Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for installing a drain according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention also relates to a drain with a drain pan for installation in a base according to the preamble of claim 5, which is mountable according to said method.
- the invention relates to a building floor with such a flow.
- the drain pan is placed with, for example, four leveling on a bare floor. With the leveling elements, the drain pan is aligned with the unfinished floor. After applying the mounting compound, such as mortar, the drain pan is firmly embedded after curing of this mass.
- the mounting compound such as mortar
- the invention is based on the object to provide a method of the type mentioned, which avoids the difficulties mentioned.
- the DE-U-90 06 437 discloses a device for laying a gutter. This has a yoke-like height-adjustable mounted between two stand elements cross member and a clamping device for the gutter. Such a very expensive and expensive device is not suitable for relatively easy and manually mounted drainage tubs of sanitary engineering.
- the object is achieved in a generic method according to claim 1.
- the inventive method thus allows the production of a base with a higher sound insulation.
- Another advantage of the inventive method is that the drain pan can follow a possible lowering of the soil. Since the leveling elements are decoupled from the bare soil, they can exert no forces on the tile floor in such a movement.
- the leveling elements each have an actuating element, which is removed after installation. By removing these control elements decoupling is very easy.
- the adjusting elements are according to an embodiment of the invention setscrews, which are each mounted screwed in a threaded bore and are supported at a lower end to a foot. By turning the set screws the drain pans can be leveled exactly. After curing of the mounting mass, the screws are removed, whereby the drain pan is decoupled from the unfinished soil.
- the leveling elements each have at least a lower part and an upper part and that these two parts are at least acoustically separable from each other for decoupling.
- the lower parts are each formed as feet, with which the drain pan can be placed on the bare floor.
- the upper parts are preferably formed as sleeves, which are connected at an upper end to the drain pan.
- these sleeves each have an internal thread, in which adjusting elements or screws are screwed.
- the decoupling is particularly simple if, according to a development of the invention, the adjusting elements are releasably locked.
- control elements can be easily pulled out or unscrewed.
- the leveling elements are each surrounded by an insulating body at least in a lower region. This results in even higher sound insulation.
- a sequence which is particularly suitable for the said method is correspondingly characterized in that the leveling elements can be decoupled, so that the drain pan can be stored floating in the underlay floor.
- the invention also relates to a building floor with such a flow.
- the drain pan is accordingly stored floating in the underlay floor.
- the backing floor preferably has a layer of a cured mounting compound.
- the sound insulation can be further increased by at least one insulating mat is disposed between the unfinished floor and the underlay floor.
- at least two insulating mats are provided, these having different hardnesses.
- At least one insulating mat has openings for receiving in each case a lower end of a leveling element.
- drain 1 has a drain pan 2 with a recess 3, in which two drain pots 5 are arranged, which are connected to a drain line 6. These two known per se drain pots 5 each have an opening 4, through which water can flow from the recess 3 in the drain line 6.
- the drain pan 2 forms here an elongated channel. However, the recess 2 could for example also be round or square or otherwise formed.
- the drain pan 2 has a top 7, according to FIG. 2 covered with tiles 14. But this is also not mandatory.
- the process 1 is, for example, a floor drain of a shower.
- the drain pan 2 is according to FIG. 1 arranged on four leveling elements 8, according to FIG. 3 can be fixed in each case with a fixing screw 16 on a subfloor 9.
- These leveling elements 8 each have a foot 17, a sleeve 26 and an adjusting screw 22.
- the feet 17 are made of plastic, for example, and have a lower widened part 17a and a cylindrical upwardly projecting part 17b.
- the part 17 a takes in each case a fastening screw 16 and allows a safe shutdown of the drain pan 2 on a top 10 of the bottom 9.
- the part 17 b has a plurality of upwardly projecting resilient locking tongues 20, according to FIG. 3 an adjusting screw 22 is rotatably locked in the region of a groove 25.
- the sleeves 26 are telescopically displaceable on the part 17 b pushed and have at an upper end in each case a nut 27 (Fig. Fig. 2 ) in which an adjusting screw 22 is screwed with an external thread 23.
- the nut 27 may be integrally formed on the sleeve 26. If the adjusting screws 22 are rotated on an outstanding head 24 with a suitable tool, not shown here, the sleeves 26 are moved downwards or upwards vertically to the upper side 10. As a result, the drain pan 2 can be leveled. The drain pan 2 can thus be aligned horizontally within a certain range at a predetermined height.
- the sleeves 26 are preferably also made of a suitable plastic. They take each with lateral play at a lower end at least partially a portion 17b.
- the leveling elements 8 are each arranged in a lower region in an insulating body 18, which can also be turned off on the upper side 10 of the green floor 9.
- These insulating body 18 consist for example of a foamed plastic.
- the insulating body 18 each have a bore 19, in which from below the part 17b and from above the sleeve 26 are inserted.
- the sleeves 26 are each screwed with a thread not shown here in a threaded bore 30 of the drain pan 2.
- the feet 17 are first fixed in the intended positions with the fastening screws 16.
- the insulation body 18 and the sleeves 26 are placed.
- the sleeves 26 are now bolted to the drain pan 2.
- the drain pots 5 can in this case already be mounted on the drain pan 2. Of course, a subsequent assembly of the drain pots 5 is possible. Of course, depending on the application, a version with only one pot 5 or more than two pots possible.
- the adjusting screws 22 are inserted through the threaded holes 30 from above and locked with the feet 17.
- the thread 23 and the nut 27 are preferably formed so that the adjusting screws 22 are each displaceable in a rotational position without screwing in the longitudinal direction. Such threads are known per se to those skilled in the art.
- the adjusting screws 22 can thus be used very quickly and easily without thread engagement and latched to the locking tongues 20.
- the drain pan 2 is now leveled.
- the sleeves 26, the set screws 22, the feet 17 and insulation body 18 are pre-assembled as a unit and are then bolted to the drain pan 2 during assembly.
- a underlay floor 13 is created.
- insulating layers 11 and 12 for tread and sound insulation and / or thermal insulation or seal can be designed.
- a curable mounting compound 28 or in particular mortar is applied until the top 7 of the drain pan 2 is flush with a top 31 of the underlay floor 13.
- the adjusting screws 22 are pulled upwards out of the threaded bores 30.
- the sleeves 26 and the feet 17 are thus now separated from each other and the drain pan 2 is thus now decoupled from the raw floor 9 in particular with respect to the sound transmission. With plugs, not shown here, the sleeves 26 can be closed. A transmission of structure-borne noise from the sleeves 26 to the feet 17 is thus avoided.
- the drain pan 2 is thus floatingly mounted in the underlay floor 13 and can move relative to the unfinished floor 9 or relative to the feet 17 horizontally and vertically.
- the shower tray 2 can thus, for example, a lowering of the underlay floor 13 move accordingly and adapt.
- the sleeves 26 are accordingly telescopically shifted with respect to the feet 17. Voltages are thereby largely avoided on the drain pan 2.
- the process 1 is now ready for use.
- the process 1 is provided with four leveling elements 8. It is clear to a person skilled in the art that an embodiment with fewer or more than four leveling elements 8 is also possible.
- the screws used 22 are preferred embodiments of actuators. The screws 22 can thus be replaced by other elements with which the drain pan 2 can be leveled.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for installing a drain according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to a drain with a drain pan for installation in a base according to the preamble of
In such processes, there is the difficulty that the gutter contributes significantly to the impact and structure-borne sound transmission to the unfinished soil. Such a sound transmission can be very disturbing and reduce the quality of living in apartments. Another difficulty is that the underlay floor can lower after assembly. As a result, tensions can be exerted on the tile floor, which can result in damage.
The invention is based on the object to provide a method of the type mentioned, which avoids the difficulties mentioned.

The object is achieved in a generic method according to claim 1. By decoupling the drain pan from the raw floor, the impact and structure-borne noise transmission from the drain pan on the unfinished floor can be largely avoided. The inventive method thus allows the production of a base with a higher sound insulation. Another advantage of the inventive method is that the drain pan can follow a possible lowering of the soil. Since the leveling elements are decoupled from the bare soil, they can exert no forces on the tile floor in such a movement.
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the leveling elements each have an actuating element, which is removed after installation. By removing these control elements decoupling is very easy. The adjusting elements are according to an embodiment of the invention setscrews, which are each mounted screwed in a threaded bore and are supported at a lower end to a foot. By turning the set screws the drain pans can be leveled exactly. After curing of the mounting mass, the screws are removed, whereby the drain pan is decoupled from the unfinished soil.
According to the invention, it is provided that the leveling elements each have at least a lower part and an upper part and that these two parts are at least acoustically separable from each other for decoupling. Preferably, the lower parts are each formed as feet, with which the drain pan can be placed on the bare floor. The upper parts are preferably formed as sleeves, which are connected at an upper end to the drain pan. Preferably, these sleeves each have an internal thread, in which adjusting elements or screws are screwed. The decoupling is particularly simple if, according to a development of the invention, the adjusting elements are releasably locked.
After leveling then the control elements can be easily pulled out or unscrewed.
According to a development of the invention, the leveling elements are each surrounded by an insulating body at least in a lower region. This results in even higher sound insulation.
A sequence which is particularly suitable for the said method is correspondingly characterized in that the leveling elements can be decoupled, so that the drain pan can be stored floating in the underlay floor.
The invention also relates to a building floor with such a flow. In this, the drain pan is accordingly stored floating in the underlay floor. The backing floor preferably has a layer of a cured mounting compound. In such a building floor, the sound insulation can be further increased by at least one insulating mat is disposed between the unfinished floor and the underlay floor. Preferably, at least two insulating mats are provided, these having different hardnesses. At least one insulating mat has openings for receiving in each case a lower end of a leveling element.

On the finished
With
