Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen stapelbaren Stuhl mit einem Gestell und einem Sitz nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aus AU 450 866 B2 ist ein gattungsgemäßer Stuhl bekannt.
  • Derartige Stühle dienen der flexiblen Bestuhlung großer Räume und Auditorien mit wechselnder Nutzung und werden daher auch als Hallenstuhl bezeichnet. Leichtes Handling beim Transportieren, Stapeln und Reihen ist erforderlich. Nachteilig bei solchen stapelbaren Stühlen ist bisher, daß die Anbauteile, wie beispielsweise Armlehnen oder eine Schreibplatte, im allgemeinen fest montiert sind. Eine Anpassung der Stühle an unterschiedliche Nutzungszwecke, entweder eine komfortable Bankettmöbilierung mit Armlehnen oder eine flächensparende Reihenaufstellung ohne Armlehnen, ist gar nicht oder nur mit aufwendigen Umbaumaßnahmen möglich.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen stapelbaren Stuhl zu schaffen, an den verschiedenartige Anbauteile, wie Armlehnen, Schreibplattenhalter oder Reihenverbinder, in einfacher Weise an- und abbaubar sind.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Hierdurch wird ein stapelbarer Stuhl geschaffen, der nach dem Baukastenprinzip mit Anbauteilen bestückbar ist, so daß ein und derselbe Stuhl an eine wechselnde Nutzung unter Anbringung unterschiedlicher Anbauteile anpaßbar ist. Die Montage ist dabei werkzeuglos, da die Anbauteile jeweils einen Einsteckkörper aufweisen, der in die Seitenteile des Gestells eines Stuhls einsteckbar und dort mittels einer Zuggriffeinrichtung unterhalb des Sitzes arretierbar ist.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen und Vorteile der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung und den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der in den beigefügten Abbildungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen stapelbaren Stuhl 1 mit einem Gestell 60, das jeweils ein Vorderbein 2 und ein Hinterbein 3 über ein Seitenteil 4 miteinander verbindet. An zwei Seitenteilen 4 des Gestells 60 ist ein Sitz 61 befestigbar. Der Sitz 61 ist vorzugsweise als Sitzschale 6 ausgebildet, wie dies in den Figuren dargestellt ist, oder als Sitzplatte.
  • Wie insbesondere Fig. 5b zeigt, weisen die Seitenteile 4 jeweils eine in Richtung unterhalb des Sitzes 61 sich erstreckende Durchgangsöffnung 12 mit einem Eingangsabschnitt 62 und einem Ausgangsabschnitt 63 zum arretierbaren Einsetzen eines Einsteckkörpers 64 auf. Am Eingangsabschnitt 62 der Durchgangsöffnung 12 ist ein Anschlag 65 vorgesehen für einen mit einer wählbaren Funktion ausgestaltbaren, gegenüber dem Seitenteil 4 vorstehenden Kopfabschnitt 66 des Einsteckkörpers 64. Gemäß Fig. 5b dient der Kopfabschnitt 66 beispielsweise zur Anbringung einer Armlehne 8 an dem Stuhl 1.
  • Der Einsteckkörper 64 weist an seinem dem Kopfabschnitt 66 gegenüberliegenden Ende 67 ein im Ausgangsabschnitt 63 für eine Zuggriffeinrichtung 39 zugängliches Angriffselement 36 auf zum Anziehen des Einsteckkörpers 64 gegenüber dem Anschlag 65 in eine lösbare Verriegelungsposition.
  • Der in den Figuren dargestellte stapelbare Stuhl wird im einzelnen wie folgt beschrieben.
  • Der stapelbare Stuhl 1 (mehrere übereinander gestapelte Objektstühle 1, siehe Fig. 12) weist zwei Vorderbeine 2 und zwei Hinterbeine 3 auf, wobei jeweils ein Vorderbein 2 und ein Hinterbein 3 in ein Seitenteil 4 eingesetzt sind und beide Seitenteile 4 über Querstreben 5 miteinander verbunden sind. Auf den Seitenteilen 4 ist eine Sitzschale 6 (siehe Figuren 1 bis 4 sowie 11 und 12) befestigt. Bei Verwendung einer Sitzplatte ist ein Rückenteil über im wesentlichen L-förmige Verbindungsstreben mit den Querstreben 5 zwischen den Seitenteilen 4 verbunden.
  • Um verschiedenartige Anbauteile, wie Reihenverbinder 7, Armlehnen 8, Schreibplattenhalter 9, Deckel 10 o. dgl. an dem Stuhl 1 mit relativ einfachen Mitteln anbringen zu können, ist in den Seitenteilen 4 jeweils eine dieselbe durchdringende Durchgangsöffnung 12 vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise als eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Sitzebene 11-11 verlaufende Aufnahmebohrung ausgebildet ist, in der die Anbauteile 7, 8, 9, 10 kraft- und formschlüssig befestigbar sind. Dazu weist die Aufnahmebohrung 12 der Seitenteile 4 auf der nach außen gerichteten Seite 13 der Seitenteile 4 einen rechteckigen Querschnitt auf (siehe hierzu insbesondere den in die Aufnahmebohrung einsteckbaren und beispielsweise in den Fig. 8 bis 10 dargestellten Ansatz 14 der Anbauteile 7, 8, 9, 10), der zumindest auf drei Seiten nach innen in ein zylindrisches Teilstück konisch ausläuft.
  • Wie bereits erwähnt, weisen die Anbauteile 7, 8, 9, 10 auf ihren zu dem Seitenteil 4 gerichteten Seiten 15, 16, 17, 18 einen der Aufnahmebohrung 12 der Seitenteile 4 angepaßten Einsteckkörper mit einem Ansatz 14 auf, d.h. der Ansatz 14 besteht aus einem rechteckigen Teil 19, der konisch in einen zylindrischen Teil 20 übergeht. Der rechteckige Teil 19 des Ansatzes 14 ist dafür vorgesehen, damit die Anbauteile 7, 8, 9, 10 nur in der korrekten Position montiert werden können.
  • Die Armlehnen 8 sowie die Schreibplattenhalter 9 weisen auf ihren von dem Seitenteil 4 abgewandten Seiten 21, 22 jeweils eine der Aufnahmebohrung 12 der Seitenteile 4 entsprechende Aufnahmebohrung 23, 24 auf, in der die Reihenverbinder 7 oder die Deckel 10 kraft- und formschlüssig befestigbar sind.
  • In den Reihenverbindern 7 bzw. den Deckeln 10 ist jeweils eine Vierkantmutter 25 verdrehsicher eingesetzt. Bei einer einfachen Befestigungsvariante der Anbauteile 7, 8, 9, 10 erstreckt sich jeweils eine die Aufnahmebohrung 12 des Seitenteils 4 und den Ansatz 14 des jeweiligen Anbauteils 7, 8, 9, 10 durchdringende Befestigungsschraube 26 bis in die Vierkantmutter 25 des Reihenverbinders 7 bzw. des Deckels 10 und stützt sich an der Innenseite 27 des Seitenteils 4 ab (siehe hierzu z.B. Fig. 7).
  • Eine komfortablere Befestigungsvariante ist in Fig. 5 und 6 dargestellt. Der Einsteckkörper 64 umfaßt hier den Ansatz 14 und ein Spannrohr 29. Dabei ist in das vordere Ende 28 des Ansatzes 14 der Armlehnen 8 bzw. des Schreibplattenhalters 9 das Spannrohr 29 eingesetzt, in dessen Längsmittelbohrung 30 eine Schraube 31 eingesetzt ist, deren Schaft 32 sich durch den Ansatz 14 der Armlehne 8 bzw. des Schreibplattenhalters 9 bis in die Vierkantmutter 25 des Reihenverbinders 7 bzw. des Deckels 10 erstreckt und dessen Kopf 33 sich an einem Bund 34 in der Längsmittelbohrung 30 abstützt. Am freien Ende 35 des Spannrohres 29 ist als ein Angriffselement 36 ein Stift 36 radial in dasselbe eingesetzt, wobei um 90° versetzt zu dem Stift 36 zwei sich gegenüberliegende Schlitze 37 am freien Ende 35 des Spannrohres 29 vorgesehen sind, durch die eine Zuggriffeinrichtung 39 ragt und hinter dem Stift 36 angreift (siehe hierzu den strichpunktiert dargestellten Spannhebel 39 in Fig. 5a. Bei der Zuggriffeinrichtung 39 handelt es sich beispielsweise um einen an der Innenseite 27 des Seitenteils 4 in einer Konsole 38 drehbar gelagerten Spannhebel 39 mit einem vorderen Ende 40. Durch diesen Spannhebel 39 wird die Montagezeit wesentlich verringert. Die Spannung kann auch in axialer Richtung über ein Grobgewinde erfolgen.
  • Die Reihenverbinder 7, die eine Mehrzahl von Stühlen miteinander verbinden (siehe Fig. 11), sind jeweils zweiteilig als Einsteckteil 41 und Aufnahmeteil 42 ausgebildet (siehe insbesondere Fig. 8 bis 10). Dabei weist das Einsteckteil 41 einen vertikal nach unten gerichteten Zapfen 43 auf, der in eine vertikal nach oben gerichtete Bohrung 44 des Aufnahmeteils 42 ragt, und das Einsteckteil 41 ist auf der einen Seite des Stuhles 1 und das Aufnahmeteil 42 auf der anderen Seite des Stuhles 1 angeordnet, wodurch benachbarte Stühle 1 miteinander verbunden werden können.
  • Vorzugsweise kann im Bereich der Reihenverbinder 7 eine Paniksicherung 45 vorgesehen sein, die beispielsweise von einem das Einsteckteil 41 des Reihenverbinders 7 umschließenden und den Zapfen 43 abdeckenden Ring 46 gebildet ist. Dabei ist am Umfang 47 des Ringes 46 von der freien Seite 48 aus eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung 49 vorgesehen, die bei Drehung des Ringes 46 den Zapfen 43 freigibt.
  • Der Ring 46 weist einen radialen Bund 50 auf, an dem radial nach innen gerichtete Rastnasen 51 vorgesehen sind, die in einer umlaufenden Nut 52 des Einsteckteiles 41 des Reihenverbinders 7 geführt sind und in Vertiefungen (nicht dargestellt) einrasten.
  • Am oberen Ende 53 des Schreibplattenhalters 8 ist selbstverständlich eine Schreibplatte 54 angebracht, die in zwei bzw. vier Richtungen drehbar gelagert ist.
  • Auf dem Einsteckteil 41 bzw. dem Aufnahmeteil 42 kann am Ende von durch mehrere miteinander verbundene Stühle 1 gebildeten Reihen eine Kappe mit auf diesen angebrachten Nummern zur Reihennumerierung aufgesetzt sein (nicht dargestellt).

Stapelbarer Stuhl mit einem Gestell, das jeweils ein Vorderbein und ein Hinterbein über ein Seitenteil miteinander verbindet, und einem an zwei Seitenteilen des Gestells befestigbarem Sitz, wobei die Seitenteile (4) jeweils eine in Richtung unterhalb des Sitzes (61) sich erstreckende Durchgangsöffnung (12) mit einem Eingangsabschnitt (62) und einem Ausgangsabschnitt (63) zum arretierbaren Einsetzen eines Einsteckkörpers (64) aufweisen, am Eingangsabschnitt (62) der Durchgangsöffnung (12) ein Anschlag (65) vorgesehen ist für einen mit einer wählbaren Funktion ausgestaltbaren, gegenüber dem Seitenteil (4) vorstehenden Kopfabschnitt (66) des Einsteckkörpers (64), und der Einsteckkörper (64) an seinem dem Kopfabschnitt (66) gegenüberliegenden Ende (67) ein im Ausgangsabschnitt (63) für eine Zuggriffeinrichtung (39) zugängliches Angriffselement (36) zum Anziehen des Einsteckkörpers (64) gegenüber dem Anschlag (65) in eine lösbare Verriegelungsposition aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopfabschnitt (66) zur Anbringung eines Reihenverbinders (7), einer Armlehne (8), eines Schreibplattenhalters (9) oder eines Deckels (10) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsteckkörper (64) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig in der Durchgangsöffnung (12) befestigbar ist.
  3. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Seitenteile (4) über Querstreben (5) miteinander verbindbar sind.
  4. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung (12) als Aufnahmebohrung ausgebildet ist und auf der nach außen gerichteten Seite (13) der Seitenteile (4) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, der zumindest auf drei Seiten nach innen in ein zylindrisches Teilstück konisch ausläuft.
  5. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsteckkörper (64) auf seinen zu dem Seitenteil (4) gerichteten Seiten (15, 16, 17, 18) jeweils einen der Durchgangsöffnung (12) der Seitenteile (4) angepaßten Ansatz (14) aufweist.
  6. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsteckkörper (64) auf seiner von dem Seitenteil (4) abgewandten Seite (21, 22) jeweils eine der Aufnahmebohrung (12) der Seitenteile (4) entsprechende Aufnahmebohrung (23, 24) aufweist, in der die Reihenverbinder (7) oder die Deckel (10) kraft- und formschlüssig befestigbar sind.
  7. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Einsteckkörper (64) jeweils eine Vierkantmutter (25) verdrehsicher eingesetzt ist, wobei sich jeweils eine die Aufnahmebohrung (12) des Seitenteils (4) und einen Ansatz (14) eines jeweiligen Anbauteiles, wie Armlehne (8) oder Schreibplattenhalter (9), durchdringende Befestigungsschraube (26) bis in die Vierkantmutter (25) des Reihenverbinders (7) bzw. des Deckels (10) erstreckt und sich an der Innenseite (27) des Seitenteils (4) abstützt.
  8. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in ein vorderes Ende (28) eines Ansatzes (14) der Anbauteile, wie Armlehne (8) oder Schreibplattenhalter (9), ein Spannrohr (29) eingesetzt ist, in dessen Längsmittelbohrung (30) eine Schraube (31) eingesetzt ist, deren Schaft (32) sich durch den Ansatz (14) der Armlehne (8) bzw. des Schreibplattenhalters (9) bis in die Vierkantmutter (25) des Reihenverbinders (7) bzw. des Deckels (10) erstreckt und dessen Kopf (33) sich an einem Bund (34) in der Längsmittelbohrung (30) abstützt, und daß am freien Ende (35) des Spannrohres (29) ein Stift (36) radial eingesetzt ist, wobei um 90 ° versetzt zu dem Stift (36) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Schlitze (37) am freien Ende (35) des Spannrohres (29) vorgesehen sind, durch die ein an der Innenseite (27) des Seitenteiles (4) in einer Konsole (38) drehbar gelagerter Spannhebel (39) mit seinem vorderen Ende (40) ragt und hinter dem Stift (36) angreift.
  9. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Reihenverbinder (7) zweiteilig als Einsteckteil (41) und Aufnahmeteil (42) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Einsteckteil (41) einen vertikal nach unten gerichteten Zapfen (43) aufweist, der in eine vertikal nach oben gerichtete Bohrung (44) des Aufnahmeteils (42) ragt, und das Einsteckteil (41) auf der einen Seite des Stuhls (1) und das Aufnahmeteil (42) auf der andere Seite des Stuhls (1) angeordnet ist,
  10. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich eines Reihenverbinders (7) eine Paniksicherung (45) vorgesehen ist.
  11. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Paniksicherung (45) von einem das Einsteckteil (41) des Reihenverbinders (7) umschließenden und den Zapfen (43) abdeckenden Ring (46) gebildet ist, wobei am Umfang (47) des Ringes (46) von der freien Seite (48) aus eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung (49) vorgesehen ist, die bei Drehung des Ringes (46) den Zapfen (43) freigibt.
  12. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (46) einen radialen Bund (50) aufweist, an dem radial nach innen gerichtete Rastnasen (51) vorgesehen sind, die in einer umlaufenden Nut (52) des Einsteckteils (41) des Reihenverbinders (7) geführt sind und in Vertiefungen einrasten.
  13. Stapelbarer Stuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an einem oberen Ende (53) eines Schreibplattenhalters (9) angebrachte Schreibplatte (54) in zwei bzw. vier Richtungen verstellbar gelagert ist.
