Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Bogendruckmaschine, nämlich zum Ausschleusen von Druckbogen aus der Bogendruckmaschine nach Auftreten eines Stoppers, wobei die Bogendruckmaschine mehrere Druckwerke, mindestens einen Hauptantrieb und mehrere mit dem oder jedem Hauptantrieb synchronisierbare Zusatzantriebe aufweist, wobei jedes Druckwerk einen Formzylinder, einen auf dem Formzylinder abrollenden Übertragungszylinder, einen auf dem Übertragungszylinder abrollenden Gegendruckzylinder, ein Farbwerk sowie vorzugsweise ein Feuchtwerk aufweist, wobei zum Drucken zumindest die Gegendruckzylinder der Druckwerke von dem oder jedem Hauptantrieb und andere Zylinder bzw. Walzen der Druckwerke von jeweils einem dem jeweiligen Zylinder bzw. der Walze zugeordneten Zusatzantrieb eigenmotorisch angetrieben werden, wobei nach Auftreten eines Stoppers der Anleger ausgekuppelt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass nach Auftreten eines Stoppers der oder jeder Hauptantrieb mit einer konstanten Drehzahl oder im Tippbetrieb oszillierend mit einer Tippdrehzahl angetrieben wird, sodass Druckbogen mit Hilfe der mit der konstanten Drehzahl oder der Tippdrehzahl angetriebenen Übertragungszylinder und Gegendruckzylinder aus den Druckwerken ausgeschleust werden können, wohingegen der oder jeder Zusatzantrieb mit einer kleineren Drehzahl angetrieben wird, sodass die Formzylinder und die Farbwerke der Druckwerke während des Ausschleusens der Druckbogen aus den Druckwerken mit einer kleineren Drehzahl angetrieben werden als die Übertragungszylinder und Gegendruckzylinder der Druckwerke.
