Claims (17)

  1. Procédé de tri d'une multitude d'objets plats, dans lequel on munit chaque objet de la multitude de respectivement une caractérisation d'un point ( ZA-1, ZA-2, ... ) de destination où l'objet doit être transporté,
    chaque objet passe au moins deux fois dans une installation de tri ayant plusieurs dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4, AE ) de sortie pour l'éjection d'objets et
    l'installation de tri détermine, à chaque passage d'un objet, la caractérisation de point de destination de l'objet et éjecte l'objet dans respectivement l'un des dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4, AE ) de sortie en fonction de la caractérisation de point de destination déterminée,
    dans lequel l'installation de tri répartit, lors du premier passage de tri, les objets sur plusieurs dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie de manière à éjecter chaque objet dans le dispositif ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie qui est affecté au point ( ZA-1,ZA-2, ... ) de destination respectif de l'objet, après le premier passage, on prélève chaque objet du dispositif ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie respectif et on l'envoie à nouveau à l'installation de tri,
    on envoie les objets à l'installation de tri,
    de manière à empêcher, lors de l'envoi, un mélange d'objets provenant de dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie différents et de manière à envoyer les objets suivant une succession d'envoi prescrite parmi les dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie utilisés lors du premier passage de tri,
    dans lequel
    pendant le deuxième passage de tri, l'installation de tri
    - assemble tous les objets qui sont munis de caractéristiques du même point ( Za-1, Za-2, ... ) de destination en respectivement au moins une pile de manière à ce que chaque pile comprenne plusieurs objets,
    tous les objets d'une pile soient munis de caractérisations du même point de destination et
    les objets de chaque pile se chevauchent, au moins en partie, et
    - on transporte chaque pile ainsi formée à l'un des dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4, AE ) de sortie et on l'éjecte dans ce dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri, pour un point ( ZA-1,ZA-2, ... ) de destination, lorsqu'un objet est le seul objet passant qui est muni d'une caractérisation de ce point ( ZA-1,Za-2, ... ) de destination, transporte dans le deuxième passage de tri cet objet à distance des autres objets à un dispositif ( AE ) de sortie et l'éjecte dans ce dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri utilise dans le deuxième passage de tri un plan de tri,
    le plan de tri fixe
    - pour chaque point de destination possible d'un objet, respectivement au moins un dispositif de sortie,
    - et pour chaque dispositif de sortie que l'installation de tri utilise dans le deuxième passage de tri, respectivement une succession de points de destination, parmi les points de destination, à laquelle ce dispositif de sortie est affecté, l'installation de tri dans le deuxième passage de tri éjecte les piles suivant le plan de tri, de manière à ce que
    - après l'éjection, chaque pile se trouve dans le dispositif de sortie fixé par le plan de tri et
    - dans chaque dispositif de sortie, les piles sont disposées dan la succession de points de destination prescrite par le plan de tri.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri dans le deuxième passage de tri ou bien constate qu'au plus un objet à trier est muni d'une caractérisation de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ),
    ou bien
    - constate l'apparition de l'évènement, suivant lequel, chaque objet ayant une caractérisation de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ) est contenu dans l'une des piles formées jusqu'ici et
    - après l'apparition de cet évènement, met fin à la rassemblement d'objets ayant des caractérisations de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ) en au moins une pile et déclenche le transport de chacune de ces piles formées jusqu'ici au dispositif de sortie respectif.
  5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri mémorise, pour chaque point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ), l'information sur le nombre d'objets ayant une caractérisation de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ), qui sont passés dans le premier passage de tri dans l'installation de tri et
    utilise ces informations mémorisées dans le deuxième passage de tri pour effectuer les constatations.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    - d'abord, l'installation de tri éjecte, dans le deuxième passage, tous les objets qu'elle a éjectés dans le premier passage dans le même dispositif ( AE-1 ) d'éjection et
    - ensuite, envoie les objets du dispositif ( AE-2 ) de sortie suivant dans la succession d'envoi de l'installation de tri.
  7. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri dans le deuxième passage
    - produit au moins une première pile, qui est constituée d'objets ayant des caractérisations d'un premier point de destination,
    - produit au moins une autre pile, qui est constituée d'objets ayant des caractérisations d'un autre point de destination et
    - éjecte les deux piles l'une après l'autre dans le même dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
  8. Procédé suivant la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri dans le deuxième passage
    éjecte toutes les piles dans ce un dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
  9. Procédé suivant la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première pile est produite par un premier dispositif ( SB-1 ) de formation de piles qui est affecté au premier point de destination,
    la au moins une autre pile est produite par un autre dispositif ( SB-2, ..., SB-4 ) de formation de piles qui est affecté à l'autre point de destination,
    l'installation de tri dans le deuxième passage de tri transporte, au moyen d'une voie ( FS ) de transport, tous les objets qui sont munis d'une caractérisation du premier point de destination ou du au moins un autre point de destination, dévie chaque objet, qui est muni d'une caractérisation du premier point de destination de la voie ( FS ) de transport dans le premier dispositif ( SB-1 ) de formation de pile, dévie chaque objet, qui est muni d'une caractérisation de l'autre point de destination, de la voie ( FS ) de transport dans l'autre dispositif ( SB-2, ..., SB-4 ) de formation de pile.
  10. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri dans le deuxième passage de tri
    - met fin au rassemblement d'objets ayant des caractérisations du même point de destination ( Za-1, Za-2, ... ) en une pile si un paramètre de la pile atteint un seuil prescrit,
    rassemble d'autres objets ayant une caractérisation de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ) en une deuxième pile.
  11. Procédé suivant la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri
    - compte, pour chaque point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ), combien d'objets sont munis d'une caractérisation de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ) et
    - utilise, comme paramètre de la pile, le nombre des objets de la pile et comme seuil un nombre maximum.
  12. Procédé suivant la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lorsque, pendant le deuxième passage de tri, l'installation de tri répartit sur plusieurs pile les objets qui sont munis de caractérisations du même point de destination,
    l'installation de tri éjecte toutes ces piles l'une après l'autre dans le même dispositif de sortie.
  13. Procédé suivant la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on utilise comme paramètre de la pile son épaisseur et l'installation de tri mesure l'épaisseur de chaque objet avant que cet objet devienne une partie d'une pile et
    pour chaque point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ) on ajoute les épaisseurs des objets ayant une caractérisation de ce point de destination ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ).
  14. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri
    - mesure, pour chaque objet, la valeur, que prend un paramètre physique prescrit pour cet objet et
    - rassemble, dans le deuxième passage de tri, les objets en des piles,
    - de manière à ce que les valeurs de paramètre mesurées des objets d'une pile se trouvent dans respectivement une plage de valeur prescrite.
  15. Installation de tri pour trier une multitude d'objets plats, dans laquelle
    chaque objet de la multitude est muni de respectivement une caractérisation d'un point ( Za-1,Za-2, ... ) de destination où l'objet doit être transporté et
    l'installation de tri
    - a plusieurs dispositif ( AE-1, ..., AE-4, AE ) de sortie pour l'éjection d'objets et
    - est conformée de manière à ce que chaque objet passe au moins deux fois dans l'installation de tri,
    - dans laquelle l'installation de tri est conformée de manière à, à chaque passage d'un objet,
    - déterminer la caractérisation de point de destination de l'objet et
    - éjecter l'objet en fonction de la caractérisation de point de destination déterminée dans respectivement l'un des dispositif ( AE-1, ..., AE-4, AE ) de sortie,
    - dans laquelle l'installation de tri, lors du premier passage de tri, répartit les objets sur plusieurs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie de manière à éjecter chaque objet dans le dispositif ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie qui est affecté au point de destination ( ZA-1, ZA-2, ... ) respectif de l'objet, l'installation de tri étant conformée en outre de manière à ce que
    - chaque objet soit prélevé après le premier passage du dispositif ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie respectif et soit envoyé à nouveau à l'installation de tri,
    - dans laquelle les objets sont envoyés à l'installation de tri de manière à empêcher, lors de l'envoi, un mélange d'objets provenant de dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie différents et de manière à envoyer les objets suivant une succession d'envoi prescrite parmi les dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4 ) de sortie utilisés lors du premier passage de tri,
    dans laquelle
    l'installation de tri est conformée en outre de manière, lors du deuxième passage de tri,
    - à rassembler tous les objets qui sont munis de caractérisations du même point de destination (ZA-1, ZA-2, ... ) en respectivement au moins une pile,
    de manière à ce que chaque pile comprenne plusieurs objets,
    de manière à ce que tous les objets d'une pile soient munis de caractérisations du même point de destination et
    de manière à ce que les objets de chaque pile se chevauchent au moins en partie et
    - de manière à ce que chaque pile ainsi formée soit transportée à l'un des dispositifs ( AE-1, ..., AE-4, AE ) de sortie et soit éjectée dans ce dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
  16. Installation de tri suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri comprend en outre
    - un premier dispositif ( Sb-1 ) de formation de pile et
    - au moins un autre dispositif ( SB-2, ..., SB-4 ) de formation de pile,
    le premier dispositif ( SB-1 ) de formation de pile est conformé de manière à rassembler en au moins une première pile, dans le deuxième passage de tri, les objets qui sont munis d'une caractérisation d'un premier point de destination, l'autre dispositif ( SB-2, ..., SB-4 ) de formation de pile est conformé de manière à rassembler en au moins une autre pile, dans le deuxième passage de tri, les objets qui sont munis d'une caractérisation d'un autre point de destination, l'installation de tri est conformée de manière à éjecter la au moins une première pile et la au moins une autre pile dans le même dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
  17. Installation de tri suivant la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de tri comprend, en outre,
    - une voie ( FS ) de transport,
    - un premier dispositif ( AS-1, AT-1 ) d'éjection,
    - au moins un autre dispositif ( AS-2, AT-2, AS-3, AT-3, AS-4, AT-4 ) d'éjection,
    - un chemin ( Tp ) de transport
    l'installation de tri est conformée de manière à transporter, au moyen de la voie ( FS ) de transport, tous les objets qui sont munis d'une caractérisation du premier ou du au moins un autre point de destination,
    le premier dispositif ( AS-1, AT-1 ) d'éjection est conformé de manière à dévier, par la voie ( F ) de transport, dans le premier dispositif ( SB-1 ) de formation de pile, dans le deuxième passage de tri, chaque objet qui est muni d'une caractérisation du premier point de destination,
    l'autre dispositif ( AS-2, AT-2, AS-3, AT-3, AS-4, AT-4 ) d'éjection est conformé de manière à dévier, par la voie ( FS ) de transport, dans l'autre dispositif ( SB-2, ..., SB-4 ) de formation de pile, dans le deuxième passage de tri, chaque objet qui est muni d'une caractérisation de l'autre point de destination,
    l'installation de tri est conformée de manière à éjecter, au moyen du chemin ( Tp ) de transport, les deux piles l'une après l'autre dans le même dispositif ( AE ) de sortie.
