Claims (10)
- Connecteur enfichable (1) ayant une coupe transversale en U ou en forme de caisson, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un connecteur droit, d'un connecteur coudé, d'un connecteur d'angle ou d'un connecteur de croisement, pour des profilés creux d'écartement pour vitrages isolants, comportant une partie fond (2) et deux bords longitudinaux qui peuvent être réalisés sous la forme de branches (3, 4) faisant saillie du fond (2), la partie fond (2) et les bords longitudinaux formant ensemble le corps du connecteur (1), des lamelles (5) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, de préférence déformables élastiquement, étant disposées sur les bords longitudinaux pour chaque section d'enfichage, lesquelles peuvent être réalisées inclinées ou incurvées, l'inclinaison ou l'incurvation pouvant être réalisée vers l'arrière dans le sens d'enfichage, le connecteur enfichable (1) présentant dans sa zone de butée pour les profilés creux d'écartement, donc de préférence dans la zone centrale de son extension longitudinale, un dispositif d'étanchéité (10) pour assurer l'étanchéité par rapport au profilé creux d'écartement, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10) est réalisé sous la forme d'un joint de butée qui entoure le connecteur enfichable au moins partiellement et est monté coulissant longitudinalement sur le connecteur enfichable (1).
- Connecteur enfichable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10) est réalisé en forme de coin au moins sur certaines parties.
- Connecteur enfichable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10) présente une butée pour le profilé creux.
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10) présente au moins sur un bord une lèvre d'étanchéité qui peut entourer le profilé creux.
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10) est disposé dans la zone d'une butée d'enfichage (6) du connecteur enfichable (1).
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les butées d'enfichage (6) sont disposées dans la zone du milieu de l'extension longitudinale du connecteur (1), les butées (6) pouvant être prévues sur les côtés extérieurs des branches latérales (3, 4).
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de maintien et/ou de support (11) pour le dispositif d'étanchéité est prévu.
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (10) est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau élastique, en particulier d'un caoutchouc ou d'un matériau analogue au caoutchouc.
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins approximativement dans la zone des bords longitudinaux sont disposés des éléments de maintien et de compensation qui peuvent être en position au moins approximativement verticale sur le fond (2), une inclinaison à l'opposé du sens d'enfichage pouvant être prévue et l'angle d'inclinaison pouvant être compris entre 5 et 20°, de préférence entre 5 et 10°.
- Connecteur enfichable selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'étanchéité (10) est prévu pour chaque extrémité de profilé creux enfichée.
