Claims (10)
- Ponceuse comprenant un dispositif de ponçage pour travailler une surface d'un ouvrage pouvant être déplacée dans un sens de progression relativement au dispositif de ponçage et agencée dans un plan de travail, dans laquelle le dispositif de ponçage présente plusieurs têtes de ponçage comprenant des éléments de ponçage (8) rotatifs autour d'un axe respectif et les têtes de ponçage peuvent être déplacées dans une région de ponçage (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de transport (1) en circulation sans fin par déviation autour de galets de déviation, sur des tronçons rectilignes dans une région de ponçage, avec un angle par rapport au sens de progression, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour au moins un groupe de plusieurs éléments de ponçage (8), un dispositif d'entraînement (13) avec lequel les éléments de ponçage (8) sont entraînés en rotation par un moteur commun prévu pour l'entraînement en rotation de ces éléments de ponçage (8), et en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (13) consiste en un agencement flexible de liaison par conjugaison de forme ou par friction qui est guidé parallèlement au dispositif de transport (1) autour de galets de déviation (22) et qui est formé avec les axes (17) des éléments de ponçage (8) pour un entraînement rotatif indépendamment de la vitesse de transport des éléments de ponçage (8).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de ponçage (8) entraînés en rotation par un dispositif d'entraînement (13) tournent tous dans le même sens de rotation.
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement présente une courroie crantée (10) circulante.
- Ponceuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu deux dispositifs d'entraînement (13, 10) qui entraînent en rotation chacun un groupe d'éléments de ponçage(8).
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs d'entraînement (13, 10) circulent dans des sens contraires.
- Ponceuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de ponçage (8) sur deux appartient au même groupe entraîné par l'un des dispositifs d'entraînement (13, 10) et les éléments de ponçage (8) respectivement voisins sont regroupés dans l'autre groupe, de sorte que des éléments de ponçage (8) voisins tournent dans des sens contraires.
- Ponceuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de ponçage (8) comprennent des brosses.
- Ponceuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les axes (17) autour desquels tournent les éléments de ponçage (8) sont perpendiculaires au plan de travail.
- Ponceuse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement en rotation des éléments de ponçage (8) reste effectif pendant toute la circulation du dispositif de transport (1).
- Ponceuse comprenant plusieurs stations de ponçage, parmi lesquelles au moins l'une est formée avec un dispositif de ponçage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
