Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Schließplatte für ein Öffnungselement eines Fahrzeugs, im Besonderen eines Kraftfahrzeugs, die Folgendes umfasst: eine Käfigplatte (20), die starr an einem Verstärkungselement der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs befestigt ist, und eine bewegliche Platte (30), die in Bezug auf die Käfigplatte (20) positioniert und mit der Schließplatte (1) durch Befestigungsmittel (4) verbunden werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Käfigplatte (20) in ihrem unteren Teil und in ihrem oberen Teil eine Kontur (21, 22) aufweist, die es ermöglicht, die Zonen (26) zur Befestigung der Käfigplatte (20) an dem genannten Verstärkungselement (11) von den Zonen (27) zur Befestigung des genannten Verstärkungselements (11) an der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs zu trennen, wobei die genannten Befestigungszonen (27) des genannten Verstärkungselements (11) an der Karosserie im Wesentlichen auf der Achse (A) der Befestigungsmittel (4) der Schließplatte an der beweglichen Platte (30) liegen, so dass die mechanische Festigkeit der Karosserie beim Zuschlagen des Öffnungselements verstärkt wird.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei Ausschnitte (23, 24, 33, 34) in Kreissektorform an den Seitenrändern der Käfigplatte (20) und an den Seitenrändern der beweglichen Platte (30) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Ausschnitte (33, 34) der beweglichen Platte (30) über die Ausschnitte (23, 24) der Käfigplatte (20) und über runde Löcher (18, 19) in dem Verstärkungselement der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs gelegt werden, die zum Durchführen der Schließplatte dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Ausschnitte (33, 34) der beweglichen Platte (30) größer als der Durchmesser der entsprechenden Ausschnitte (23, 24) der Käfigplatte (20) ist, so dass die relative Anbringung der Käfigplatte (20) bezogen auf das genannte Verstärkungselement (11) ermöglicht wird.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Ausschnitte (23, 24, 33, 34) ferner dem Anbringen eines provisorischen Anschlags dienen, der nur im Laufe des Vorgangs der Fahrzeuglackierung verwendet wird.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der genannten Konturen (21, 22) eine verlängerte Lasche (21A, 22A) bildet, in der sich eine Zone (26) zur Befestigung der Käfigplatte (20) an dem Verstärkungselement (11) und eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Aussparung befinden, in der sich die Zone (27) zur Befestigung des genannten Verstärkungselements (11) an der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs befindet.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Zonen (26) zur Befestigung der Käfigplatte (20) an dem genannten Verstärkungselement (11), in derselben Richtung des Fahrzeugs, zwischen den Zonen (27) zur Befestigung des genannten Verstärkungselements (11) an der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs und der Fahrgastzelle befinden.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungen der Käfigplatte (20) an dem genannten Verstärkungselement (11) und die Befestigungen des genannten Verstärkungselements (11) an der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs Befestigungen mittels standardmäßiger Elektroschweißverbindungspunkte ohne Materialzufuhr sind.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungselemente die vier Fahrzeugtüren sind und die Vorrichtung für die vier Türen identisch ist: vorne rechts, vorne links, hinten rechts und hinten links.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement der Fahrzeugkarosserie eine Verstärkung der B-Säule (17) für die Vordertüren des Fahrzeugs ist.
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungselement der Fahrzeugkarosserie eine spezielle Verstärkung (11) der Befestigung der Schließplatte für die Hecktüren des Fahrzeugs ist.
  10. Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Öffnungselement umfasst, dessen Schließplatte mit Hilfe einer Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 befestigt ist.
  11. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Öffnungselement mindestens die Fahrzeugtüren umfasst.
