Claims (13)
- Robinetterie sanitaire (1) comprenant essentiellement :- un boîtier (2),- qui comporte des raccords (21, 22) pour une arrivée d'eau froide et pour une arrivée d'eau chaude, et- une sortie (4) d'eau mélangée, et- un module de guidage de l'eau (3) comprenant un profilé creux préformé ayant au moins une entrée (34, 35) d'eau froide, d'eau chaude ou d'eau mélangée,- le boîtier (2) étant réalisé en une seule partie et le module de guidage de l'eau (3) pouvant être relié hermétiquement au boîtier (2),le module de guidage de l'eau (3) comprenant des logements de réception (5, 6) d'éléments fonctionnels, à savoir un élément de thermostat, une cartouche de mélange ou la partie supérieure d'une soupape,
caractérisée en ce que
le module de guidage de l'eau (3) est réalisé sous la forme d'une unité modulaire en une seule partie dont les dimensions sont choisies de sorte qu'elle puisse être glissée et montée dans le boîtier par l'un de ses côtés. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le module de guidage de l'eau (3) comporte respectivement une entrée (34, 35) d'eau froide et d'eau chaude. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
le module de guidage de l'eau (3) comprend deux chemins de circulation de l'eau (32, 33) séparés, l'un de ces chemins (32) entourant radialement au moins partiellement l'autre chemin (33). - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les entrées (34, 35) d'eau chaude et d'eau froide sont situées radialement sur le module de guidage de l'eau (3). - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
l'entrée (35) d'eau chaude située sur le module de guidage de l'eau (3) peut être reliée hermétiquement au raccord d'arrivée d'eau chaude (21) situé sur le boîtier (2), et l'eau froide du raccord d'eau froide (22) pénètre dans le boîtier (2) et circule autour du guidage de l'eau et du volume interne du boîtier. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
les entrées (34, 35) d'eau froide et d'eau chaude sont situées sur le module de guidage de l'eau (3) dans la zone du logement de réception (6) d'un élément de thermostat. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3,

les entrées (34, 35) d'eau froide et d'eau chaude du module de guidage de l'eau (3) peuvent être reliées hermétiquement aux raccords (21, 22) d'arrivée d'eau froide et d'eau chaude du boîtier (2). - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce qu'
il est prévu sur le module de guidage de l'eau (3), une sortie d'eau mélangée qui correspond à la sortie d'eau mélangée (4) du boîtier. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à la revendication 7,

la sortie d'eau mélangée du module de guidage de l'eau (3) relie le chemin de circulation de l'eau interne (33) à la sortie d'eau mélangée (4) du boîtier. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,

le logement de réception (6) des éléments fonctionnels est réalisé à partit d'un profilé creux préformé. - Robinetterie sanitaire (1) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,

le boîtier (2) et/ou le profilé creux préformé est(sont) réalisé(s) en matériau synthétique ou en métal. - Procédé de fabrication de robinetteries sanitaires comprenant des étapes consistant à :- fabriquer un boîtier (2) en une seule partie pour une robinetterie sanitaire comportant des raccords (21, 22) d'arrivée d'eau froide et d'arrivée d'eau chaude et une sortie d'eau mélangée (4),- fabriquer séparément un module de guidage de l'eau (3) ayant deux chemins de circulation d'eau séparés et des logements de réception (5, 6) d'éléments fonctionnels, à savoir un élément de thermostat ou une cartouche de mélange ou la partie supérieure d'une soupape,caractérisé en ce qu'
il comporte une étape consistant à introduire par glissement le module de guidage de l'eau (3) en une seule partie dans le boîtier (2) de sorte que, lors du processus de montage du module de guidage de l'eau (3), il se crée, dans la zone d'un emplacement de raccord et dans la zone de la sortie d'eau mélangée (4) une liaison hermétique du boîtier (2) et du module de guidage de l'eau (3).
