Description

  • L'invention est relative à un dispositif formant chariot mobile pour vantail coulissant en verre.
  • L'invention est particulièrement utile dans son application aux vantails coulissants, aux portes coulissantes et autres ouvrants coulissants.
  • On connaît des portes coulissantes comportant une paroi en verre dans laquelle on a pratiqué des passages, trous ou encoches pour fixer la paroi en verre à des organes mobiles aptes à coulisser par rapport à un cadre fixe.
  • L'usinage ou le façonnage de ces passages, trous ou encoches augmente les coûts et les temps d'installation des portes coulissantes en verre, et augmente également les risques d'endommagement ou de bris de verre.
  • Un premier but de l'invention est de permettre la fixation d'une feuille de verre pour constituer une porte coulissante, en évitant les usinages ou façonnages de l'art antérieur.
  • Le document EP 1 802 835 A1 décrit un chariot mobile pour vantail coulissant en verre, comportant une conformation en C et un bloc de serrage prévu pour pincer et maintenir une feuille, paroi ou panneau en verre. Ce bloc de serrage du document EP 1 802 835 A1 présente une forme générale de prisme parallélépipédique et est maintenu par des vis traversant une paroi de la conformation en C.
  • Un deuxième but de l'invention est de fournir un nouveau dispositif formant chariot mobile pour vantail coulissant en verre, d'encombrement réduit et permettant un montage compact.
  • L'invention a pour objet un dispositif formant chariot mobile pour vantail coulissant en verre, comportant une conformation en C et un bloc de serrage formant coin pour pincer et maintenir une feuille, paroi ou panneau en verre, caractérisé par le fait que le bloc de serrage présente une forme générale de prisme trapézoïdal rectangle et est déplaçable par poussée de vis prenant appui sur une face interne de la conformation en C.
  • Selon d'autres caractéristiques alternatives de l'invention :
    • le bloc de serrage comporte deux taraudages recevant chacun une vis de poussée.

  • En référence aux figures 1 à 4, les éléments identiques ou fonctionnellement équivalents sont repérés par des chiffres de référence identiques.
  • Sur la figure 1, un bloc de serrage de dispositif selon l'invention présente une forme générale de prisme 1 trapézoïdal rectangle.
  • La face 1c correspondant à la hauteur du trapèze rectangle est revêtue d'un matériau amortisseur 2 ou isolant des vibrations, du genre feutre ou équivalent.
  • Le matériau amortisseur 2 est destiné à servir d'interface de pincement et de maintien d'une feuille de verre non représentée.
  • Le bloc 1 de serrage comporte deux taraudages 3a, 3b pour des vis de poussée 4a, 4b à bout plat, de préférence des vis 4a, 4b à pas fin.
  • La face oblique 1a, du prisme trapézoïdal 1 est de préférence orientée vers le bas, dans le sens opposé au sens de montage des vis 4a, 4b, de sorte que la poussée des vis 4a, 4b enfonce le bloc de serrage 1 vers le bas en exerçant un effet de coin.
  • Sur la figure 2, un chariot mobile 5 selon l'invention présente une conformation prismatique en C, dont le contour interne comporte trois faces 5a, 5b, 5c définissant un canal de passage sensiblement en forme de prisme trapézoïdal rectangle.
  • Le chariot mobile 5 présente un galet ou roulement 6 supérieur d'orientation et deux roulements ou galets latéraux 7 et 8 d'appui et de support vertical.
  • La face inclinée 5a est destinée à venir en contact glissant avec la face 1 a inclinée du bloc de serrage 1.
  • La face interne 5b comporte une moitié destinée à recevoir la poussée des vis 4a, 4b du bloc 1 de serrage et une moitié revêtue d'un matériau 2b amortisseur ou isolant des vibrations, du genre feutre ou équivalent.

  • Les matériaux amortisseurs 2 et 2c se rapprochent en pinçant une feuille de verre non représentée, lorsque le bloc 1 de serrage est poussé vers le bas par les vis 4a, 4b en glissant par sa face oblique 1a sur la face oblique 5a du chariot 5 mobile.
  • Sur la figure 3, une feuille, paroi ou panneau 10 en verre porte à son extrémité supérieure un chariot 5 solidarisé par serrage des vis de poussée 4a, 4b.
  • Dans cette disposition, le chariot 5 chevauche la tranche du panneau 10 et est destiné à être inséré avec le panneau 10 dans un rail 20 de guidage et de support.
  • Sur la figure 4, un rail 20 de guidage et de support est fixé à un support vertical M tel qu'un mur par l'intermédiaire d'équerres 21 de montage.
  • Chaque équerre 21 est fixée au mur M par au moins une vis 22, tandis que le rail 20 de guidage et de support est fixé à chaque équerre 21 par une vis 23 à écrou 23a monté prisonnier dans une rainure mortaisée du rail 20 de guidage et de support.
  • Le rail 20 de guidage et de support présente une conformation creuse avec deux pistes 20a, 20b de guidage et de support pour les galets ou roulements 6 à 8 du chariot mobile 5.
  • Les pistes 20a, 20b présentent une conformation adaptée au roulage des galets ou roulements 6 à 8, par exemple une conformation hémicylindrique comme représenté à la figure 4.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif formant chariot mobile (5) pour vantail coulissant en verre, comportant une conformation en C et un bloc (1) de serrage formant coin pour pincer et maintenir une feuille, paroi ou panneau (10) en verre, caractérisé par le fait que le contour interne de la conformation en C comporte trois faces (5a, 5b, 5c) définissant un canal de passage avec une face inclinée (5a), par le fait que le bloc (1) de serrage présente une forme générale de prisme trapézoïdal rectangle avec une face inclinée (1a), par le fait que le bloc (1) de serrage comporte deux taraudages (3a, 3b) recevant chacun une vis de poussée (4a, 4b), et par le fait que le bloc (1) de serrage est déplaçable par poussée desdites vis (4a, 4b), prenant appui sur une face (5b) interne de la conformation en C pendant que la face inclinée (5a) de la conformation en C est en contact glissant avec la face (1a) inclinée du bloc de serrage (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le chariot mobile (5) comportant une conformation en C porte au moins une roulette (7, 8) ou un galet d'appui et de support vertical.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le chariot mobile (5) comportant une conformation en C porte une roulette (6) ou un galet de limitation de pivotement ou d'oscillation.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le bloc de serrage (1) porte un matériau (2) amortisseur de vibrations du côté destiné à venir au contact avec la feuille (10), paroi ou panneau en verre.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comportant un rail (20) de guidage et de support présentant une conformation avec deux pistes (20a, 20b) pour le chariot mobile (5).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les pistes (20a, 20b) de guidage présentent une conformation hémicylindrique.
  7. Vantail ou ouvrant coulissant, notamment porte coulissante en verre, comportant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
