- the one-way valve 27 is provided on the oil-gas separation chamber 26 and installed in the one-way valve hole 28.
- the one-way valve 27 comprises the valve seat 29, the plastic ball 30 within the valve seat 29, the cylindrical pin 31 and the seal ring 32.

- a portion of the passage 33 is in a form of the inclined orifice 38, one end of which is blocked by the plug 39, the other end of which communicates with the cylinder head 9 through the hollow pin 40 and further communicates with suction tube 14 through the cylinder head communication passage 41.
- the oil-returning hole 34 is formed between the inclined orifice 38 of the passage 33 and the oil-gas separation chamber 26 so as to separate the lubricating oil and thereby prevent the lubricating oil from entering into the suction system.
- the oil-scattering needle 13 on the connecting-rod cap 12 for big-end of the connecting rod scatters the lubricating oil 35 and then the lubricating oil 35 in a form of oil mist reaches the valve operating room 5 via the crankcase 6.

- the plastic ball 30 of the one-way valve 27 is pushed out so that the scavenging gas enters into the cylinder head cover passage 33 and then into the suction tube 14 through the hollow pin 40 and the cylinder head communication passage 41 and finally into the combustion chamber 19 via an intake valve.
- the scavenging gas goes through the gas-oil separating cavity 23, the oil mist is separated from the oil gas mixture by the labyrinth-forming walls 36 and then returns to the crankcase 6 via the passage 37.
- the oil mist will be separated again and returns to the oil-gas separation chamber 26 via the oil-returning hole 34, thereby enhancing the capability of oil mist separation. Additionally, when the one-way valve 27 installed in the one-way valve hole 28 is closed, the seal ring 32 of the one-way valve 27 can reliably prevent the oil mist from entering into the cylinder head cover passage 33.
- the plastic ball 30 can move freely in the valve seat 29 and can self-return due to its gravity so as to prevent the redundant gas sucked by the suction system 20 from entering into the crankcase 6.
- the scavenging mechanism is totally arranged inside the engine with better space utilization efficiency so as not to enlarge dimensions of the engine, which can also be utilized for any four-stroke engine.

Claims (3)
- Viertaktmotor mit einem Kurbelgehäusespülungsmechanismus, mit:einem Hauptkörper (1) mit einem Gehäuse (7), einer Zylinderbuchse (8) und einem Zylinderkopf (9);einem Kurbelgehäuse (6), das aus dem Gehäuse (7) und einer Kurbelgehäuseabdeckung (2) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei im Kurbelgehäuse (6) eine Kurbelwelle (4) und Schmieröl (35) angeordnet sind;einer Ventilbetriebskammer (5), die aus dem Zylinderkopf (9) und einer Zylinderkopfabdeckung (3) zusammengesetzt ist und mit dem Kurbelgehäuse (6) kommuniziert;einem Kolben (10), der über eine Verbindungsstange (11) mit einem Kurbelzapfen der Kurbelwelle (4) verbunden ist, wobei der Zylinderkopf (9) mit einer Verbrennungskammer (19) kommuniziert;einem Ansaugsystem (20), das auf dem Zylinderkopf (9) gehalten wird und mit einem Gaseinlass (17) kommuniziert; wobeidie Zylinderkopfabdeckung (3) auf dem Zylinderkopf (9) angeordnet ist,auf der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (3) ein Gas/Öl-Trennungshohlraum (23) angeordnet ist,der Gas/Öl-Trennungshohlraum (23) über einen Kanal (37) mit der Ventilbetriebskammer (5) kommuniziert und mit einer Trennplatte (25) verbunden ist, um die Öl/Gas-Trennkammer (26) zu bilden,auf der Öl/Gas-Trennkammer (26) ein Einwegventil (27) angeordnet ist, wobei das Einwegventil (27) in einem Einwegventilloch (28) angeordnet ist, undein über dem Einwegventil (27) ausgebildeter Kanal (33) eine schräge Öffnung (38) aufweist;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Ende der schrägen Öffnung (38) durch einen Verschluss (39) blockiert ist und das andere Ende der schrägen Öffnung (38) mit dem Zylinderkopf (9) kommuniziert und ferner über einen Zylinderkopfkommunikationskanal (41) mit einem Ansaugrohr (14) kommuniziert; undein Ölrücklaufloch (34) zwischen der schrägen Öffnung (38) des Kanals (33) und der Öl/Gas-Trennkammer (26) ausgebildet ist.
- Kurbelgehäusespülungsmechanismus für den Viertaktmotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öl/Gas-Trennungshohlraum (23) ein durch drei labyrinthbildende Wände (36) gebildetes Labyrinth ist.
- Kurbelgehäusespülungsmechanismus für den Viertaktmotor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Einwegventil (27) einen Ventilsitz (29), eine Kunststoffkugel (30), einen zylindrischen Zapfen (31) und einen Dichtungsring (32) aufweist,
wobei die Kunststoffkugel (30) und der Dichtungsring im Ventilsitz (29) angeordnet sind.
