  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein in der DE 101 10 926 B4 beschriebener Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten ist mit einem Untergestell ausgerüstet, das als Kufenpalette ausgebildet ist, die durch eine Mittelkufe und zwei Außenkufen aus Kunststoff und einen auf Stützfüßen der Kufen aufliegenden Blechboden gebildet wird, auf dem der Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff des Transportbehälters zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeiten steht.
  • Ferner werden auf dem Markt Transportbehälter für Flüssigkeiten angeboten, die mit einer Holzpalette oder Stahlpalette zur Abstützung des von einem Blech- oder einem Gittermantel eingefassten Innenbehälters ausgerüstet sind.
  • Ein gattungsgemäßer Transport-und Lagerbehälter ist aus der DE 100 38 464 A1 bekannt.
  • Das Leergewicht dieser bekannten Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten ist verhältnismäßig groß.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Untergestell des gattungsgemäßen Transport- und Lagerbehälters für Flüssigkeiten im Hinblick auf eine höhere Stabilität und eine Verringerung des Leergewichts des Behälters weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Die Unteransprüche beinhalten vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Transport- und Lagerbehälter zeichnet sich durch folgende Vorteile aus:
    • Die Ausbildung von Längs- und Quersicken in dem als Kunststoff-Spritzgussteil hergestellten Boden des Untergestells des Behälters trägt zu einer wesentlichen Verbesserung der Stabilität des Bodens und damit zu einer hohen Transportsicherheit des Behälters bei. Durch die verbesserte Stabilität des Bodens kann dessen Materialstärke vermindert werden. Diese Maßnahme ermöglicht eine Verringerung des Leergewichts und der Transportkosten des Behälters. Die verringerte Materialstärke des Untergestellbodens aus Kunststoff und die Möglichkeit, recyceltes Kunststoffmaterial zur Herstellung des Bodens zu verwenden, führen zu einer Herabsetzung der Herstellungskosten des Behälters. Das Kunststoffmaterial des Bodens gewährleistet eine bessere Haltbarkeit gegenüber aggressiven Flüssigkeiten wie Säuren und Laugen. Durch eine Absenkung und Abflachung des zur Abstützung des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters dienenden Bodens des als Kufenpalette ausgebildeten Untergestells wird eine Vergrößerung des Nennvolumens des mit unterschiedlichem Volumen hergestellten neuen Behälters bei gleichen Außenabmessungen gegenüber den auf dem Markt angebotenen Standardbehältern erreicht, ohne dass die für die Handhabung des Transport- und Lagerbehälters mittels eines Transportmittels erforderliche Bodenfreiheit des Abstützbodens des Untergestells für den Innenbehälter des Transport- und Lagerbehälters beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungsfiguren erläutert, die folgendes darstellen:

  • Der als Ein- und Mehrwegbehälter einsetzbare Transport- und Lagerbehälter 1 für Flüssigkeiten nach Figur 1 weist als Hauptbauteile einen austauschbaren quaderförmigen Innenbehälter 2 aus Kunststoff auf mit einer Stirnwand 3, einer Rückwand 4 und zwei Seitenwänden 5, 6, einem unteren und einem oberen Boden 7, 8, einem am oberen Boden 8 angeformten, mit einem Deckel 10 verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen 9 und einem an eine Einwölbung 11 im unteren Abschnitt der Stirnwand 3 angeformten Auslaufstutzen 12 zum Anschluss einer Entnahmearmatur 13, ferner einen als Gittermantel ausgebildeten Außenmantel 14 mit sich kreuzenden horizontalen und vertikalen Gitterstäben 15, 16 aus Metall zur Aufnahme des Innenbehälters 2 sowie ein als Kufenpalette 18 ausgebildetes Untergestell 17 mit euronormgerechten Längen- und Breitenabmessungen, auf dem der Innenbehälter 2 steht. Der als Ablaufboden ausgebildete untere Boden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 ist in zwei symmetrisch zur Bodenmittelachse 19-19 angeordnete Bodenabschnitte 7a, 7b unterteilt, die unter einem flachen Neigungswinkel α in einem Bereich von 2-5° von der Rückwand 4 zur Stirnwand 3 des Behälters 2 und von den beiden Seitenwänden 5, 6 des Behälters 2 unter einem flachen Neigungswinkel β in einem Bereich von 2-5° zur Bodenmittelachse 19-19 abfallen.
  • Der Boden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 weist eine mittige flache Ablaufrinne 20 auf, die mit einem leichten Gefälle von der Behälterrückwand 4 zu dem an der Stirnwand 3 des Behälters angeordneten Auslaufstutzen 12 zum Anschluss der Entnahmearmatur 13 verläuft.
  • Die Kufenpalette 18 des Untergestells 17 des Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 besteht aus einem als Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff hergestellten Boden 21 zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters 2 sowie einer Mittelkufe 22 und zwei Außenkufen 23, 24 aus Kunststoff, wobei die Mittelkufe 22 einen mittleren und einen hinteren Stützfuß 25, 26 und die beiden Außenkufen 23, 24 jeweils einen vorderen, einen mittleren und einen hinteren Stützfuß 27, 25, 26 zur Abstützung des flachwannenartigen Bodens 21 aufweisen, der von den Greifarmen eines Hubstaplers, Regalbediengerätes o.dgl. Transportmittels unterfahrbar ist.
  • Der dem Boden 7 des Innenbehälters 2 angepasste Boden 21 des Untergestells 17 weist einen nach oben gewölbten umlaufenden Rand 28 auf und ist in zwei symmetrisch zur Bodenmittelachse 29-29 angeordnete Bodenabschnitte 21a, 21b unterteilt, die unter einem Neigungswinkel α in einem Bereich von 2-5° vom hinteren Randabschnitt 28a zum vorderen Randabschnitt 28b und unter einem Neigungswinkel β in einem Bereich von 2-5° von den beiden seitlichen Randabschnitten 28c, 28d zur Bodenmittelachse 29-29 flach abfallen.
  • Die beiden Abschnitte 21a, 21b des Bodens 21 des Untergestells 17 weisen Längs- und Quersicken 30, 31 als Auflage für den Innenbehälter 2 und zur Versteifung des Bodens auf, wobei die Quersicken 31 im Bereich des hinteren und des vorderen Randabschnitts 28a, 28b des Bodenrandes 28 angeordnet sind.
  • Zwischen zwei Längssicken 30, 30 des Bodens 21 wird eine mittige rinnenartige Vertiefung 32 zur Aufnahme der Ablaufrinne 20 des unteren Bodens 7 des Innenbehälters 2 gebildet, wobei die Vertiefung 32 vom hinteren Randabschnitt 28a zum vorderen Randabschnitt 28b des Bodens 21 flach abfällt.
  • Der Boden 21 des Untergestells 17 weist im Auslaufbereich unter der Entnahmearmatur 13 des Innenbehälters 2 eine muldenartige nach vorne offene Vertiefung 33 auf, die einen vorderen Stützfuß mit einem U-förmigen Querschnittsprofil bildet, mit dem sich der Boden 21 auf der Mittelkufe 22 des Untergestells 17 abstützt.
  • Der Boden 21 des Untergestells 17 ist mit einem mittigen Versteifungsblech 34 ausgerüstet, dass parallel zu den Quersicken 31 des Bodens gerichtet ist und in Halterungen 35 auf der Unterseite 36 der beiden Bodenabschnitte 21a, 21b eingesetzt ist.
  • Der Boden 21 des Untergestells 17 und der Gittermantel 14 des Transport- und Lagerbehälters 1 sind mit den Stützfüßen 25-27 der Mittelkufe 22 und der beiden Außenkufen 23, 24 verschraubt und/oder verschweißt.
  • Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform des Transport- und Lagerbehälters für Flüssigkeiten kann das Untergestell als Rahmenpalette ausgebildet sein.

Claims (7)

  1. Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit einem verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen und einem Entleerstutzen zum Anschluss einer Entnahmearmatur, einem Außenmantel aus Metallgitter oder Blech sowie einem als Kufenpalette oder Rahmenpalette aus Kunststoff ausgebildeten Untergestell, das zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät o.dgl. Transportmittel eingerichtet ist, wobei die Kufenpalette mit einem auf Stützfüßen einer Mittelkufe und von zwei Außenkufen aufliegenden Boden zur Abstützung des Innenbehälters und die Rahmenpalette mit einem Grundrahmen und Stützfüßen für den Boden ausgestattet ist, und wobei der Boden (21) des Untergestells (17) als Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Boden (21) des Untergestells (17) in verschiedenen Bereichen Längs- und Quersicken (30, 31) als Auflage für den Innenbehälter (2) und zur Versteifung des Bodens (21) aufweist, wobei die Anordnung der Quersicken (31) im Bereich des hinteren und des vorderen Randabschnitts (28a, 28b) des Bodens (21) des Untergestells (17) vorgesehen ist und die Anordnung der Längssicken (30) im mittleren Bereich dazwischen vorgesehen ist.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dem Boden (7) des Innenbehälters (2) angepasste Boden (21) des Untergestells (17) einen nach oben gewölbten umlaufenden Rand (28) aufweist und in zwei symmetrisch zur Bodenmittelachse (29-29) angeordnete Bodenabschnitte (21a, 21b) unterteilt ist, die unter einem Neigungswinkel (α) in einem Bereich von 2-5° vom hinteren Randabschnitt (28a) zum vorderen Randabschnitt (28b) des Untergestellbodens (21) und unter einem Neigungswinkel (β) in einem Bereich von 2-5° von den beiden seitlichen Randabschnitten (28c, 28d) des Bodens (21) zur Bodenmittelachse (29-29) flach abfallen.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen zwei Längssicken (30, 30) des Bodens (21) des Untergestells (17) gebildete mittige rinnenartige Vertiefung (32) zur Aufnahme der Ablaufrinne (20) des unteren Bodens (7) des Innenbehälters (2), die (32) vom hinteren Randabschnitt (28a) zum vorderen Randabschnitt (28b) des Bodenrandes (28) flach abfällt.
  4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (21) des Untergestells (17) im Auslaufbereich unter der Entnahmearmatur (13) des Innenbehälters (2) eine muldenartige nach vorne offene Vertiefung (33) aufweist, die einen vorderen Stützfuß mit einem U-förmigen Querschnittsprofil bildet, mit dem sich der Boden (21) auf der Mittelkufe (22) des Untergestells (17) abstützt, wobei der Boden (21) des Weiteren auf einem mittleren und einem hinteren Stützfuß (25, 26) der Mittelkufe (22) sowie einem vorderen, einem mittleren und einem hinteren Stützfuß (27, 25, 26) der beiden Außenkufen (23, 24) aufliegt.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein mittiges Versteifungsblech (34), das auf der Unterseite (36) der beiden Abschnitte (21 a, 21 b) des Bodens (21) des Untergestells (17) angebracht und parallel zu den Quersicken (31) gerichtet ist.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch auf der Unterseite (36) der beiden Bodenabschnitte (21a, 21b) ausgebildete Halterungen (35) für das Versteifungsblech (34).
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (21) des Untergestells (17) und der Außenmantel (14) mit den Stützfüßen (25-27) der Mittelkufe (22) und der beiden Auβenkufen (23, 24) verschraubt und/oder verschweißt sind.
