Definitions

  • the invention relates to a carrier bag made of a thermoplastic film with two opposite, welded to each other at the side edges and the bottom side walls, on the inside of which a profiled strips, operable with a slide closure device is welded by means of the filling opening is closed.
  • a bag which has a closure device of two interlocking hollow ribs, is made of DE-OS 1 950 724 known.
  • the non-contacting outer wall parts of the hollow ribs are formed as support webs.
  • the mutually engaging, other wall parts of the hollow ribs are formed as one-sided, undercut hooks which engage in one another during the bringing together of the hollow profiles.
  • the hollow profiles are integrally formed on the side walls. Also disclosed is a slider which engages over the closure device and which closes the bag opening during the displacement via the closure device.
  • the application of reinforcing strips in the region of the handle hole of carrier bags made of thermoplastic film is in the EP 0 266 670 described.
  • the carrying bag has handle hole reinforcements made of thermoplastic film, which are welded together by grid-shaped dot surfaces, wherein the ratio of unwelded to welded grid surface is in a predetermined ratio.
  • a force field is generated in which the lines of force extend somewhat inclined from the longitudinal axis of the carrier bag in the direction of the corners of the bottom of the carrier bag. The strongest loads occur in the area of the local handle hole edges below the same.
  • This force field is advantageously absorbed by the performed raster moderate welding with the reinforcing strip with the walls of the carrier bag, thereby increasing the strength and carrying capacity of the carrier bag.
  • such bags are sufficiently resilient, but they can be very poorly closed, for example, to transport frozen products or products that are moisture sensitive to protect.
  • a bag of the generic type is from the DE 31 44 702 A1 known,
  • the document FR-A-834710 describes a carrying bag made of paper or other cellulosic materials known in which a carrying handle is attached to the outside of a side wall, just rests on the side wall and can be folded up.
  • the invention has for its object to develop a carrier bag, which can be manufactured economically, has a high load-bearing capacity, the filling opening is resealable and easy to handle.
  • the object according to the invention is achieved in that, in a carrying bag of the generic type, the side walls (12, 13) are welded together at the side edges and at the bottom (17), that the side walls (12, 13) at the side edges and at the bottom (17 ) are welded together, that the carrying handle (15, 16) from a thermoplastic, to the respective side wall (12, 13) welded plastic roll strip is formed in the welded state in the direction of the bottom (17) of the carrying bag (11) points and just the side wall (12, 13) rests and about the closure device (14) can be folded.
  • FIG. 1 shows a three-dimensional view of a carrying bag 1 with a closure device 2, a slide 3, a handle hole 4 and arranged in the region of the handle hole 4 reinforcing strip 5.
  • the carrying case 1 is formed of two side walls 6, 7, which at their longitudinal sides 8, 9 are welded together into the region of the filling opening 10.
  • the closure device 2 is supplied to the plastic bag during manufacture as a separate component and then welded to the side walls 6, 7.
  • Such closure devices 2 are known from the prior art and consist primarily of profiled strips which are pressed against each other by means of a slider 3 and engage each other due to their separately formed profile. Separately, the meshing profiles are characterized in that they are buckled by an outward at any point from their engagement and then pulled apart.
  • a grip hole reinforcement 5 is welded to the inside of each of the side walls 6, 7 and thus increases the carrying capacity of the carrier bag 1.
  • the handle hole reinforcement 5 is as a separate part and independently of the closure device 2 from the inside immediately below the filling opening 10 of the two side parts 6, 7 and in front welded to the punching of the handle hole 4, without reaching into the welding area of closure device 2 and side wall 6, 7.
  • the grip hole 4 may be formed independently of the reinforcing strip 5 different.
  • the c is arranged transversely to the filling opening 10 and the opening of the c also points in the direction of the filling opening 10. It is thus possible to handle the carrying bag 1 by means of the handle hole 4 and in the case of the C-shaped handle hole 4, the inside of the carrying case 1 is protected against moisture and convection.
  • the side walls 6, 7 can be made of an insulating film.
  • Insulating films are generally known, for example, the plastic film may be vapor-deposited with aluminum or an aluminum layer is applied to the plastic film. Of course, it is also possible to use other insulating, thermoplastic films.
  • the grip hole reinforcement 5 can be used in any case.
  • the filling opening 10 is opened and the product is introduced into the carrying bag 1, after which the slide 3 is pulled from one end to the other end of the carrying bag, that is to say over the entire width of the carrying bag.
  • the profile strips are now engaged with each other and the filling area 10 of the carrying bag 1 is closed.
  • the carrying bag 1 can now be transported or handled very easily by means of an intervention in the grip hole 4.
  • the filled good or product is protected against convection, radiation, moisture, etc. Only in the area of the handle hole 4, the carrying bag 1 is still open. However, this opening plays a minor role in relation to, for example, convection, since the opening is on the one hand relatively small and on the other hand closed by the wearer.
  • FIG. 2 An embodiment variant of the invention is in FIG. 2 played.
  • the carrying bag 11 likewise consists of two side walls 12, 13 welded to the longitudinal sides and a closure device 14 which is welded in the filling area of the carrying bag and which likewise extends over the entire width of the carrying bag 11.
  • the carrying handles 15, 16 are welded on the side walls 12, 13 as separate parts from the outside.
  • the carrying handles 15, 16 are welded to the side walls 12, 13 in such a way that they point in the direction of the bottom 17 of the carrying bag 11 immediately after welding.
  • This orientation of the carrying handles 15, 16 is in FIG. 2 shown in dashed lines. After filling the carrying bag 11 and closing by means of the slider 18, the carrying handles 15, 16 can be turned away from the side walls 12, 13 beyond the closure device 14 and used as carrying handles 15.
  • the carrying handles 15, 16 can be welded either separately directly below the weld of the closure device 14 and the side parts 12, 13 or directly in one operation with the closure device 14 to the side parts 12, 13.
  • the carrying handles 15, 16 extend either over a partial region of the width of the carrier bag 1 and are arranged in the middle or the plastic strips, in which the handle holes 19 are introduced, extend over the entire width of the carrier bag 1.
  • the handle hole 19 can now also be present as punched-out opening as described in the first embodiment or be c-shaped punched into the carrying handles 15, 16. It is also possible to manufacture the side parts 12, 13 of insulating films.
  • Such a carrying bag 11 offers the advantage that no grip hole in the side walls 12, 13 is present and at the same time serves the closure device 14 as a reinforcing element, while the force is transmitted from the carrying handles 15, 16 on the closure device 14 and this distributes the force evenly over the entire width of the carrier bag 11.
