water absorption device unintentionally remains at least essentially within the outer wall, so that contamination of the surrounding area is prevented or at least greatly reduced.

The water absorption device preferably comprises a monitoring device for monitoring a fill level. Such monitoring of the water level of the water intake device prevents unnoticed overflow of the water intake device.

In a specific embodiment of the invention, the water absorption device comprises a pump device for pumping out the collected water. This eliminates the need to manually remove it.

Preferably, the water absorption device in a lower portion of the pit, in particular under a bottom cover, such as floor grate od. Like. Arranged. Such an arrangement ensures that the wastewater flows completely into the water intake device and this water absorption device is easily accessible at the same time, for example by removing the bottom grate.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pit and possibly also the water absorption device is associated with an oil separator and / or a splitting system. By means of an oil separator, a separation of oily components from the water can already take place in the pit and possibly also in the water absorption device. A splitting system would ensure that emulsions can be separated according to oil and water. Overall, eliminating the provision of an oil separator and / or a splitting plant a complex external separation of oily or emulsifying components from the water.

Preferably, at least one gas suction device is associated with the pit, in particular the water absorption device and / or the water collection channels. This increases the safety of the pit and improves the breathing air for people working in the pit.

In a specific development of the aforementioned system for the disposal of waste water in the area of at least two installation pits, each pit is assigned a separate water intake device, in particular a collecting vessel, whereby the collected water can be conveyed continuously or if required into a central water intake unit by means of a pump. Such a system combines the advantages of a central water intake device with the benefits of a variety of remote water intake devices.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of an inventively designed assembly and repair pit, as well as a system according to the invention for the disposal of wastewater in the range of at least two mounting pits with reference to the accompanying drawings with respect to other features and advantages of the invention will be explained. Show it:

an enlarged section A of the system for the disposal of wastewater FIG. 3 ,

In FIG. 1 is the cross section of a first embodiment of a mounting and repair pit 10 according to the invention consisting of a multi-part cassette 11 made of steel with two longitudinal side walls 12, arranged end side walls 13 (see Fig. 3 ) and a floor 14. The longitudinal side walls 12 are each formed double-walled, wherein a cavity 17 is bounded by an inner wall 15 and an outer wall 16 which serves to receive hardenable filling material. In this regard, the already mentioned at the beginning DE 93 20 679 U1 and DE 20 2006 008 537 U1 directed.

Along the upper boundary of the longitudinal side walls 12 extends a respective water collecting channel 19, which is covered by a running grate 20.

Of particular importance in the illustrated embodiment is that defined by outer edges 32a, 32b of the two water collecting channels 19 width of the mounting pit 10 is about 3.1 m. Depending on specific requirements, in alternative embodiments, a width in a range of 2.5 m to 3.5 m can be realized.

The two water collecting channels 19 off FIG. 1 each comprise two inclined longitudinal surfaces 33, 33 ', wherein the more outer inclined surfaces 33' have a lower angle to the horizontal, as the respectively further inwardly inclined surfaces 33. The respective inclined surfaces 33 and 33 'are arranged such that the water flows together in the region of an intervening water outlet 22, ie they are inclined to this water outlet 22 both in a longitudinal extension and transversely to the longitudinal extent of the pit. Of course, further embodiments of the inclined surfaces 33, 33 'are conceivable here; In particular, as described in the prior art, only one longitudinal surface 33 can be formed on both sides. Also, a central collecting channel between the two longitudinal surfaces 33, 33 'is conceivable, which is inclined to a water outlet.

The water collecting channels 19 are arranged within a structural unit 23 which is significantly widened in relation to the longitudinal side walls 12 and which comprises a cavity 24 which can be filled with hardenable filling material and is preferably connected to the cavity 17, so that a self-contained cavity is formed.

The excess width of the assembly 23 and the water collecting channels 19 ensures that when driving through the mounting pit 10 by a vehicle with increased track width, especially with a truck with twin tires 25, an open space 34 remains outwardly such that dirt from the footwear of persons and / or protruding objects of the truck is also collected by the water collecting channels 19 / are.

In addition to the excess width of the water collecting grooves 19, the manner of discharging the waste water from the water collecting channels 19 is of particular importance in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 , As can be seen, the water flowing in the water outlet 22 is collected in a water receiver 28 through pipes 31a, 31b. The trough-shaped water absorption device 28 is embedded here in a recess 35 of the bottom 14. Above the water absorption device 28 is a bottom grate 30, which covers the recess 35 or the water absorption device 28 in a walk-through manner. As an alternative to the embodiment shown here, the recess 35 may also be designed as an integral water absorption device, in which case, of course, a corresponding tightness of the recess 35 has to be ensured. As a result, the water absorption device 28 would be omitted as a separate component.

As Fig. 1 can be removed, the tubes 31 a, 31 b are guided within the cavities 24 of the assembly 23 and the cavities 17. Preferably, the tubes 31a, 31b are placed within a free space bounded between the outer and inner walls 15, 16, and between transverse walls (transverse walls not shown in the figures).

The embodiment according to Fig. 2 differs from the embodiment according to Fig. 1 in that there are no common water absorption devices 28 for all collecting channels within the recess 35, but that in each cavity 17 a separate first and second water absorption device 28 'and 28 "are provided, into which the tubes 31a, 31b open 17 is preferably formed at least in the lower region also oil and water-tight, so that any leaks occurring water absorption devices 28 ', 28 "do not lead to contamination of the environment. Of course, in addition, still in the recess 35, analogous to FIG. 1 (and not in FIG. 2 shown), a further water absorption device 28 may be provided, which then absorbs, for example, from the bottom of the truck dripping wastewater or other contaminants.

As in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 Fig. 2 shows the water collecting gutter 19 of the embodiment Fig. 2 a substantially triangular cross section, of course, further cross sections, in particular trapezoidal cross-sections are conceivable.

A significant advantage of the embodiments according to Fig. 1 and 2 consists in that the pipes 31a, 31b, and the respective water absorption devices 28, 28 ', 28 "as prefabricated by the manufacturer solid components of the cassette 11 and the mounting pit 10 can be prepared accordingly, so that in this respect no more work on site at the site The same naturally also applies to the water collecting channels 19, as well as all other components of the assembly pit 10.

In Fig. 3 and partially in Fig. 4 is a system for the disposal of wastewater or wastewater in the area of several (here four concrete) installation pits, which are embedded in a hall floor 26 shown. The individual mounting pits 10 are closed by front side walls 13 and the front side. Between inner wall 15 and outer wall 16 perforated walls (27) are provided which are perpendicular to the inner 15 and outer wall 16. The water collecting channels 19 have a trapezoidal cross-section. The cassette 11 still od on both sides of the mounting pit receiving cassettes 18 for the roles of a brake tester. Like.

The water coming from the water drain 22 flows through pit drain pipes 36 (see Fig. 4 In case of need or continuously, it is supplied from there by means of pumps (not shown in the figures) via collecting pipes 37 of a central water intake device 29, which is concretely designed as a water tank.

At the central water intake device 29, both an oil separator, as well as a splitting plant (not shown in the figures) is provided. As a result, the wastewater or wastewater of many assembly pits can be centrally separated into its various components (for example water and oil) and disposed of accordingly. The central water intake device 29 further comprises a monitoring device (not shown in the figures) which monitors a level of the central water intake device 29 and indicates a threatening overflow by a warning signal.

Of course, the water intake devices 28 of the individual assembly pits 10 may have such monitoring devices, as well as oil separators and slitting systems.

Alternatively, the central water intake device 29 may also be positioned in such a way, in particular lying lower than the individual water intake devices 28, so that the dirt or wastewater following gravity flows from the water intake devices 28 into the central water intake device 29. In such a case, of course, the individual water intake devices 28 can of course be completely dispensed with.

The central water intake device 29 according to Fig. 3 Alternatively, it is also conceivable to arrange the central water absorption device 29 above the hall floor 26, so that only pumping work has to be used in order to remove the dirt or wastewater from the individual water absorption devices 28 to the central one To direct water intake device 29, but no pumping work is necessary to pump the stored in the central water absorber dirt or sewage for further disposal to the surface or no lifting is necessary to od the tank by means of a crane. Like. to pick up for transport. Incidentally, the mounting pit according to the invention or the mounting pits of the system for the disposal of wastewater or wastewater according to the prior art is formed, so that a more detailed description is unnecessary.

Of course, the front side walls 13 water collecting channels 19 of the aforementioned type can be assigned.

In particular, in a single-walled steel cassette, it is preferable to arrange the entire piping, as well as corresponding water intake devices within the cassette. Important in this context, of course, that the cassette is designed to be water or oil-tight.

Verkabelungseinrichtungen. In the case of a doppelwandingen design of the cassette 11, it is advantageous if the filling of the cavities 17, 24 with concrete od. Like. A shaft construction between the inner 15 and the outer wall 16 is inserted. This shaft construction then serves for the later reception of the tubes 31a, 31b or further line or wiring devices.

It should also be mentioned that the mounting pit can be made of a single or multi-part cassette, which consists of corrosion-resistant plastic or concrete.

All disclosed in the application documents features are claimed as essential to the invention, as far as they are new individually or in combination over the prior art.
