Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (8) zur Abdeckung eines Gebäudeelements (1), die enthält:
    - eine Abdeckung (9), die auf eine obere Fläche (3) des Gebäudeelements (1) aufgebracht wird und zwei übereinander angeordnete Harzschichten (10, 11) und zwischen sie eingefügt ein Vlies (12) enthält,
    - eine Schürze (14), die eine Seitenfläche (5) des Gebäudeelements (1) in der Verlängerung der Abdeckung bedeckt, wobei die Schürze (14) mit der Abdeckung (9) einen Winkel bildet und am Vlies (12) befestigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (8) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Vlies (12) ein Polyestergewebe ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (8) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Vlies (12) ein Metallgitter ist.
  4. Vorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Schürze (14) durch Falten eines freien Abschnitts (13) des Vlieses (12) zusammen mit einem oberen Rand (16) der Schürze (14) am Vlies (12) befestigt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Schürze (14) mittels eines Klebstoffs am Vlies (12) befestigt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei ein unterer Rand (17) der Schürze (14) als Führung für den Abfluss des Wassers geformt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, die eine die Abdeckung (9) und die Schürze (14) überlappende Harzschicht enthält.
  8. Verfahren zur Überdeckung eines Gebäudeelements (1) mittels einer Vorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, das die folgenden Arbeitsgänge enthält:
    - Befestigung eines Vlieses (12) an einer Schürze (14);
    - Aufbringen einer ersten Harzschicht (10) auf eine obere Fläche (3) des Gebäudeelements;
    - Aufbringen des Vlieses (12) auf die erste Harzschicht (10) und Befestigung der Schürze (14) an einer Seitenfläche (5) des Gebäudeelements (1);
    - Aufbringen einer zweiten Harzschicht (11) auf das Vlies (12).
  9. Überdeckungsverfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Schürze (14) an die Seitenfläche geklebt wird.
  10. Kaminabdeckung, die eine obere Fläche (3) aufweist, die von einer eine Seitenfläche (5) formenden Randleiste (4) verlängert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Abdeckungsvorrichtung (8) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgestattet ist.
