Claims (14)
- Brandschutzvorrichtung (5) für ein Kabel (1) oder dergleichen für einen Ingenieursbau oder ein Bauwerk, von dem Typ mit einer Matte aus wärmedämmendem Material, die um das Kabel oder dergleichen gewickelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie folgendes aufweist:- mindestens eine innere Matte (6), die um das Kabel gewickelt werden kann;- Einrichtungen (8), um die innere Matte um das Kabel zu halten; und- eine äußere Matte (9), die mit einer Überdeckungszone (10) zwischen den beiden Längsrändern der äußeren Matte um die innere Matte (6) gewickelt werden kann, wobei diese Überdeckungszone durch Verkleben mit einer Schicht aus hitzebeständigem Kleber (11) befestigt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie ferner eine Reihe von Stahlbändern (12) aufweist, die äußere Umreifungen der Vorrichtung (5) bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die innere Matte (6) Kante an Kante gewickelt werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie ferner eine dichte äußere Schale (14) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die äußere Schale (14) aus Schalensektoren (14A, 14B) besteht, die in dichter Weise montiert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schalensektoren entlang ihrer äußeren Mantellinien Rasteinrichtungen (15, 16) sowie Abdichteinrichtungen (17) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Einrichtungen zum Halten der inneren Matte Klebebänder (8) aus hitzebeständigem Material aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Einrichtungen zum Halten der inneren Matte (6) Stahlbänder aufweisen, die Umreifungen bilden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede Matte (6, 9) aus aufeinanderfolgenden Teilstücken besteht, wobei die Fugen (13A) zwischen den Teilstücken der äußeren Matte (9) bezogen auf die Fugen (13B) der Teilstücke der inneren Matte (6) in Längsrichtung versetzt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die mittlere Mantellinie der Überdeckungszone (10) der äußeren Matte (9) bezogen auf den Verschlussbereich (7) der inneren Matte (6) unter einem Winkel versetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede Matte (6, 9) eine mikroporöse Struktur auf der Basis von Silicapartikeln, Metalloxiden und Glasfasern aufweist, wobei die Struktur in einer Hülle aus abgenähtem Glasgewebe angeordnet ist. - Ingenieursbau oder Bauwerk von dem Typ, der einen mit Kabeln versehenen Aufbau aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass mindestens ein Kabel oder dergleichen des mit Kabeln versehenen Aufbaus mit einer Brandschutzvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 versehen ist. - Brücke von dem Typ mit einer Fahrbahntafel, Pylonen (19) und einer Anordnung von Kabeln (1) oder dergleichen zum Aufhängen der Fahrbahntafel an den Pylonen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass mindestens ein Kabel (1) oder dergleichen mit einer Brandschutzvorrichtung (5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 versehen ist. - Brücke nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der dem Kabel (1) zugeordnete Pylon (19) in seinem oberen Bereich ein Rohr (18) zum Umlenken des Kabels aufweist, sowie dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schutzvorrichtung (5) sich bis über das Umlenkrohr erstreckt.
