Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportwagen für die Patientenlagerfläche eines Operationstisches, umfassend ein Fahrgestell, zwei daran angeordnete Stützen, die an ihren oberen Enden jeweils eine Schnittstelle zur Verbindung mit einer komplementären Schnittstelle an der Patientenlagerfläche haben, und einer Hubvorrichtung zur Höhenverstellung der Schnittstellen relativ zum Fahrgestell.
  • Bei einer bekannten Ausführungsform eines derartigen Transportwagens sind die Stützen teleskopisch ausgebildet, um durch Zusammenschieben oder Auseinanderziehen der Stützen eine Höhenverstellung der Schnittstellen zu ermöglichen. Hohe Kippmomente, die durch eine stark außermittige Lagerung von Patienten auftreten, verursachen bei dieser Art der Höhenführung eine hohe Reibung. Zur Überwindung dieser Reibung müssen entsprechend starke Antriebe für die Höhenverstellung vorgesehen sein. Ein Antrieb für eine Höhenverstellung ist aus WO97/42876 bekannt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Transportwagen der vorstehende genannten Art anzugeben, bei dem die Höhenverstellung reibungsarm erfolgen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Stützen von einem Schwenkrahmen getragen sind, der um eine horizontale Schwenkachse schwenkbar an dem Fahrgestell gelagert und mittels der Hubvorrichtung verstellbar ist, dass die Stützen jeweils durch ein Gelenk mit zur Schwenkachse paralleler Gelenkachse mit dem Schwenkrahmen verbunden sind und dass die Stützen jeweils in einem vertikalen Abstand von dem Gelenk mittels einer Rolle mit zur Schwenkachse paralleler Rollenachse an dem Fahrgestell derart geführt sind, dass eine durch die Gelenkachse und die Rollenachse senkrecht zu diesen verlaufende Linie bei der Verstellung des Schwenkrahmens vertikal bleibt.
  • Die bei der Höhenverstellung beteiligten Teile sind alle in Dreh- oder Schwenkgelenken gelagert, die sehr reibungsarm ausgeführt werden können. Somit ergibt sich eine geringer Verlustleistung und der Hubantrieb kann entsprechend einfach und kostengünstig ausgeführt werden, da er keine Seitenführungskräfte aufnehmen muss.
  • Vorzugsweise umfasst der Schwenkrahmen zwei an dem Fahrgestell angelenkte Holme, die jeweils eine Stütze tragen und durch eine Querstrebe miteinander verbunden sind, an der die Hubvorrichtung angreift.
  • Die Hubvorrichtung kann eine hydraulische Hubeinheit umfassen oder elektromechanisch ausgebildet sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Rolle von einem Rollenlager gebildet, das mit der jeweiligen Stütze verbunden und an dem Fahrgestell geführt ist. Die Führungsbahn kann beispielsweise von einem Langloch in einem fahrgestellfesten Teil gebildet sein, in dem das Rollenlager läuft. Den Verlauf der Führungsbahn erhält man, indem man ausgehend von einem durch den Gelenkmittelpunkt des Gelenkes um die Schwenkachse des Schwenkrahmens geschlagenen Kreis jeweils die dem Abstand zwischen der Gelenkachse und der Rollenachse entsprechende Strecke auf vertikalen parallelen Linien abträgt. Die Führungsbahn wird durch die Linie gegeben, welche die dem Kreis fernen Streckenenden miteinander verbindet.
  • Die folgende Beschreibung erläutert in Verbindung mit den beigefügten Zeichnungen die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels. Es zeigen:

  • Der in den Fig.1 bis 3 dargestellte Transportwagen umfasst ein allgemein mit 10 bezeichnetes Fahrgestell mit einem Fahrgestellrahmen 12, der aus zwei Längsholmen 14 besteht, die durch zwei Querholme 16 miteinander verbunden sind. An den Enden der Längsholme 14 sind jeweils Lenkrollen 18 angeordnet. In einem mittleren Bereich der Längsholme 14 ist über einen Ansatz 20 (Fig.3) jeweils eine vertikal gerichtete Platte 22 befestigt. An deren unterem Rand ist eine Leitschiene 24 befestigt, die nahe dem vorderen Ende des jeweiligen Längsholmes 14 mit diesem über einen Arm 26 verbunden ist und zum vorderen Ende des Transportwagens hin nach außen gekrümmt ist. Die Leitschienen 24 sollen das Heranfahren des Transportwagens an die Säule des Operationstisches, auf der die Patientenlagerfläche liegt, erleichtern. An dem unteren Ende der Platte 22 ist ferner ein dreieckförmiger Rollenträger 28 um eine Achse 30 schwenkbar gelagert, an dem eine Stützrolle 32 drehbar gelagert ist. Durch Verschwenken des Rollenträgers 28 kann die Stützrolle 32 angehoben bzw. auf den Boden abgesenkt werden.
  • Das Fahrgestell 10 trägt einen allgemein mit 34 bezeichneten Schwenkrahmen, der aus zwei Längsträgern 36 besteht, die an einem ihrer Enden über eine Querstrebe 38 (Fig.3) miteinander verbunden sind und an ihren jeweiligen anderen Enden an einem von dem jeweiligen Längsholm 14 getragenen Lagerbock 40 um eine Schwenkachse 42 schwenkbar angelenkt sind. Zusätzlich zu der Querstrebe 38 sind die beiden Längsträger 36 nahe der Querstrebe 38 noch durch einen Bügel 44 miteinander verbunden, in dessen Längsmitte die Kolbenstange 46 eines hydraulischen Hubzylinders 48 angreift, der seinerseits zwischen zwei Armen 50, die mit einem der Querholme 16 starr verbunden sind, um eine Schwenkachse 52 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Der hydraulische Hubzylinder 48 kann über beiderseits des Fahrgestelles 10 angeordnete Fußhebel 54 betätigt werden, um den Schwenkrahmen 34 in Richtung des Doppelpfeiles B zwischen der in der Fig.1 dargestellten tiefsten Stellung und der in Fig.2 dargestellten höchsten Stellung zu verstellen.
  • Jeder der Längsträger 36 trägt in einem mittleren Bereich einen Lagerbock 56, an dem eine Stütze 58 mit einer Schnittstelle 60, die zur Kopplung mit einer komplementären Schnittstelle an einer nicht dargestellten Patientenlagerfläche eines Operationstisches gekoppelt werden kann, in einem Gelenk 62 um eine Gelenkachse 64 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Die Stütze 58 umfasst ferner ein starr mit der Schnittstelle 60 verbundenes Schwert 66, das an seinem untern Ende ein Rollenlager 68 mit einer Rollenachse 69 trägt. Das Rollenlager 68 ist in einer von einem gekrümmten Langloch in der Platte 22 gebildeten Führungsbahn 70 geführt. Diese Führung des Schwertes 66 stellt sicher, dass die Stütze 58 beim Verschwenken des Schwenkrahmens 34 um die Schwenkachse 42 stets die durch die strichpunktierte Linie 72 bezeichnete vertikale Stellung beibehält. Die Form der Führungsbahn 70 lässt sich auf einfache Weise dadurch ermitteln, dass man ausgehend von einem um die Schwenkachse 42 geschlagenen und durch die Gelenkachse 64 verlaufenden Kreis auf parallelen vertikalen Linien jeweils den Abstand zwischen der Gelenkachse 64 und der Rollenachse 69 abträgt. Eine Verbindungslinie durch die Fußpunkte dieser Strecken entspricht dem Verlauf der Führungsbahn 70.

Claims (6)

  1. Transportwagen für die Patientenlagerfläche eines Operationstisches, umfassend ein Fahrgestell (10), zwei daran angeordnete Stützen (58), die an ihre oberen Ende jeweils eine Schnittstelle (60) zur Verbindung mit einer komplementären Schnittstelle an der Patientenlagerfläche haben, und eine Hubvorrichtung (48) zur Höhenverstellung der Schnittstellen (60) relativ zum Fahrgestell (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen (58) von einem Schwenkrahmen (34) getragen sind, der um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (42) schwenkbar an dem Fahrgestell (10) gelagert und mittels der Hubvorrichtung (48) verstellbar ist, dass die Stützen (58) jeweils durch ein Gelenk (62) mit zur Schwenkachse (42) paralleler Gelenkachse (64) mit dem Schwenkrahmen (34) verbunden sind und dass die Stützen (58) jeweils in einem vertikalen Abstand von dem Gelenk (62) mittels einer Rolle (68) mit zur Schwenkachse paralleler Rollenachse (69) an einer fahrgestellfesten Führungsbahn (70) derart geführt sind, dass eine durch die Gelenkachse (64) und die Rollenachse (68) senkrecht zu diesen verlaufende Linie (70) bei der Verstellung des Schwenkrahmens (34) vertikal bleibt.
  2. Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkrahmen (34) zwei an dem Fahrgestell (10) angelenkte Träger (36) umfasst, die jeweils eine Stütze (58) tragen und durch einen Bügel (44) miteinander verbunden sind, an dem die Hubvorrichtung (48) angreift.
  3. Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (48) mindestens eine hydraulische Hubeinheit umfasst.
  4. Transportwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung mindestens eine elektromechanische Hubeinheit umfasst.
  5. Transportwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle an der jeweiligen Stütze (58) von einem Rollenlager (68) gebildet ist.
  6. Transportwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsbahn (70) von einem Langloch in einem fahrgestellfesten Teil (22) gebildet ist.
