Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen dosenförmigen Behälter für ein Verpackungsgut mit einem Unterteil (2) und einem Deckel (3). Um zu erreichen, dass der Behälter (1) sowohl bei seiner bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung als auch bei seiner anderweitigen späteren Weiterverwendung eine sehr dekorative Ausgestaltung auf einfache Weise ermöglicht, schlägt die Erfindung vor, den Deckel (3) des Behälters (1) als Betrachtungsvorrichtung auszubilden, wobei der Deckel (3) mindestens eine Sichtöffnung (7) für ein innerhalb des Behälters (1) angeordnetes Schauobjekt (8) aufweist. Dabei ist in einem vorgegebenen Abstand zum Boden (4) des Deckels (3) eine Begrenzungswand (10) angeordnet, die das Verpackungsgut von der Betrachtungsvorrichtung trennt und von dem Boden eines kasten- oder topfförmigen Einsatzes (13) gebildet ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen dosenförmigen Behälter für ein Verpackungsgut mit einem Unterteil und einem das Unterteil verschließenden kasten- oder topfförmigen Deckel, wobei der Boden des Deckels die Vorderwand des Behälters bildet und die Seitenwände des Deckels die benachbarten Randbereiche des Unterteiles außenseitig überdecken.
  • Derartige, beispielsweise aus Blech bestehende Behälter werden für die unterschiedlichsten Verpackungsgüter verwendet. Häufig dienen derartige Behälter nach der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung ihres Inhaltes (z. B. Gebäck) zur Aufbewahrung anderer Objekte (beispielsweise Spielfiguren eines Spieles etc.). Das gilt insbesondere wenn die jeweiligen Behälter durch Ihre Formgebung und/oder farbliche Ausgestaltung so gestaltet sind, dass sie als Zier- oder Einrichtungsgegenstände in einer Wohnung verbleiben können und ggf. im Zusammenhang mit anderen Objekten dekorativ wirken.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, der sowohl bei seiner bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung als auch bei seiner anderweitigen späteren Weiterverwendung eine sehr dekorative Ausgestaltung auf einfache Weise ermöglicht, ohne dass hierbei seine primäre Schutzfunktion eingeschränkt wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere, besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung offenbaren die Unteransprüche.
  • Die Erfindung beruht im wesentlichen auf dem Gedanken, den Deckel des aus Karton, Kunststoff, Holz oder Blech bestehenden Behälters als Betrachtungsvorrichtung auszubilden, wobei der Deckel mindestens eine Sichtöffnung für ein innerhalb des Behälters angeordnetes Schauobjekt aufweist. Ggf. ist die Sichtöffnung des Deckels durch eine optisch transparente Abdeckung verschlossen. Dabei ist in einem vorgegebenen Abstand zum Boden des Deckels eine Begrenzungswand angeordnet, die das Verpackungsgut von der Betrachtungsvorrichtung trennt und von dem Boden eines kasten- oder topfförmigen Einsatzes gebildet ist. Im Übrigen verfügt der Einsatz über Seitenwandbereiche, die innenseitig an Seitenwänden des Deckels anliegen und ggf. bis zum Boden des Deckels reichen und sich daran abstützen, und ist in mindestens einer Ebene vor der Begrenzungswand das Schauobjekt angeordnet.
  • Der Einsatz kann insbesondere auswechselbar ausgebildet und in dem Deckel form- und/oder kraftschlüssig gelagert (gehalten) sein.
  • Das Schauobjekt kann sehr unterschiedlich ausgestaltet sein. So ist es möglich, dass das Schauobjekt einen Bezug zu dem Verpackungsgut besitzt; oder es kann ausschließlich dekorativen Charakter besitzen.
  • Das Schauobjekt kann direkt oder über Abstandhalter an der Begrenzungswand oder an der Innenseite des Deckels befestigt sein. Dabei kann es sich bei dem Schauobjekt um ein Bildmotiv oder mehrere voneinander beabstandete Bildmotive handeln. Insbesondere um einen räumlichen Eindruck des Schauobjektes bei dem jeweiligen Betrachter hervorzurufen, werden mehrere Bildmotive verwendet, die sich in unterschiedlichen Ebenen vor der Begrenzungswand befinden.
  • Der Deckel kann sowohl schwenkbar an dem Unterteil angelenkt als auch als separater Deckel auf das Unterteil aufschiebbar ausgebildet sein.
  • Mit vorgenannten Vorschlägen, den Deckel in besonderer Weise als Betrachtungsvorrichtung auszubilden, beschreitet die Erfindung für Dosen ohne Zweifel einen neuen Weg. Einen solchen - auf einen Deckel gerichteten - Vorschlag hat es bis zum Anmeldetag nämlich noch nicht gegeben.
  • Dieser Vorschlag hat auch nicht nahe gelegen, weil nämlich dem Deckel bei Dosen besondere Bedeutung zukommt und Eingriffe und Veränderungen am Deckel nicht gerade empfehlenswert erscheinen. Damit erscheint die Dose eher als ein untaugliches oder zumindest ein sehr problematisches Objekt für eine Umgestaltung.
  • Dennoch hat sich die vorliegende Erfindung zum Ziel gesetzt, eine Dose weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei ist sie zu einer überraschend einfachen Lösung gelangt, wodurch es ihr gelungen ist, die bisherige Schließfunktion völlig unbeeinflusst zu lassen und trotzdem einen großen Gestaltungsspielraum für eine vorteilhaftere Wahrnehmung (bis hin zu einem räumlichen Eindruck) zu eröffnen.
  • Soweit durch die GB 20 40 864 A bereits ein Behälterverschluss mit einem Stauraum bekannt geworden ist, bezieht sich dieser auf einen anderen Behältertyp, verfolgt einen anderen Zweck und beinhaltet Merkmale, weiche nicht ohne erfinderisches Zutun für eine andere Lösung herangezogen werden können.
  • Jenes Dokument offenbart nämlich einen Behälter im Sinne eines Gefäßes (Kanisters oder dgl.), welches über einen verjüngten (ein Mundstück bildenden) Einfüll- oder Ausgussbereich verfügt. Dieser ist mittels eines Stöpsels oder Stopfens verschließbar. Naturgemäß presst sich der Stopfen dabei an die Innenseiten des Mundstücks an und dichtet das Gefäß so ab.
  • Der Vorschlag jenes Dokumentes zielt letztlich darauf ab, einen ausgehöhlten Stopfen zu verwenden, um darin eine kleine Zugabe zum eigentlichen Inhalt des Gefäßes mitliefern zu können, was den Verkauf anregen soll. Die Zugabe soll dazu äußerlich erkennbar sein. Der Zweck ist erfüllt, wenn die Zugabe vom Empfänger des Gefäßes entnommen wird.
  • Nach einer Entnahme erscheinen die Merkmale jenes Dokumentes unzweckmäßig, ja sogar sinn- und nutzlos. Die Schließfunktion des Stopfens wird nämlich durch die vorgeschlagene Ausgestaltung umständlich bis kompliziert und verliert an Effizienz. Ein ausgehöhlter Stopfen lässt sich weder gut manipulieren noch dauerhaft fest in ein Mundstück eindrücken.
  • Die dabei notwendige Abdeckkappe soll sowohl mit dem Stopfen als auch mit dem Gefäß in Eingriff gebracht werden. Als Folge davon kann ein solcher Verschluss nicht als Ganzes gehandhabt werden. So muss er beim Öffnen zerlegt und beim Schließen aus seinen Einzelteilen (Stopfen und Kappe) zusammengesetzt werden.
  • Solches erschwert ein Öffnen und Schließen und kommt deshalb in aller Regel nur für einen einmaligen Vorgang in Betracht. Dieser Umstand spricht sogar gegen eine Weiterverwendung solcher Gefäße als Aufbewahrungsbehälter für andere Objekte oder als dekorativer Einrichtungsgegenstand.
  • Die hier beanspruchte Erfindung geht erst gar nicht von solch einem Gefäß aus, welches sich mittels Stopfen verschließen lässt, was in der Praxis regelmäßig auf ein Gefäß mit enghalsigem Mundstück hinausläuft. Ein solches Gefäß steht hier nicht zur Debatte, vielmehr geht es um einen Behälter anderer Art, nämlich eine Dose oder einen dosenförmigen Behälter.
  • Für eine Dose ist charakteristisch, dass sie über eine besonders große Öffnung verfügt, welche typischerweise nicht mittels eines Stopfens, sondern eines Deckels verschließbar ist. Im Gegensatz zu einem Stopfen ist ein Deckel ein Aufsatz, welcher einen Behälter übergreift und außenseitig abdichtet.
  • Typisch ist für Dosen ferner, dass sie für ein häufiges, ebenso sicheres wie bequemes Öffnen und Schließen geeignet sein sollen. Nicht zuletzt dadurch eignen sie sich auch für eine Weiterverwendung. Die vorliegende Erfindung offenbart technische Gestaltungsvorschläge, welche geeignet sind, den Anreiz für eine Weiterverwendung zu erhöhen.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem folgenden, anhand von Figuren erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiel. Es zeigen:

  • In Fig.1 ist mit 1 ein erfindungsgemäßer dosenförmiger Behälter für ein Verpackungsgut (beispielsweise für Süßigkeiten) bezeichnet. Der Behälter 1 besteht im Wesentlichen aus einem Unterteil 2 und einem das Unterteil 2 verschließenden kastenförmigen Deckel 3. Dabei bildet der Boden 4 des Deckels 3 die Vorderwand des Behälters 1, und die Seitenwände 5 des Deckels 3 überdecken die benachbarten Randbereiche 6 des Unterteiles 2 außenseitig.
  • Unterteil 2 und Deckel 3 des Behälters 1 sind beispielsweise aus Weißblech hergestellt. Außerdem ist der Deckel 3 über nicht dargestellte Scharniere mit dem Unterteil 2 in an sich bekannter Weise verbunden (angelenkt), so dass der Deckel 3 gegenüber dem Unterteil 2 nach oben schwenkbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Deckel 3 als Betrachtungsvorrichtung ausgebildet und weist mindestens eine Sichtöffnung 7 für ein innerhalb des Behälters 1 angeordnetes Schauobjekt 8 (hier ein Gebirgszug) auf. Die Sichtöffnung 7 des Deckels 3 ist hier zum Schutz gegen äußere Einflüsse durch eine optisch transparente Abdeckung 9 (beispielsweise Plexiglas) verschlossen.
  • In einem vorgegebenen Abstand zum Boden 4 des Deckels 3 ist eine Begrenzungswand 10 angeordnet, die das in dem Innenraum 11 des Unterteiles 2 üblicherweise befindliche Verpackungsgut (nicht dargestellt) von der Betrachtungsvorrichtung trennt. Die Begrenzungswand 10 wird dabei durch den Boden eines kastenförmigen Einsatzes 13 gebildet, der bis an das Unterteil 2 des Behälters 1 reicht und der auswechselbar und formschlüssig in dem Deckel 3 gelagert (gehalten) ist. Die stirnseitigen Seitenwandbereiche 14 des Einsatzes 13 stützen sich an der Innenseite 15 des Bodens 4 des Deckels 3 ab.
  • Das Schauobjekt 8 setzt sich aus drei voneinander beabstandeten Bildmotiven zusammen, die in mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Ebenen vor der Begrenzungswand 10 befestigt sind, so dass das Schauobjekt 8 bei einem durch die Sichtöffnung 7 blickenden Betrachter einen räumlichen Eindruck hervorruft.
  • Die Erfindung ist selbstverständlich nicht auf das vorstehend beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So braucht es sich bei dem Schauobjekt nicht zwingend um Bildmotive zu handeln, sondern es können auch räumliche Gegenstände vor der Begrenzungswand angeordnet sein.

Claims (6)

  1. Dosenförmiger Behälter für ein Verpackungsgut mit einem Unterteil (2) und einem das Unterteil (2) verschließenden kasten- oder topfförmigen Deckel (3), wobei der Boden (4) des Deckels (3) die Vorderwand des Behälters (1) bildet und die Seitenwände (5) des Deckels (3) die benachbarten Randbereiche (6) des Unterteils (2) außenseitig überdeckt, mit den Merkmalen:
    a) der Deckel (3) ist als Betrachtungsvorrichtung ausgebildet und weist mindestens eine Sichtöffnung (7) für ein innerhalb des Behälters (1) angeordnetes Schauobjekt (8) auf;
    b) die Sichtöffnung (7) des Deckels (3) ist ggf. durch eine optisch transparente Abdeckung (9) verschlossen;
    c) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand zum Boden (4) des Deckels (3) ist eine Begrenzungswand (10) angeordnet, die die Betrachtungsvorrichtung von dem Verpackungsgut trennt;
    d) die Begrenzungswand (10) ist von dem Boden eines kasten-oder topfförmigen Einsatzes (13) gebildet;
    e) der Einsatz (13) verfügt über Seitenwandbereichte (14) die innenseitig an Seitenwänden (5) des Deckels (3) anliegen und ggf. bis zum Boden (4) des Deckels (3) reichen und sich daran abstützen, und
    f) in mindestens einer Ebene vor der Begrenzungswand (10) ist das Schauobjekt (8) angeordnet.
  2. Dosenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (13) auswechselbar ausgebildet und an dem Deckel (3) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig gehalten ist.
  3. Dosenförmiger Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schauobjekt (8) direkt oder über Abstandhalter an der Begrenzungswand (10) oder an der Innenseite (15) des Deckels (3) befestigt ist.
  4. Dosenförmiger Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Schauobjekt (8) um ein oder mehrere voreinander beabstandete Bildmotive handelt.
  5. Dosenförmiger Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) schwenkbar an dem Unterteil (2) angelenkt ist.
  6. Dosenförmiger Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (1) und/oder die Begrenzungswand (10) aus Blech, vorzugsweise Weißblech, bestehen.
