Definitions

  • the invention relates to a gate as defined in the preamble of claim 1.
  • a gate as defined in the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a goal is eg from the US-A-6,089,304 ,
  • Gates are commonly used to close the openings of buildings, garages or the like. Such gates are available in various embodiments, for example in the form of overhead doors, overhead doors, roller doors, swing gates or as sectional doors.
  • sectional doors the door leaf consists of several interconnected panels, each guided over rollers in guide rails. In this case, these sectional doors are thereby guided from a closed position to an open position that they are guided along the guide rails under the ceiling, for example, the garage.
  • sectional doors with large panels are essentially suitable for construction situations in which there is sufficient space above the door opening for arranging the guide rails.
  • Straight prefabricated garages in which only a relatively low lintel is provided, but can not be provided with sectional doors with large panels as a rule, since there is no high enough fall available.
  • the top panel can be provided with ventilation slots.
  • the lowest panel in the region of the closing edge can also be provided with a combination of a sealing and ventilation profile.
  • this locking device secures the door leaf in an approachable ventilation position.
  • this locking device is positioned at a distance from the closing edge or the floor away, which is dimensioned so large that you can not reach the locking device when grasping the closing edge from the outside to secure against burglary.
  • the door leaf can be transferred in a conventional manner via a door drive at least from a fully open to a closed position. In the context of the present invention, however, a manual movement of the door can also take place.
  • the positive guidance of the uppermost roller pair makes it so much more difficult to slide the door from below, so that an additional locking device, as is known from the prior art, is superfluous.
  • the top and / or even the lowest pair of rollers can run over the entire travel in separate guide rails.
  • the guide rails for the middle pair of rollers preferably consist of a substantially vertical and a substantially horizontal portion, which are each interconnected by an arcuate guide rail portion.
  • the radius of the arc can be made relatively small, so that the opening fall can be made very narrow.
  • the separately provided guide rails for the uppermost pair of rollers extend in an arcuate manner to the guide rails of the middle pairs of rollers.
  • branch off the guide rails for the bottom pair of rollers Y-shaped from the guide rails.
  • the guide rails consist at least partially of sheet metal profiles.
  • the guide rails can consist of a plastic molding, in which case the different guide rail areas can be executed in a single molded part in a particularly simple manner, for example by injection molding. These plastic moldings are then followed by the collar regions of the guide rails, which are designed, for example, in sheet metal versions, in the horizontal or vertical region.
  • the sectional door consists of only three or four panels.
  • the invention further relates to a gate with a door drive as defined in claim 13.
  • at least one ventilation position can initially be approached via the control when the door is opened from the completely closed state, in which case the uppermost slat is tilted.
  • the upper slat is forcibly guided by the uppermost pair of rollers in the specially provided guide rails.
  • FIG. 1 is shown in simplified form in perspective, a gate 10 for closing the opening of a prefabricated garage 12.
  • the gate 10 is formed as a sectional door and has three panels 14 which are articulated in a known manner to each other. The lower edge of the lowermost panel 14 forms a closing edge in a likewise known manner.
  • On the panels pairs of rollers are arranged.
  • An uppermost pair of rollers 16 is arranged laterally at the uppermost end of the upper panel.
  • a first middle pair of rollers 18 is arranged in the upper region of the panel adjoining the upper panel at the bottom, while the lowermost panel has a pair of rollers 20 in its upper area and a pair of rollers 22 in its lower area near the closing edge.
  • the pairs of rollers 16, 18, 20 and 22 extend in each case laterally arranged guide rails 24th
  • a guide rail 26 of the guide rail system 24 is provided, which consists in a known manner from a vertical and a horizontal region and an arcuately connecting this area.
  • guide rail sections 28 are provided in the guide rail system 24. These guide rail sections 28 extend arcuately and correspond to the arc which the uppermost panel describes when tilted about the connection axis of rotation with the next-following panel. As in FIG. 1 illustrated, this arcuate portion of the guide rail 28 runs on the transition arc of the guide rail 26 and opens into this.
  • a guide rail portion 30 is provided in the guide rail system 24, which branches in a Y-shape from the nearly vertical part of the guide rail 26.
  • This guide rail portion 30 serves the lower pair of rollers 22 of the lowermost panel 14 as a guide rail.
  • FIG. 2 While the gate is 10 in FIG. 1 is completely closed, this is in FIG. 2 shown in a first open position.
  • the topmost panel is tilted inwards by means of a driver, not shown here, of the door drive, which is known per se and also not shown here.
  • the guide rollers 16 extend in the guide rails 28.
  • the tilted upper panel is stopped, so that here results in a relatively narrow ventilation slot.
  • it is ensured that the lower edge of the door rests on the floor during the ventilation position, so that in this position despite the possible ventilation can still be safely prevented, for example, mice or rats in the garage can not easily run into it.
  • FIG. 3 the uppermost panel 14 is shown in a second ventilation position, in which the panel is tilted even further until the upper pair of rollers on End of the guide rail portion 28 has arrived. Also in this position, the lower edge of the gate 10 is still on the ground. Finally, in FIG. 4 the gate 10 is shown in the fully open position. In this it is clear that the foremost pair of rollers 16 has been drawn in the meantime in the upper almost vertical region of the guide rail 26 in the guide rail system 24. In the same way, the middle pairs of rollers 18 and 20 were pulled into the vertical guide rail area 26 of the guide rail system 24. In contrast, the lowermost pair of rollers 22 along the branched guide rail part 30 has run and is located there in an area adjacent to the guide rail portion 28.
  • the guide rail system 24 in the embodiment of the illustrated here FIGS. 1 to 4 is executed essentially single row and each consists of a guide plate.
  • guide rail systems 24 in a single-row design.
  • the arcuately shaped areas of the guide rail 26 and the guide rail portions 28 and 30 are realized in an injection-molded part, which is followed by the straight sheet metal rails.
  • the variants of the Figures 5 and 6 differ only by the length of the here excluded guide rail areas, in particular with respect to the guide rail portions 30th
  • FIGS. 6 . 7 . 8th and 9 show different positions of the gate similar to the positions of the gate, as in the FIGS. 1 to 4 were presented.
  • FIGS. 10 to 12 a further embodiment of the invention shown, provided in the plurality of parallel guide rail systems 24 are.
  • 16 guide rails 28 are provided for the pair of rollers, which guide the pair of rollers 16 over the entire travel length.
  • a separate guide rail 30 is also provided over the entire travel.
  • the middle pairs of rollers 18 and 20 run in the guide rail 26, which runs partially parallel to the guide rails 30 and 28 respectively.
  • the position of the gate 10 in the FIGS. 10 to 12 correspond to those of FIGS. 1 to 4 , so that can be referenced here.
  • the gate equipped according to the invention has been provided with a door drive.
  • the invention does not depend on the presence of a corresponding door drive.
  • a gate according to the present invention can also be moved manually without departing from the spirit of the invention.
  • the uppermost tilting panel can be provided with a lock to fix this in a desired ventilation position and / or secure.
