Claims (19)

  1. Procédé de transfert de couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes d'un film de transfert (5, 5') depuis un film support sur des feuilles d'impression dans une machine de traitement de feuilles, en particulier une machine d'impression rotative de feuilles, comportant au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour un revêtement graphique ou superficiel d'une feuille d'impression avec une colle, et au moins un groupe de revêtement (2) pour le transfert de couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes depuis le film support sur la feuille d'impression, un intervalle de transfert (6) étant constitué dans un groupe de revêtement (2) et le film support étant posé le long de la surface d'un rouleau compresseur (3, 3') et posé par sa face revêtue sur une feuille d'impression et pouvant être guidé sous pression en commun avec celle-ci à travers l'intervalle de transfert (6, 6'), de sorte que les couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes soient transférées de manière à adhérer dans des zones pourvues de colle du film support sur les feuilles d'impression,
    caractérisé en ce
    - qu'au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est approché une position exempte de film de transfert (5, 5') dans le sens de rotation en amont ou en aval de l'intervalle de transfert (6, 6') vers le rouleau compresseur (3, 3'),
    - et que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R'), pendant la rotation du rouleau compresseur (3, 3'), fonctionne dans un mode nettoyant la surface du rouleau compresseur (3, 3')
    et/ou
    - qu'au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est approché au niveau d'un guide d'une bande de film du film de transfert (5, 5') dans une zone située dans le sens de circulation en amont et/ou en aval de l'intervalle de transfert (6, 6') vers le film de transfert (5, 5')
    - et que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R'), pendant le transport de la bande de film du film de transfert (5), fonctionne dans un mode nettoyant la surface ou les surfaces et/ou les zones périphériques de la bande de film du film de transfert (5, 5'),
    le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') étant amené, pendant une opération de revêtement de feuilles d'impression par application d'un revêtement en film d'un film support (5, 5') dans un intervalle de transfert (6, 6'), dans un mode nettoyant la surface, en liaison avec le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') limitant l'intervalle de transfert (6, 6') et/ou, dans un mode nettoyant la surface, avec la bande de film du film de transfert (5, 5').
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait à l'aide d'une brosse.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait à l'aide d'une lavette.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait à l'aide d'un dispositif de pulvérisation et d'aspiration de détergents.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait en ajoutant des produits de lavage.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait en aspirant les impuretés.
  7. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait cycliquement lorsque les unités d'impression directement voisines de l'unité de revêtement (2) ou du module d'application de film (FA) sont également nettoyées.
  8. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le nettoyage se fait cycliquement lorsque des cycles de consommation ou chronologiques prescriptibles en fonction du processus de revêtement des feuilles sont suivis.

Dispositif de transfert de couches génératrices d'images ou couvrantes d'un film de transfert (5, 5') depuis un film de transfert sur des feuilles d'impression, comportant au moins un groupe d'application (1) pour le revêtement graphique ou superficiel de feuilles d'impression avec une colle, et au moins un groupe de revêtement (2) pour le transfert de couches génératrices d'images et/ou couvrantes du film de transfert (5, 5') sur les feuilles d'impression, chaque groupe de revêtement (2) présentant un intervalle de transfert (6, 6') dans lequel le film de transfert (5, 5'), au moins tangentiellement à un rouleau compresseur (3), est posé par sa face revêtue sur la feuille d'impression en étant guidé sous pression, de sorte que la couche génératrice d'images ou couvrante est transférée au niveau des zones pourvues de colle de manière à adhérer sur la feuille d'impression depuis le film de transfert (5, 5') sur les feuilles d'impression,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    dans une machine d'impression, dans le groupe de revêtement (2), au moins un dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est associé à un rouleau compresseur (3, 3') au niveau d'une position exempte de film de transfert (5, 5') dans le sens de rotation en amont ou en aval de l'intervalle de transfert (6, 6') vers le rouleau compresseur (3, 3')
    et/ou à un guide de la bande de film du film de transfert (5, 5') au niveau d'un guide de la bande de film du film de transfert (5, 5') dans le sens de circulation en amont et/ou en aval de l'intervalle de transfert (6, 6')
    et peut être mis en liaison fonctionnelle avec le rouleau compresseur (3, 3') et avec le film de transfert (5, 5') ou avec le film de transfert (5, 5').
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est un dispositif de lavage à la brosse qui peut facultativement être associé à un dispositif d'aspiration.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de nettoyage (R, R') est un dispositif de lavage à lavette.

  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la commande est prévue de manière à ce que le nettoyage ait lieu cycliquement en fonction de cycles de consommation ou chronologiques prescriptibles selon le processus de revêtement par du film.
