Claims (7)
- Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier, comprenant:un boîtier (1, 2),un levier (3) supporté de façon rotative par le boîtier,au moins une paire de contacts fixes (4, 5, 6) construits dans le boîtier,un élément d'actionnement (7) retenu de façon mobile par le boîtier et possédant une partie d'actionnement (7a) sur laquelle la force de pression du levier doit être appliquée,un contact mobile (8) retenu par l'élément d'actionnement, possédant au moins une paire de bras élastiques (8a, 8b), et des parties de contact (8a1, 8b1) respectivement formées dans les bras élastiques pour prendre en sandwich les contacts fixes, et réalisant la commutation de marche et d'arrêt lorsque les parties de contact coulissent sur les contacts fixes, etun élément de sollicitation (9) qui sollicite l'élément d'actionnement vers sa position initiale, caractérisé en ce quele contact mobile comporte une partie de connexion (8c) connectant au moins la paire de bras élastiques,dans lequel les parties de contact formées dans chacun des bras élastiques du contact mobile sont agencées de façon distributive sur les deux côtés d'une position correspondant à la partie d'actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement, etdans lequel l'élément de sollicitation est agencé sur une surface inférieure de la partie de connexion du contact mobile.
- Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier est pourvu d'une partie de guidage (1a, 1 d) agencée afin de se trouver le long de la surface de rotation du levier, l'élément d'actionnement est pourvu d'une partie guidée (7a, 7b4) guidée par la partie de guidage, et le mouvement de l'élément d'actionnement est guidé par la partie de guidage et la partie guidée.
- Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement forme la partie guidée, et la partie de guidage est composée de trous de guidage (1a) prévus dans le boîtier à partir desquels la partie d'actionnement est forcée de faire saillie.
- Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement comporte une partie de retenue (7b) raccordée à la partie d'actionnement pour retenir le contact mobile, la partie de retenue de l'élément d'actionnement est pourvue d'une paire des parties guidées, et le boîtier est pourvu d'une paire des parties de guidage qui guident les parties guidées prévues dans la partie de retenue.
- Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le contact mobile présente une forme symétrique, la partie de retenue de l'élément d'actionnement comporte une paire de parois (7b3) qui sont prévues afin de se faire face et de couvrir au moins les parties de contact du contact mobile, les parois sont formées avec les parties guidées, et les parties de guidage d'une paire sont prévues dans le boîtier tout en étant forcées de se faire face.
- Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de support (1 b) du levier est agencée à une première extrémité du boîtier, et l'élément d'actionnement est agencé à l'autre extrémité du boîtier,
dans lequel au moins les contacts fixes appariés sont formés de métal, et comportent une partie de contact de commutation (4, 5) agencée de façon plus proche de la première extrémité du boîtier et un contact commun (6) agencé de façon plus éloignée de la première extrémité du boîtier qu'une position correspondant à la partie d'actionnement de l'élément d'actionnement, et
dans lequel la partie de contact de commutation est composée d'un premier contact (4) et d'un second contact (5) qui sont agencés afin d'être séparés l'un de l'autre le long de la direction de coulissement du contact mobile sur les deux côtés d'une partie isolante (11). - Dispositif interrupteur à bouton-poussoir avec un levier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie isolante est faite de résine isolante, et la partie isolante, le premier contact, et le second contact sont agencés de sorte que la surface de la partie isolante soit alignée avec les surfaces du premier contact et du second contact.
