Claims (22)
- Connecteur (1) en forme de U en matière plastique destiné à relier des profilés creux, en particulier des profilés creux d'écartement en métal, matière plastique ou analogue pour en particulier des vitrages isolants à plusieurs vitres, le connecteur (1) étant pourvu sur ses branches latérales (3, 4) de lamelles (5) dirigées vers l'extérieur, inclinées vers l'arrière à l'encontre de la direction d'enfichage, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (1) présente dans la zone centrale de son extension longitudinale une élévation (10) qui est orientée en direction du côté ouvert du profilé en U, l'élévation (10) présentant une plus grande hauteur sur ses délimitations (11, 12) situées transversalement à la direction longitudinale du connecteur (1) que dans sa zone centrale et que les délimitations (11, 12) présentent chacune au moins une lèvre d'étanchéité à leurs extrémités éloignées du fond (2) du connecteur (1).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des butées (6) qui prédéfinissent une longueur d'enfichage dans les profilés creux à relier.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les butées (6) sont disposées dans la zone du milieu de l'extension longitudinale du connecteur en U (1).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les butées (6) sont prévues sur les côtés extérieurs des branches latérales (3, 4).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un élément de compensation élastique (9) dans la zone des butées (6).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de fond (2) présente au moins une ouverture (8).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de fond (2) présente au moins une ouverture (8) dans chaque moitié longitudinale.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les délimitations (11, 12) présentent au moins la hauteur du connecteur (1).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors d'une combinaison d'un profilé creux à enfiler et d'un connecteur, les délimitations (11, 12) sont réalisées de manière à s'ajuster géométriquement avec le profilé creux à enfiler.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches latérales (3, 4) sont adaptées au profil de l'élévation (10) dans la zone de l'élévation (10).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités éloignées du fond (2) du connecteur (1) des délimitations (11, 12) de l'élévation (10) présentent chacune au moins un évidement (13) en direction longitudinale du connecteur (1).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élévation (10) est conformée en cuvette.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élévation (10) occupe à peu près la moitié de la hauteur du connecteur.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les délimitations (11, 12) de l'élévation (10) sont réalisées de manière élastique au moins dans leur zone supérieure.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors d'une combinaison d'un profilé creux et d'un connecteur, les branches latérales (3, 4) sont réalisées de manière à s'adapter au moins dans la zone supérieure au contour du profilé creux à relier.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les branches latérales (3, 4) sont biseautées vers l'intérieur du côté extérieur dans la zone supérieure.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un produit d'étanchéité est prévu sur l'élévation (10).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une élévation de renfort (51) s'élevant depuis la surface de fond (2) entre les deux branches latérales (3, 4) sur l'axe longitudinal du connecteur.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'élévation de renfort (51) présente au moins approximativement la hauteur des branches latérales (3, 4).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une élévation de renfort (51) dans chaque moitié longitudinale du connecteur (1).
- Connecteur selon une des revendications 18 à 20, caractérisé en ce que les élévations de renfort (51) sont disposées à la suite de l'élévation (10) centrale.
- Connecteur selon une des revendications 18 à 21, caractérisé en ce que les élévations de renfort (51) présentent au moins un creux (52) depuis le côté éloigné de la surface de fond (2).
