Claims (11)

  1. Anneau de serrage, destinée au sertissage radial de pièces à usiner, telles que des tubes ou des raccords, dotée d'un support (2), sur lequel sont articulés deux leviers (3, 4) et de trois mâchoires de serrage (40 à 42), qui sont prévues sur le support (2) et sur les leviers (3, 4) et dont au moins une mâchoire de serrage (40 à 42) est logée de manière pivotante,
    caractérisée en ce que la mâchoire de serrage (41, 42) pivotante est logée sur une saillie (55, 56) des leviers (3, 4), qui déborde de la face intérieure (57, 58) des leviers (3, 4).
  2. Anneau de serrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que chaque levier (3, 4) est munie d'une mâchoire de serrage (41, 42) logée de manière pivotante.
  3. Anneau de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

  4. Anneau de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que le support (2) est conçu en forme d'étrier, en ce que sur ses extrémités sont articulés les leviers (3, 4) et en ce qu'avantageusement, sur ses extrémités, le support (2) est muni de chaque fois un creux (12) dans lequel s'engage une saillie (13, 14) des leviers (3, 4), adjacente aux faces intérieures (17, 18) des creux (12).
  5. Anneau de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce qu'à proximité de leurs extrémités libres, les leviers (3, 4) sont munis chacune d'un logement (32, 33) pour une pince intermédiaire (34) et en ce qu'avantageusement, le logement (32, 33) comporte des surfaces de guidage (37, 38), qui convergent vers l'intérieur dans le logement et se raccordent sur une surface active (39) conçue de préférence sous forme partiellement cylindrique.
  6. Anneau de serrage selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une paroi latérale (21, 22) du logement (32, 33) est munie d'un orifice de passage (35, 36).
  7. Anneau de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que les faces frontales (24, 25) des leviers (3, 4) qui se font face sont planes.
  8. Anneau de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que les mâchoires de serrage (40 à 42) sont conçues en forme de V et en ce que l'axe de pivotement (59, 60) de la mâchoire de serrage (41, 42) se situe dans la pointe du V.
  9. Anneau de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que les mâchoires de serrage (40 à 42) sont soutenues avant le processus de sertissage de la face intérieure (72) du support (2) et en ce qu'avantageusement, avant le processus de sertissage, par l'extrémité libre de l'un de ses bras, la mâchoire de serrage (41, 42) pivotante est adjacente à la face intérieure (72) du support (2).
  10. Anneau de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
