  • the scavenging gas goes through the gas-oil separating cavity 23, the oil mist is separated from the oil gas mixture by the labyrinth-forming walls 36 and then returns to the crankcase 6 via the passage 37.
  • the oil mist will be separated again and returns to the oil-gas separation chamber 26 via the oil-returning hole 34, thereby enhancing the capability of oil mist separation. Additionally, when the one-way valve 27 installed in the one-way valve hole 28 is closed, the seal ring 32 of the one-way valve 27 can reliably prevent the oil mist from entering into the cylinder head cover passage 33.
  • the plastic ball 30 can move freely in the valve seat 29 and can self-return due to its gravity so as to prevent the redundant gas sucked by the suction system 20 from entering into the crankcase 6.
  • the scavenging mechanism is totally arranged inside the engine with better space utilization efficiency so as not to enlarge dimensions of the engine, which can also be utilized for any four-stroke engine.
  • the remained gases in the crankcase can be sucked into the suction tube via a communication passage and then enter into the combustion chamber for combustion, while the lubricating oil can be prevented from entering the suction system by oil mist separation and oil-returning effect is well.

Claims (3)

  1. Viertaktmotor mit einem Kurbelgehäusespülungsmechanismus, mit:
    einem Hauptkörper (1) mit einem Gehäuse (7), einer Zylinderbuchse (8) und einem Zylinderkopf (9);
    einem Kurbelgehäuse (6), das aus dem Gehäuse (7) und einer Kurbelgehäuseabdeckung (2) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei im Kurbelgehäuse (6) eine Kurbelwelle (4) und Schmieröl (35) angeordnet sind;
    einer Ventilbetriebskammer (5), die aus dem Zylinderkopf (9) und einer Zylinderkopfabdeckung (3) zusammengesetzt ist und mit dem Kurbelgehäuse (6) kommuniziert;
    einem Kolben (10), der über eine Verbindungsstange (11) mit einem Kurbelzapfen der Kurbelwelle (4) verbunden ist, wobei der Zylinderkopf (9) mit einer Verbrennungskammer (19) kommuniziert;
    einem Ansaugsystem (20), das auf dem Zylinderkopf (9) gehalten wird und mit einem Gaseinlass (17) kommuniziert; wobei
    die Zylinderkopfabdeckung (3) auf dem Zylinderkopf (9) angeordnet ist,
    auf der Zylinderkopfabdeckung (3) ein Gas/Öl-Trennungshohlraum (23) angeordnet ist,
    der Gas/Öl-Trennungshohlraum (23) über einen Kanal (37) mit der Ventilbetriebskammer (5) kommuniziert und mit einer Trennplatte (25) verbunden ist, um die Öl/Gas-Trennkammer (26) zu bilden,
    auf der Öl/Gas-Trennkammer (26) ein Einwegventil (27) angeordnet ist, wobei das Einwegventil (27) in einem Einwegventilloch (28) angeordnet ist, und
    ein über dem Einwegventil (27) ausgebildeter Kanal (33) eine schräge Öffnung (38) aufweist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Ende der schrägen Öffnung (38) durch einen Verschluss (39) blockiert ist und das andere Ende der schrägen Öffnung (38) mit dem Zylinderkopf (9) kommuniziert und ferner über einen Zylinderkopfkommunikationskanal (41) mit einem Ansaugrohr (14) kommuniziert; und
    ein Ölrücklaufloch (34) zwischen der schrägen Öffnung (38) des Kanals (33) und der Öl/Gas-Trennkammer (26) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Kurbelgehäusespülungsmechanismus für den Viertaktmotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öl/Gas-Trennungshohlraum (23) ein durch drei labyrinthbildende Wände (36) gebildetes Labyrinth ist.
  3. Kurbelgehäusespülungsmechanismus für den Viertaktmotor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Einwegventil (27) einen Ventilsitz (29), eine Kunststoffkugel (30), einen zylindrischen Zapfen (31) und einen Dichtungsring (32) aufweist,
    wobei die Kunststoffkugel (30) und der Dichtungsring im Ventilsitz (29) angeordnet sind.
