Definitions

  • the invention relates to a weaving shank for weaving machines.
  • healds that carry healds.
  • the healds serve to guide warp threads and shed formation.
  • the healds are usually taken on two spaced apart in parallel litz carrier rails, which in turn are held on shaft rods.
  • the shaft rods are part of a rectangular frame, which is referred to as a weave. He is moved up and down in rapid succession for the purpose of specialization.
  • the horizontally disposed shaft rods in use carry the heddle rails and are usually connected at their ends by side supports. For the removal and mounting of strands, the side supports can be removed. This is usually done after the heald removed from the loom has been. For this purpose, it must be disconnected from a corresponding drive device and pulled out of its guides. However, this requires corresponding releasable couplings between the heald and the drive device.
  • the guides must be set up to release the hive as needed, so that it can be pulled out.
  • the heald frame according to the invention in the assembled state constitutes a frame of at least approximately rectangular construction.
  • the frame is subdivided into a machine-resident frame part and into at least one removable frame part, which is releasably connected to the machine-resident frame part.
  • the at least two frame parts complement each other to form a complete rectangular frame.
  • the machine resident Frame part is preferably adapted to remain permanently on this after its installation on the loom.
  • the removable frame part can be solved by the machine-resident frame part and removed from the loom.
  • This concept makes it possible to connect the drive device to the machine-resident frame part and to dispense with detachable coupling means arranged therebetween.
  • the drive and connecting means can be optimized in terms of their power transmission and their weight.
  • this concept according to the invention makes it possible to mount or guide the machine-resident frame part in a guide which is optimized for this task, without having to consider whether or not the guide elements of the guide are to be separated from one another.
  • the machine-resident frame part thus comprises all those frame parts that are connected to the drive device and with the guide device or are in direct relationship.
  • At least one guide means or guide means is associated with the machine-resident frame part, which allows a shedding movement.
  • the at least one removable frame part is preferably the one frame part which is not directly related to either the drive means or the guide means.
  • the machine-resident frame part is formed by a shaft rod and two side supports.
  • the two side supports are rigid with the Connected shaft rod. Between the side supports and the shaft rod of the machine-resident frame part, a right angle is preferably included.
  • the two side supports can be oriented parallel to one another.
  • the side supports like the shaft rod connecting them, can be designed in a stiff lightweight construction. Unlike conventional designs, where the side supports were preferably hinged to the shaft bar, the side support, its connection to the shaft bar, and the shaft bar itself can now be optimized for stiffness. Cost aspects can take a back seat because, unlike conventional heald frames, the machine-resident frame part only exists once and does not need to be stored multiple times.
  • the arrangement according to the invention it is possible with the arrangement according to the invention to guide the heald laterally precise and store.
  • the storage can be performed very low backlash.
  • the storage can be provided with a continuous relubrication.
  • the heald is driven much quieter and vibration. This opens up the possibility of significantly increasing the weaving speed, without having to expect premature wear and damage.
  • the acceleration of the operating speed of the loom is also made possible by the fact that the rigid side supports of the machine-resident frame part are rigidly connected to the shaft rod of the machine-resident frame part, wherein the corner joint also has a high rigidity. Even if the connection of the detachable frame part then takes place via less rigid connection means, the overall rectangular weaving shank is stiff at two of its corners, which strongly counteracts a deflection in the vertical direction.
  • the removable frame part preferably consists of a shaft rod, which complements the machine-resident, preferably U-shaped frame part to form a closed rectangle frame.
  • two heddle rails are preferably connected so far that a common transport to the weaving machine and away from it is easily possible.
  • At least one of the Litzentragschienen is preferably firmly connected to the shaft rod.
  • the other Litzentragschiene may be connected to the first Litzentragschiene and the shaft rod, for example via the healds.
  • the second heddle support rail can be connected by at least one corresponding holder, such as tabs, drawstrings or the like.
  • the second heddle support rail is preferably detachably connected to the machine-resident frame member.
  • the second heddle support rail is screwed to the machine-resident frame part, in particular to its shaft rod.
  • connecting or coupling means for example hooks, tabs or the like.
  • FIG. 1 a heald 1 is illustrated, which serves for shedding in a weaving machine.
  • the heald 1 is for this purpose driven in a vertically up and down walking movement in FIG. 1 is symbolized by an arrow 2.
  • a drive device 3 is provided, which gives the weaving 1 this movement.
  • a linkage which may include two or more angle levers 4, 5, which are pivotally mounted about stationary axes of rotation 6, 7. While in use preferably downwardly facing ends of these angle levers 4, 5 can be connected via a connecting rod 8 with each other and a tab 9 with a shedding machine, in use preferably approximately horizontally oriented arms of the angle lever 4, 5 via connecting straps 10, 11th connected to the weave 1.
  • joints 12, 13 are preferably connected at their respective lower end pivotally connected to the angle levers 4, 5 and connected at its upper end via joints 12, 13 to the heald 1.
  • the joints 12, 13 may be designed as low-backlash, permanently lubricated joints, for example with sliding or rolling bearings. In addition, they can be integrated in a lubrication circuit. Between the angle lever 4, 5 and the heald 1 a releasable coupling agent is neither required nor provided.
  • the weave 1 is as in FIG. 1 is indicated by the exploded view, divided into a machine-resident frame part 14 and a removable frame part 15.
  • the machine-resident frame part 14 is intended to remain in the weaving machine during the strand change. This does not rule out that it can be removed from the weaving machine in principle, the scope of the required assembly work is of minor importance. In normal strand or Kettfadenic it is intended to remain in the weaving machine.
  • the machine-resident frame member 14, in the preferred embodiment, includes a substantially straight portion, preferably horizontally extending in use, which may be considered a lower shaft rod 16. It consists for example of a hollow profile, for example an extruded aluminum hollow profile, a fiber-reinforced plastic hollow profile or other support structure, which is resistant to bending, in particular with respect to forces in the direction of the arrow 2.
  • the lower shaft rod 16 may be a lightweight construction with high flexural rigidity.
  • the shaft rod 16 is connected to side supports 19, 20, which preferably enclose an angle of 90 ° with the shaft rod 16.
  • the side supports 19, 20 are thereby oriented parallel to each other and form with the shaft rod 16 a flat "U".
  • the side supports 19, 20 may have substantially the same cross section as the lower shaft rod 16. They may also consist of a lightweight profile and be particularly resistant to bending. In addition, they are preferably rigidly connected to the shaft rod 16 at the ends 17, 18. The connection can be made by subsequent connection of the side supports 19, 20 with the shaft rod 16 by welding, gluing, screws, rivets or other connection means. In such a case, the side supports 19, 20 and the shaft bar 16 are separate separate parts.
  • the connection of the side supports 19, 20 with the shaft rod 16 may alternatively be given by the side supports 19, 20 and the shaft rod 16 are made as a common one-piece component, for example, fiber-reinforced plastic with or without hollow chambers, reinforcing inserts or the like. As far as hollow chambers are present in the parts used, they can for the purpose of noise reduction be filled with sound-absorbing agents, such as a foam.
  • the side supports 19, 20 are associated with linear guides 21, 22, to which in FIG. 1 only symbolically indicated guide elements 23, 24 belong. These may be sliding guides, rolling element guides or the like, which interact with the side supports 19, 20 directly or with, for example, metal raceways formed on the side supports 19, 20.
  • the guide elements 23, 24 may be in communication with a lubricating device that continuously supplies lubricant to corresponding bearing surfaces.
  • the corresponding bearings can be made extremely low backlash due to the rigidity of the machine-resident frame member 14.
  • one of the guide elements 23, 24 stationary and the other guide member relative to the longitudinal direction of the lower shaft rod 16 to store movable, floating or damping. In this case, the linear guides can be formed almost free of play and guarantee a very smooth running of the heald 1.
  • the removable frame member 15 is formed for example by an upper shaft rod 25, which in turn may be formed as already the lower shaft rod 16 as a lightweight profile. It may have the same cross section as the lower shaft rod 16 or a different cross section. It may be formed in the same type as the lower shaft rod 16 or in another type.
  • the removable frame part 15 is preferably detachably connected to the machine-resident frame part 14.
  • the shaft rod 25 can be screwed to the side supports 19, 20.
  • corresponding portions of the underside of the shaft rod 25 and end surfaces 26, 27 of the side supports 19, 20 form a corresponding interface.
  • connection fastening bolts 28, 29 are used, which preferably pass through the upper shaft rod 25 vertically and find in threaded holes, which are provided in the side supports 19, 20.
  • the connection between the removable frame member 15 and the machine-resident frame member 14 may also be formed by other releasable connection means, such as tabs with detents.
  • the upper shaft rod 25 carries a first (upper) Litzentragschiene 30, on which several in FIG. 1 only sporadically indicated healds 31 sit.
  • the healds 31 are held with their end loops along the heddle support rail 30 on this.
  • the heddle support rail 30 is connected to the shaft rod 25 via suitable connecting means, such as tabs 32.
  • the connection can be permanent, ie insoluble.
  • connection tabs 34 may be provided, each of which one or more connecting bolts 35 are assigned.
  • the connecting tabs 34 are detachably connected to the lower shaft rod 16.
  • the lower Litzentragschiene 33 with the lower shaft rod 16 is detachably connected.
  • other connecting means e.g. screwless connections, plug connections possible.
  • the strand change is as follows:
  • the removable frame member 15 and the machine-resident frame member 14 are connected to form a rigid rectangular frame.
  • the heald 1 is moved up and down.
  • the heald 1 is moved into a change position. This is, for example, an upper reversal position. In this, the fastening screws 28, 29, 35 are released. Now, the removable frame member 15 can be removed from the loom. If it is lifted upwards, the healds 31 held on its heddle support rail 30 carry along the lower heddle support rail 33. The entire unit can be removed from the loom and transferred, for example, to a Fadeneinziehmaschine.
  • heddle support rail 33 was held in the embodiment described above only by the healds 31 on the removable frame part 15, in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 additional holders 36, 37 are provided. These begin, for example, at the ends of the Litzentragschiene 33 or at one or more of their connecting tabs 34.
  • the holders 36, 37 may be narrow flexible sheet metal strips, steel wires, steel cables or the like. You can be connected to the heddle support rail 33 and / or the shaft rod 25 fixed or detachable with or without play. In individual cases, even a single holder, for example, on the heald bar 33 may be enough to engage in the center.
  • FIG. 3 Another modified embodiment of the invention is illustrated FIG. 3 , Again, reference is made to the above description based on the introduced reference numerals.
  • the weave 1b after FIG. 3 has at least one intermediate or central support 38, which is arranged parallel to the side supports 19, 20. It is preferably detachable with the removable frame part 15 and preferably firmly connected to the machine-resident frame part 14.
  • the holders 36, 37 may be present or omitted.
  • FIG. 4 Another modification shows FIG. 4 ,
  • the descriptions for heald frames 1, 1a or 1b apply FIG. 1 . 2 or 3 corresponding.
  • the weave 1c after FIG. 4 is modified insofar as the upper shaft rod 25 is not placed on the end faces 26, 27 of the side supports 19, 20 but is inserted between the side supports 19, 20.
  • the connection between the upper shaft rod 25 and the side supports 19, 20 may be rigid or articulated.
  • the lower shaft rod 16 is in turn rigidly connected to the side supports 19, 20.
  • the rigidity of the connection between the side supports 19, 20 and the lower shaft rod 16 ensures the overall rigidity of the entire heald 1c.
  • the loom 1 for weaving machines according to the invention is subdivided into a machine-resident frame part 14 and a removable frame part 15. While the removable frame member 15 carries a Litzentragschiene 30, which is not to be solved for changing strands, it is associated with a further Litzentragschiene 33, which is releasably held on the lower shaft rod 16.
  • the upper shaft rod 25 forms together with the two Litzentragschienen 30, 33 a removable frame part 15.
  • the lower shaft rod 16 forms with side supports 19, 20 a machine-resident frame part. Preferably, the side supports 19, 20 and the lower shaft rod 16 are rigidly connected.
