Applikationsvorrichtung zur Anwendung eines kosmetischen Präparats
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Applikationsvorrichtung zur Anwendung eines kosmetischen Präparats, beispielsweise eines Haarbehandlungspräparats oder eines anderen Körperpflegepräparats. Derartige Applikationsvorrichtungen eignen sich für das Aufbringen auf einen zugehörigen Behälter, der das kosmetische Präparat enthält.
Die DE 199 22 092 A1 beschreibt eine gattungsgemäße Applikationsvorrichtung zum Färben von Strähnchen, die in Verbindung mit einem zugehörigen Behälter, welcher das Haarfärbemittel enthält, angewendet wird. Im Einzelnen weist die Applikationsvorrichtung eine Kappe auf, an der mindestens eine Produktführung mit einer zugehörigen Austrittsöffnung für das Haarfärbemittel angeformt ist. Benachbart zu den Produktführungen sind Führungszinken vorgesehen, die eine verbesserte Anwendung sowie eine genauere Dosierung des Haarfärbemittels ermöglichen sollen. Vor allem kann durch die Applikationsvorrichtung sowohl ein breitflächiges Einfärben der Haare als auch ein Färben einer besonders schmalen Haarsträhne erreicht werden. Eine derartige Applikationsvorrichtung ist jedoch auf eine kämmende Anwendung beschränkt uns somit vor allem für die Verwendung bei langen Haaren geeignet.
Angesichts dessen besteht die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung in der Gestaltung einer Applikationsvorrichtung für ein kosmetisches Präparat, die eine vielseitige Anwendung ermöglicht und darüber hinaus eine verbesserte Einwirkung des Präparats gewährleistet.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine Applikationsvorrichtung zur Anwendung eines kosmetischen Präparats, insbesondere eines Haarbehandlungspräparats, gemäß Patentanspruch 1. Ein solche Applikationsvorrichtung ist zum Aufbringen auf die Öffnung wenigstens eines Behälters gedacht, der wiederum zumindest ein Präparat aufnimmt. Damit ist die Applikationsvorrichtung grundsätzlich sowohl für Ein- als auch für Mehrkammerbehälter geeignet und erlaubt außerdem auch die Anwendung von Mischungen aus mehreren Präparaten. Die Präparate weisen dabei hauptsächlich fließfähige Eigenschaften auf. Alternativ ist mittels der Applikationsvorrichtung aber auch die Anwendung pulverförmiger bzw. streufähiger Präparate denkbar. Eine besonders vorteilhafte Verwendung der Applikationsvorrichtung ergibt sich bei der Anwendung von Haarbehandlungspräparaten, z. B. Haarfärbe-, Dauerwell- oder sonstigen Haarpflegepräparaten. Im Einzelnen besitzt die Applikationsvorrichtung einen kappenartigen Applikationskopf, der mit dem zugehörigen Behälter verbunden ist. Zur verbesserten Präparateinwirkung ist am Applikationskopf eine Wirkfläche vorgesehen, an der mehrere Düsen mit Austrittsöffnungen für das kosmetische Präparat gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind. Diese Gestaltung ermöglicht einen gleichmäßigen sowie großflächigen Auftrag des Präparats. Ein besonders guter Präparatauftrag ergibt sich bei einer Anzahl von 2-100, vorzugsweise 15-25, Düsen, welche auf der Wirkfläche angeordnet sind.
Zudem erweist es sich für einen kontrollierten sowie fein dosierbaren Präparatauftrag als sinnvoll, wenn der Durchmesser jeder Applikationsöffnung maximal 1mm beträgt. Dieser Effekt wird noch dadurch verstärkt, dass jede Düse einen konisch zur Applikationsöffnung zulaufenden Applikationskanal bildet. Die feinen Applikationskanäle mit den entsprechenden Applikationsöffnungen verhindern somit eine Überdosierung des Präparats. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit die Kanalabmessungen und/oder den Durchmesser der Applikationsöffnungen an die Viskosität bzw. die sonstigen Eigenschaften des Präparats anzupassen, um je nach Anwendungsfall stets die gewünschte Präparatdosierung einzustellen.
Eine verbesserte Präparateinwirkung wird durch eine Variante der Applikationsvorrichtung erreicht, bei der die Düsen aus einem weichen bzw. elastischen Material bestehen, das eine Shore-Härte von 20-100 Sh, vorzugsweise ungefähr 60 Sh aufweist. Das weiche bzw. elastische Düsenmaterial vermittelt bei der kosmetischen Anwendung ein angenehmes Gefühl und erleichtert ein einmassieren des Präparats in der Anwendungszone. Am Beispiel einer Haarbehandlung gestatten die weichen Düsen das Einwirken des Haarbehandlungspräparats, etwa eines Haarfärbepräparats, auf die betreffende Haarzone. Insbesondere wird durch entsprechende Massierbewegungen des Applikationskopfes der Auftrag sowie Einwirkung des Haarfärbemittels vor allem bei kurzem Haar verbessert.
Eine weitere sinnvolle Ausführung der Applikationsvorrichtung ergibt sich dadurch, dass der Applikationskopf und die Düsen aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen. Damit können die beiden Komponenten zielgerichtet hinsichtlich ihrer gewünschten Materialeigenschaft ausgelegt werden und unterschiedliche Materialien flexibel miteinander kombiniert werden. So bietet es sich an, die Düsen z. B. aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer TPE, d. h einem weichen Material, zu fertigen, während der der übrige Applikationskopf aus einem widerstandsfähigeren Kunststoff, z. B. Polypropylen PP oder Polyethylen PE, besteht. Selbstverständlich sind auch andere geeignete Materialkombinationen denkbar. Gemäß einer weiterentwickelten Variante sind die Düsen an einem Einsatz angeformt, der am Applikationskopf befestigt ist. Der Einsatz mit den Düsen bildet dabei ein eigenes Bauteil, das sowohl über Montage als auch durch Produktion in einem Mehrkomponenten- Spritzverfahren (Bi-Injection) umgesetzt werden kann. Gegenüber einzelnen Düsenelementen ist eine solcher Düseneinsatz einfacher handhabbar.
Eine weitere Alternative der Applikationsvorrichtung sieht vor, dass die Düsen gegenüber der Wirkfläche vorstehen, wobei die Düsenlänge größer als die Düsenbreite bzw. der Düsendurchmesser ist. Zwischen der Wirkfläche und den Düsenspitzen entsteht somit ein Einwirkraum der mit unterstützenden Bewegungen des Applikationskopfes das rasche Einwirken des Präparats erleichtert. Zur zusätzlichen Förderung einer gleichmäßigen Einwirkung des kosmetischen Präparats sind am Applikationskopf mehrere Vorsprünge angeordnet. Diese Vorsprünge sind vorzugsweise an ihrem Ende jeweils abgerundet und sind maximal so lang wie die Düsen. Dies schafft zwischen der Wirkfläche und den Enden der Vorsprünge einen definierten Einwirkraum für eine genau dosierte Präparateinwirkung. Ein günstige Präparateinwirkung innerhalb der Anwendungszone wird ferner dadurch erreicht, dass die Vorsprünge die Düsen umgeben. Vor allem bei Verwendung des Applikationskopfes in Verbindung mit Haarbehandlungspräparaten entfalten die derart angeordneten Vorsprünge eine kämmenden und damit das Haar entwirrenden Wirkung.
Grundsätzlich lässt sich die erfindungsgemäße Applikationsvorrichtung sowohl für Haarbehandlungspräparate als auch für sonstige kosmetische Präparate, z. b. Haut- und Körperpflegemittel, verwenden. Dabei erleichtert die Applikationsvorrichtung vor allem die Einwirkung des jeweiligen Präparats auf die betreffende Anwendungszone.
Weitere Details der Erfindung ergeben sich auch aus dem in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel, das im Folgenden näher erläutert wird.
Dabei zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Applikationsvorrichtung mit einem zugehörigen Behälter zur Anwendung eines Haarbehandlungspräparats, insbesondere eines Haarfärbemittels in perspektivischer Teilansicht;
Fig. 2 die Applikationsvorrichtung aus Figur 1 in Draufsicht;
Fig. 3 die Applikationsvorrichtung aus den vorangegangenen Figuren in einer Schnittansicht entlang der Linie Ill-Ill aus Figur 2.
Die Figuren verdeutlichen eine Applikationsvorrichtung 1 zur Anwendung eines Haarbehandlungspräparats, insbesondere eines Haarfärbemittels. Eine derartige Applikationsvorrichtung 1 ist vorgesehen zum Aufbringen auf eine Öffnung 2 eines zugehörigen Behälters 3, der das Haarbehandlungspräparat enthält. Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Figuren ist die Applikationsvorrichtung 1 an einem Hals 4 des flaschenförmigen Behälters 3 verschraubt, eingerastet oder verklemmt. Selbstverständlich sind aber auch andere Befestigungsvarianten denkbar.
Die eigentliche Applikationsvorrichtung 1 umfasst einen Applikationskopf 5 mit einer Wirkfläche 6, an der mehrere Düsen 7 jeweils mit einer Austrittsöffnung 8 für das Haarfärbemittel ausgebildet sind. Dabei sind die Düsen 7 gleichmäßig über die Wirkfläche 6 verteilt und ermöglichen damit einen großflächigen Auftrag des Haarfärbemittels. Die Düsenanzahl bewegt sich zwischen 2-100, vorzugsweise zwischen 15- 25. Jede einzelne Düse 7 begrenzt einen innenliegenden, konisch zulaufenden Applikationskanal 9, der mit der Austrittsöffnung 8 abschließt. In diesem Zusammenhang erweist es sich für die Anwendung des Haarfärbemittels als äußerst hilfreich, wenn der Durchmesser d der Austrittsöffnung 8 maximal 1 mm beträgt. In Verbindung mit dem konischen Verlauf des Applikationskanals 9 erlaubt dies die exakte Dosierbarkeit des Haarfärbemittels während der Anwendung. Der kleine Durchmesser d der Austrittsöffnung 8 verhindert vor allem eine Überdosierung des Haarfärbemittels während der Anwendung. Grundsätzlich kann die Gestaltung sowohl des Applikationskanals 9 als auch des Durchmessers d der Austrittsöffnung 8 an die Viskosität des Haarfärbemittels angepasst werden. Zur Verbesserung der Einwirkung des Haarfärbemittels stehen die Düsen 7 gegenüber der Wirkfläche 6 hervor, wobei die Düsenlänge L größer als die Düsenbreite bzw. der Düsendurchmesser D ist. Jede der Düsen 7 ist entweder unmittelbar an den Applikationskopf 5 angeformt oder an diesem befestigt. Vor allem bei zweiteiliger Ausführung können die Düsen 7 sowohl einzeln als auch als Verbund 10 von mehreren Düsen 7 am Applikationskopf befestigt sein. Ein solcher Verbund kann wie in den Figuren verdeutlicht beispielsweise als Einsatz 10 ausgebildet sein, an den einteilig mehrere Düsen 7 angeformt sind. Dies eröffnet den Vorteil, der separaten konstruktiven Auslegung sowie Herstellung des Applikationskopfes 5 und des Einsatzes 10. Dabei ist der Einsatz 10 mit den Düsen 7 vorzugsweise lösbar am Applikationskopf 5 befestigt.
Die Düsen 7 bzw. der Einsatz 10 sind gemäß eine vorteilhaften Variante der Applikationsvorrichtung 1 aus einem weichen bzw. elastisch nachgiebigen Material ausgebildet, das eine Shore-Härte von 20-100 Sh, vorzugsweise von ungefähr 60 Sh, aufweist. Insbesondere sind die Düsen 7 bzw. der Einsatz 10 aus einem weicheren Material gefertigt als der übrige Applikationskopf 5. Beispielsweise bestehen die Düsen 7 bzw. der Einsatz 10 aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer TPE während der Applikationskopf 5 aus einem Polypropylen PP oder einem Polyethylen PE besteht. Die Düsen 7 aus weichem Material vermitteln bei der Anwendung der Applikationsvorrichtung 1 aufgrund ihrer Nachgiebigkeit ein angenehmes Gefühl. Dies bezieht sich unter anderem auf die Anwendung von Haarfärbemitteln und hierbei besonders auf die Haarfärbung bei kurzen Haaren. Speziell bei der Färbung von kurzen Haaren ist das Körpergefühl, das die Applikationsvorrichtung 1 bei der Berührung mit der Kopfhaut verursacht, wichtig für die Kundenakzeptanz. Die weichen Düsen 7 verbessern zudem die Einwirkung des Haarfärbemittels auf das Haar, da der Ein- wirkprozess des Haarfärbemittels vorteilhaft durch Massierbewegungen des Applikationskopfes 5 unterstützt werden kann. Dies erhöht die Färbewirkung sowohl bei kurzen wie bei langen Haaren.
Eine zusätzliche Verbesserung der Einwirkung des Haarfärbemittels wird durch mehrere abgerundete Vorsprünge 11 erreicht, die am Applikationskopf 5 vorzugsweise einteilig angeformt sind und die Düsen 7 umgeben. Dabei sind die Vorsprünge 11 maximal so lang wie die Düsen 7, so dass sie gegenüber diesen bezogen auf die Wirkfläche 6 auf gleicher Höhe liegen oder zurückversetzt sind. Das Ende eines jeden Vorsprungs 11 weist eine abgerundete Gestaltung 12 auf, was dem Nutzer während der Anwendung der Applikationsvorrichtung 1 zusätzlich ein angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt. Im Einzelnen erfüllen die Vorsprünge mehrere Funktionen. Zum ersten sorgen sie wegen der Nachgiebigkeit der Düsen 7 in Form von Abstandshaltern für einen definierten Abstand zwischen der Wirkfläche 6 und der Anwendungszone des Haarfärbemittels. Vor allem bei kurzen Haaren wir somit der Abstand zwischen Wirkfläche 6 und der Kopfhaut eingestellt, so dass während der Anwendung ein definierter Austritt des Haarfärbemittels aus den Düsen 7 erfolgen kann. Weiterhin haben die Vorsprünge 11 während der Anwendung der Applikationsvorrichtung 1 , insbesondere der Bewegung des Applikationskopfes 5 über die Anwendungszone, eine kämmende sowie das Haar entwirrende Wirkung. Die angegebenen Funktionen fördern somit die Einwirkung des Haarfärbemittels und verbessern somit das Färbungsergebnis.
Die erfindungsgemäße Applikationsvorrichtung 1 ist anhand der Figuren beispielhaft für Haarfärbemittel verdeutlicht. Selbstverständlich lässt sich eine gattungsgemäße Applikationsvorrichtung 1 auch für jedes andere geeignete kosmetische Präparat verwenden. Dies gilt sowohl für fließfähige als auch entsprechend für pulverförmige bzw. streufähige Präparate. Demzufolge ist ein Einsatz einer derartigen Applikationsvorrichtung 1 insbesondere bei anderen Haarbehandlungspräparaten, wie etwa Dauerwellpräparaten oder anderen allgemeinen kosmetischen Präparaten, wie etwa Haut- oder Körperpflegepräparaten denkbar.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) zur Anwendung eines kosmetischen Präparats, insbesondere eines Haarbehandlungspräparats, die zum Aufbringen auf die Öffnung (2) wenigstens eines zumindest ein Präparat aufnehmenden Behälters (3) ausgebildet ist, mit einem kappenartigen Applikationskopf (5) und mit mehreren Austrittsöffnungen (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnungen (8) an Düsen (7) ausgebildet sind, die ihrerseits gleichmäßig über eine Wirkfläche (6) des Applikationskopfes (5) verteilt sind.
2. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Wirkfläche (6) 2-100, vorzugsweise 15-25 Düsen (7) angeordnet sind.
3. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser (d) der Applikationsöffnung (8) maximal 1mm beträgt.
4. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Düse (7) einen konisch zur Applikationsöffnung (8) zulaufenden Applikationskanal (9) bildet.
5. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (7) aus einem weichen bzw. elastischen Material bestehen, das eine Shore-Härte von 20-100 Sh, vorzugsweise ungefähr 60 Sh aufweist.
6. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikationskopf (5) und die Düsen (7) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen.
7. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (7) gegenüber der Wirkfläche (6) vorstehen, wobei die Düsenlänge (L) größer als die Düsenbreite bzw. der Düsendurchmesser (D) ist.
8. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (7) an einem Einsatz (10) angeformt sind, der seinerseits am Applikationskopf (5) befestigt ist.
9. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Applikationskopf (5) mehrere Vorsprünge (11) angeordnet sind, um eine gleichmäßige Einwirkung des kosmetischen Präparats zu erreichen.
10. Applikationsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) an ihrem Ende jeweils eine abgerundete Gestaltung (12) aufweisen und höchstens die Länge (L) der Düsen (7) aufweisen.
11. Applikationsvorrichtung (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 9-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (11) die Düsen (7) umgeben.
