Claims (13)
- Spender für ein Fluidprodukt, aufweisend:ein Fluidprodukt-Abgabeorgan (10), wie etwa eine Pumpe oder ein manuell betätigtes Ventil, wobei das Fluidprodukt-Abgabeorgan durch einen Festlegungsring (30) auf einem Vorratsbehälter (1) festgelegt ist,einen Betätigungskopf (20), der auf dem Abgabeorgan angebracht und entlang einer Längsachse verschiebbar ist, um das Abgabeorgan zu betätigen,ein abnehmbares Blockierelement (40), das in einer Blockierstellung die Betätigung des Abgabeorgans unterbindet,wobei das Blockierelement auf dem Betätigigungskopf montiert ist und mit dem Festlegungsring oder einem mit diesem fest verbundenen Element durch zumindest eine Öffnung (21) zusammenwirkt, die in dem Betätigungskopf vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blockierelement (40) translationsmäßig quer zur Längsachse des Abgabeorgan (10) verschiebbar ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Blockierelement (40) zumindest einen Blockiervorsprung (41) aufweist, der die zumindest eine Öffnung (21) durchsetzt.
- Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blockierelement (40) zumindest ein zerbrechliches Element (42) aufweist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, zu zerbrechen, wenn das Blockierelement zum ersten Mal in seine Blockierstellung zurückgezogen wird.
- Spender nach Anspruch 3, wobei das zumindest eine zerbrechliche Element (42) durch eine Lasche gebildet ist, die mit zumindest einem Rand der zumindest einen Öffnung (21) zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei der Kopf (20) zumindest zwei Öffnungen (21) aufweist, von denen zumindest eine einen Blockiervorsprung (41) aufnimmt, und von denen zumindest eine ein zerbrechliches Element (42) aufnimmt.
- Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blockierelement (40) sich in Blockierstellung zumindest teilweise um den Kopf (20) herum erstreckt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Blockierelement einen offenen Ring (45) umfasst, der zwei Blockiervorsprünge (41) aufweist, wobei jeder Außenrand (44) von ihm mit einem zerbrechlichen Element (42) versehen ist, wobei der Kopf vier Öffnungen (21) aufweist, von denen zwei in Blockierstellung die Blockiervorsprünge (41) und zwei in Blockierstellung vor dem ersten Gebrauch die zerbrechlichen Elemente (42) aufnehmen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei das Blockierelement zwei im wesentlichen parallele Arme (41') aufweist, wobei die Arme zwei Blockiervorsprünge bilden und die freien Enden der Arme jeweils ein zerbrechliches Element (42') aufweisen, wobei der Kopf vier Öffnungen aufweist, wobei jeder Arm in Blockierstellung durch eine erste Öffnung (21) in das Innere des Kopfs (20) eingreift und durch eine zweite Öffnung (21) aus dem Kopf heraus steht, wobei jedes zerbrechliche Element (42') in Blockierstellung vor dem ersten Gebrauch mit der zweiten Öffnung (21) zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blockierelement durch Rückhaltemittel (45, 45') in Blockierstellung gehalten ist, wobei die Rückhaltemittel elastisch verformbar sind.
- Spender nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Rückhaltemittel durch den offenen Ring (45) gebildet sind, der mit der Umfangsfläche des Kopfs (20) zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Rückhaltemittel durch zumindest einen Rückhaltevorsprung (45') gebildet sind, der mit zumindest einer Öffnung (21) des Kopfs zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blockierelement (40) in Blockierstellung mit der Oberseite (31) des Festlegungsrings (30) oder mit einem fest mit dem Ring verbundenen Element zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blockierelement zumindest ein Greifmittel (43, 43') aufweist.
