Definitions

  • the invention relates to transport bags made of flexible material such as fabric or foil with at least one bottom having one or more receiving pockets for inserting lifting devices such as the forks of forklifts.
  • Transport bags of this type are produced in large numbers and used to transport general cargo and in particular pourable or free-flowing material and store. Such transport bags are also referred to as big bag or FIBC and can accommodate loads up to several tons.
  • the previously used pallets have the disadvantage of a stack height of at least 10 cm.
  • the transport bags are delivered to the customer, for example, in quantities of 100 each in folded and pressed condition.
  • the same number of wooden or plastic pallets stacked together would yield a height of 10 m. If 2 full transport bags including 2 pallets are stacked in a container or truck, the pallets occupy 20 cm. Without these pallets, the customer would have 20 cm more cargo space available. He could, for example, take higher bags and thus use the container better and thus carry more product at the same transport costs.
  • Wooden pallets may e.g. be burned or can be returned to the suppliers or to central collection points. This effort increases the costs.
  • a transport bag which has a mounted on the underside of the transport bag bag with Gleit vombelägen.
  • the Gleit vombeläge are formed by a textile material.
  • An upper portion of the Gleit vombeläge may have a suitable stiffness, so that the insertion of a lifting fork is facilitated in unloaded transport bag.
  • the US 6,935,500 B1 discloses a transport bag having on its underside stiff, bulky channels for insertion of the lifting fork, whereby the transport volume is considerably increased.
  • the WO 02/081340 A1 shows a transport bag with voluminous, rigid channels for insertion of the lifting fork.
  • the stiff channels must be inserted into a flexible bag at the bottom of the transport bag, which makes handling difficult.
  • the technical object of the present invention is to solve the aforementioned problems.
  • conventional pallets are to be avoided with a large footprint and the introduction of the lift forks are also facilitated with loaded bag.
  • the insertion of the forks of forklifts should be facilitated, even if the transport bag is filled.
  • the pushing together of tissue sections inside the pockets should be prevented, so that the tips of the forks are not blocked.
  • Another preferred aim is to prevent slippage of the transport bag when the forks are inserted into the pockets. Furthermore, it should be advantageously achieved that the bags can also be subsequently attached to transport bags. In all these demands, the transport bags should be stable and easy with the lowest possible stack height (folded empty state) and cheap to manufacture. Moreover, it is desirable that all components can be disposed of together, so consist of similar materials.
  • a transport bag made of flexible material such as fabric or foil with at least one bottom, on the underside of one or more receiving pockets for inserting lifting devices such as the forks of lift trucks are arranged, wherein the receiving pockets are internally provided with Gleit vombelägen, which made of flexible material as fabric or foil are executed.
  • the sliding surface coverings are composed of an upper and a lower, non-textile, stiff material strip of draw sheet material consisting of HDPE with an E modulus of 1100, hardness of 63 shore D (according to DIN 53505) and a coefficient of friction (dry against steel). of 0.15, each extending over at least the entire length of the receiving pocket, wherein the sliding surface coverings have a thickness of at least 1 mm, preferably between 1 mm and 2 mm.
  • the stack height should not be increased or only to a minor extent.
  • the functionality must be fully met even at higher load and the arrangement must meet the hygienic requirements.
  • the transport bag with the receiving bag in the production to be cheap. Separate disposal of various parts should be avoided. The other goals mentioned above are to be achieved.
  • the sliding surface coverings are formed at least from an upper and a lower non-textile material strips which extend over at least the entire length of the receiving pocket.
  • FIG. 1 is a view of a transport bag according to the invention in an embodiment with an oblique view from below.
  • FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of a section through another embodiment and
  • FIG. 3 shows a schematic section through a bag along the line III - III in FIG. 2
  • FIG. 4 shows the view of the transport bag towards the ground in a variant.
  • FIGS. 5 and 6 show two views of a receiving bag and Fig. 7 the section according to VII-VII in Fig. 5 ,
  • the in FIG. 1 illustrated transport bag is mainly made of strong fabric and includes the bottom 1 and then four side walls 7 with four loops 18 at the top of the transport bag, of which three loops are visible.
  • the execution of the bag can be arbitrary, as it corresponds to the prior art.
  • the side walls and the bottom can be cut from different fabric webs sewn at the edges.
  • the side walls 7 may also be formed as a single round fabric or it may, for example, each two opposite walls with the ground form a continuous path, on which the two other side walls are sewn to form the transport bag.
  • the transport bag may be open at the top or covered by a cover with a filler neck. Likewise, the floor may be closed continuously or provided in the central area with facilities such as an outlet.
  • FIG. 1 In FIG. 1 are still anti-slip pads 15 shown, which are arranged on the underside of the receiving pockets 2. These anti-slip coatings serve to prevent the filled transport bag from slipping when the lifting device 3 according to FIG. 2 is inserted into the receiving pockets 2. Rubber mats or non-slip plastic coverings etc. can serve as anti-slip coverings.
  • receiving pockets 2 At the bottom of the floor are in this embodiment four receiving pockets 2, which extend along the bottom edges 6 and in the Overlap end areas. However, only two mutually parallel receiving pockets may be provided on the parallel bottom edges. At the ends 8 and 9, the receiving pockets 2 protrude over the respective bottom edges 6 of the transport bag and these form insertion openings 10 for the insertion of lifting devices 3, such as forks of forklifts. See the FIG. 2 ,
  • the FIG. 2 shows a section along one of the receiving pockets 2, wherein any crossing further receiving pockets are not shown in order to keep the drawing easier to read.
  • the receiving pocket 2 comprises inside an upper sliding surface covering 4 and a lower sliding surface covering 5.
  • At the ends 8, 9 of the upper sliding surface covering 4 is opened in the direction of the side walls 7, whereby an insertion opening 10 is formed on each side.
  • the folded-up ends of the upper sliding surface 4 are preferably sewn to the side walls or otherwise secured.
  • FIG. 2 is shown on the left, as the folded-up end is tightly sewn to the side wall 7, while the right end is tied up by way of example only with a loop to the side wall. It is essential that the insertion opening 10 is large enough so that the lifting device 3 can penetrate into the receiving pocket 2.
  • lifting device here is meant any device that serves to receive the transport bag, lift, set down or lifted off the ground to transport horizontally or even to keep it off the ground.
  • the lift is the fork of a lift truck.
  • FIG. 3 shows the section along the line III - III in FIG. 2 , wherein also here only two receiving pockets 2 are provided, which represents an embodiment of the invention.
  • the individual parts are shown slightly pulled apart for clarity.
  • the receiving pocket 2 each comprises a pocket sleeve 11 and arranged therein the upper and lower sliding surface covering 4, 5.
  • the pocket cover 11 may for example consist of two fabric strips, which are sewn together to form a shell.
  • each pocket envelope 11 consists of one piece or strips of flexible material, in particular tissue.
  • the pocket envelope 11 must be dimensioned so that the upper and lower Gleit vombeläge 4.5 can be pushed apart sufficiently far enough that the lifting device 3 can be fully inserted.
  • the attachment of the sliding surface coverings in the pocket envelope is preferably done by sewing, but may also be e.g. done by gluing or welding.
  • a Gleit vombelag can serve any material which is stiff enough to allow the penetration of the lifting device. Furthermore, the sliding surface must have the necessary smoothness. Preferably, this is a material which can be disposed of simultaneously with the other bag material in order to avoid separation. Suitable materials have e.g. a layer thickness of 1 to 2 mm, as described below.
  • the receiving pockets 2 are preferably connected not only at the bottom edges with the transport bag, but preferably at least partially sewn against the inner region of the bottom 1, as indicated by the seam 19. As the FIG. 4 shows, the receiving pockets 2 can also be provided - crosswise. This allows a load pick-up from all four sides of the transport bag, as is possible with otherwise usual pallets.
  • the bottom edge 6 of the transport bag is shown by dashed lines.
  • the transport bag is in the presentation FIG. 4 from the drawing plane upwards. From the bag itself, only the bottom 1 and, for example, the outlet pipe 20 is located.
  • An advantage of this arrangement according to the invention is that a free bottom surface 16 remains between the receiving pockets 2, whereby, for example, the outlet nozzle 20 can be provided.
  • the floor surface is also free during handling, which is a significant difference to the usual pallets.
  • the transport bag to be lifted by a forklift and emptied through the outlet pipe 20. This would not be possible with conventional pallets.
  • the receiving pockets 2 are not sewn to the ground, but are secured by means of adhesive strips or Velcro strips 17. In this way it is possible to subsequently provide suitable transport bags with the receiving pockets according to the invention. Furthermore, it may also be advantageous in the delivery, if the receiving pockets are provided separately from the bag. See also the FIGS. 5 and 6 ,
  • the upper and lower Gleit vombeläge are each shown in the drawings as integral strips of lubricious material, then these may also consist of several parts. It is important that the Gleit vombelag overall allows the sliding of the lifting device 3, even if the Transport bag has taken a heavy load, which can be up to several tons.
  • the sliding surface covering must have the necessary stiffness and lubricity.
  • the sliding surface coverings preferably have a length of 1140 mm, a width of 200 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm.
  • the material according to the invention is HDPE with an E modulus of 1100, hardness of 63 shore D (according to DIN 53505) and a friction coefficient (against steel, dry) of 0.15.
  • An adequate material made of polypropylene is also well suited.
  • FIGS. 5 and 6 show two views of a preferred embodiment of a receiving pocket.
  • the receiving pocket comprises two fabric strips 23, 24, preferably made of a material of about 200 g / m 2 and 30 g / m 2 coating. Inside are two sliding surface coverings over the entire length of the fabric strips. On the side edges of the Gleit vombeläge 4, 5 are each a spacer strip 21 is arranged, which holds the pads 4, 5 at a distance that facilitates the penetration of the lifting device.
  • the upper part of the end 8 of the receiving pocket 2 is folded up and can with the belt 22 on the associated side wall of the transport bag, for. be attached with a seam. With the seams 25, the receiving pocket is sewn. The seams 26 connect the fabric strips of the receiving pockets, the sliding surface coverings and the spacing strips 21 arranged therebetween.
  • the insertion opening is designated by 10.
  • the Fig. 6 shows the bottom of the receiving pocket and arranged thereon, preferably sewn, anti-slip coating 15th
  • the Fig. 7 shows a section through the receiving pocket 2.
  • the Gleit vombeläge 4, 5 and the spacer strips 21 on both sides of Gleit vombeläge 4.5 are the Gleit vombeläge 4, 5 and the spacer strips 21 on both sides of Gleit vombeläge 4.5.
  • Preferred dimensions are: width of the fabric strips 23, 24 about 330 mm, width of the sliding surface coverings about 250 mm, width of the spacer strips about 15 mm and about 3.5 mm thick. The thickness of the sliding surface coverings is 1.5 mm.
  • a preferred material for the spacer strips may be a hollow body web plate, such as sold under the trademark CORREX.
  • Fig. 7 is also the arrangement of the seams 25 and 26 located.
  • the seams 26 go in this embodiment both by the Gleit vombeläge 4, 5 and the fabric strips 23, 24 and by the spacer strips 21, whereby a very compact arrangement is created.
