Claims (19)

  1.     - et que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') fonctionne en mode de nettoyage de la surface du rouleau compresseur (3, 3') pendant la rotation du rouleau compresseur (3, 3') et/ou
    - qu'au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est approché au niveau d'un guide d'une bande de film de transfert (5, 5') dans une zone située dans le sens de circulation en amont et/ou en aval de l'interstice de transfert (6, 6') vers le film de transfert (5, 5' )
    - et que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') fonctionne pendant le transport de la bande de film de transfert (5) en mode de nettoyage de la surface ou des surfaces et/ou des bords de la bande de film de transfert (5, 5')
    le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R'), pendant une opération de revêtement de feuilles d'impression, étant, par application d'un film de revêtement d'un film support (5, 5'), amené, dans un interstice de transfert (6, 6'), en mode de nettoyage de la surface, en liaison avec le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') limitant l'interstice de transfert (6, 6') et/ou, en mode de nettoyage de la surface, avec la bande de film de transfert (5, 5') ou
    le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') étant, à l'arrêt d'une opération de revêtement de feuilles d'impression, approché, pour l'application d'un film de revêtement, par un film support (5, 5') dans un interstice de transfert (6, 6'), vers le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') limitant l'interstice de transfert (6, 6'),
    l'interstice de transfert (6, 6') étant mis hors pression et le film de transfert (5, 5') étant soulevé pendant l'opération de nettoyage par le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') de manière à ce que le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') puisse tourner être touché par le film de transfert (5, 5').
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait à l'aide d'une brosse.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait à l'aide d'une lavette.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait à l'aide d'un dispositif de pulvérisation et d'aspiration de détergents.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait en ajoutant des produits de lavage.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait en aspirant les impuretés.

Dispositif de transfert de couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes d'un film de transfert (5, 5') sur des feuilles d'impression, comportant au moins une unité d'application (1) pour un revêtement graphique ou surfacique de feuilles d'impression par une colle et au moins une unité de revêtement (2) pour le transfert de couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes du film support (5, 5') sur les feuilles d'impression, dans lequel chaque unité de revêtement (2) présente un interstice de transfert (6, 6') dans lequel le film de transfert (5, 5') est posé, au moins de manière à être tangent à un rouleau compresseur (3) et par sa face revêtue, sur la feuille d'impression et conduit sous pression de manière à ce que les couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes soient transférées depuis le film support (5, 5') sur les feuilles d'impression en y adhérant au niveau des zones pourvues de colle,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    dans une machine d'impression de l'unité de revêtement (2), au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (R, R'), au niveau d'une des positions exemptes de film de transfert (5, 5') dans le sens de rotation en amont ou en aval de l'interstice de transfert (6, 6') vers le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') et/ou d'un guide de la bande de film de transfert (5, 5') au niveau d'un guide de la bande de film du film de transfert (5, 5') dans le sens de circulation en amont et/ou en aval de l'interstice de transfert (6, 6'), est associé à un rouleau compresseur (3, 3') et peut être mis en liaison fonctionnelle avec le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') et/ou le film de transfert (5, 5').
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est un dispositif de lavage à la brosse qui peut facultativement être associé à un dispositif d'aspiration.
