Description

The invention relates to a panic lock with a lock cylinder, a lock housing in which a latch is arranged, which is locked in a first, protruding from the lock housing position and retractable into a second, unlocked position in the lock housing, a case consisting of the lock housing protruding and can be brought via a first blocking element in a blocking position and in an unlocked position, a slider which is translationally movable within the lock housing in a first and in a second position and having a slider end, in the second position of the slider, the first blocking element contacted and lifted the locking position of the case, the slider is in operative connection with the bolt, that in the locked first position of the bolt during movement from the first position to the second position, the slide brings the bolt in the second position.

In the DE 39 38 655 C2 is a self-locking lock is described, which brings with the aid of a biased slide after its release both a bolt in a locked position, as well as a cross latch locks. In the reverse direction, the slider can be moved back both by a door handle and by a lock cylinder, whereby the lock is unlocked. In this case, the locking position of the cross latch and bolt is automatically initiated when the cross latch and a designated auxiliary latch are operated in a logical sequence that corresponds to the closed position of the door. Essential in this embodiment of the lock is the means of tax trap in self-holding slide. One of the disadvantages of this disclosed lock is that at each door closing next to the locking of the cross latch also preclose the bolt takes place. This is usually significant noises. Furthermore, the switching logic of auxiliary and cross-trap can also be manipulate, which, for example, a secure self-closing the door can not be guaranteed, which is a particular disadvantage when used on fire doors.

At each door opening, the entire spring mechanism of the lock mechanism of the lock must be biased with increased effort. All moving parts of the lock are loaded with each door operation and are therefore subject to increased wear and must be dimensioned accordingly. Furthermore, the following psychological effect is added: In general, the process of door closing is separate from the process of locking, while the device described here is a single process. Since it is not possible to detect the locking of the lock from the outside, the user remains unclear about the actual locking status of the door.

Also in the EP 1 032 743 B1 describes a self-locking lock with a spring-loaded latch, a spring-loaded latch and a spring-loaded auxiliary latch which locks a slide movable in the longitudinal direction of the lock with locked latch, the slide is biased spring-loaded when locking the latch and temporally when enclosing the auxiliary latch and the case Delays the latch releases from lock. The bias of the slider is effected both by means of a cylinder and key bit as well as by means of a pivotable by means of a nut actuating lever. Also in this device is a simultaneous locking of the trap and a locking _ the door.

The FR 2 663 073 A1 discloses an actuator of an antipanic lock. Herein, in functional relation with a latch of the lock, there is provided a first member constituted by a spring which is charged with advancing the latch with elastic energy and a second member consisting of one in the vertical direction slidable tumbler for locking and unlocking for the projecting and retracted positions of the bolt consists. The guard carries a projection which is supported in the lower or locking position of the tumbler on the end of a tongue of a nut in which the operating handle of the lock is attached. Upon rotation of the nut in the opening direction, the tongue moves the projection from bottom to top and thus causes the lifting of the tumbler in its upper unlocked position in which the bolt is fully retracted, this retracting movement is driven by the release of the elastic energy in the spring has been stored in the closing movement of the bolt.

The EP 1 617 018 A2 describes an electromechanical door lock, with a door lock housing, with a locking latch which is lockable in the door lock housing in a projecting position and retractable by means of an electrical actuator in the door lock housing, with a spring-loaded latch for centering the bolt in its locked position in an opening of a baffle plate, the case having a central part movable inside the door lock housing and a wedge-shaped part located at least partially out of the door lock housing in the projecting position of the latch. The wedge-shaped part is connected to the central part for enabling a pivoting movement of the wedge-shaped part relative to the central part, so that the case is hineindrückbar inside the door lock housing, if from one or the other side of the door lock housing in the direction of opening or closing one with the Door lock provided with a force acting on the wedge-shaped part, with first transfer members for transmitting the power of the electric actuator to the latch, with a first locking means for locking the latch in its projecting position, while the bolt is in the locked position, and with a second locking device for the bolt in its locked position, wherein the latch when unlocked and in its withdrawal into the door lock housing with second transmission elements to cancel the blocking of the case can be brought into operative connection.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to form a panic lock, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned, in particular that a panic lock is created in which the user has the assurance that he has locked the lock. Furthermore, the lock should have a simple structure, wherein the locking mechanism is exposed to low loads within the lock housing to avoid high wear, whereby the life of the panic lock can be significantly increased.

To solve this problem, a panic lock with the features of claim 1 is proposed. In the dependent claims preferred developments are carried out.

According to the invention, it is provided that a holding unit, which is arranged at a distance from the slide, is associated with the latch, which holds the latch in its second position, the slide is spring-loaded and moves independently from the second position back to the first position, and in the second Position of the bolt of the lock cylinder in a rotational position, the holding unit triggers, whereby the bolt moves to its first position, wherein the slider is held in its first position.

According to the invention a panic lock with a semi-automatic bar exclusion is proposed. The locking and unlocking of the case takes place here by means of the slide, which also leads the bolt from the first to the second position and vice versa. It is particularly advantageous that the slide always takes its first position, in particular the lower position, after its actuation. The preferably prestressed latch is held by the holding unit and is thus located in one Kind of waiting position. This self-holding mechanism can be solved by the lock cylinder, for example by a 90 ° cylinder rotation, whereby the bolt moves to its first, projecting position. The bolt exclusion, that is, the movement of the bolt from its second position to the first position, does not occur automatically, that does not mean automatically with the Fallenentsperrung, but is introduced separately via the lock cylinder (semi-automatic). It is particularly advantageous that the user gets the certainty by the separate closing operation of the lock cylinder to have locked the panic lock. Another advantage of this invention is that with each door operation not all moving within the lock housing parts are charged. In particular, the bolt exclusion of the slide remains in its first position, which in addition to a low wear of the castle and the noise can be kept low.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holding unit is spring loaded and movable in a first and in a second position, wherein it may be in the movement of the holding unit preferably a translational movement. In the first position of the holding unit of the latch is held in its second, unlocked position. In a preferred embodiment, the latch is designed with a latching means and the holding unit with a counter-latching means. In the first position of the holding unit and in the second position of the latch engage locking means and counter-locking means into one another, preferably in this position, the bolt biases a force storage device, in particular a spring. This bias is advantageously the automatic bar exclusion when the holding unit is guided in its second position.

In a further possible embodiment of the invention, the slide on a link guide and the bolt on a pin which is forcibly guided in the slide guide. Advantageously, the link guide on several rest stops. Located in a preferred embodiment in the first position of the bolt, the pin in a first latching position, in the first position of the slider and in the second position of the bolt, the pin in a third detent position and in the second position of the slider and in the second position of the bolt of the pin in a second stop.

Depending on the door operation, the slider moves, at the same time the bolt is fixed or vice versa. At the same time, the pin is moved along the slotted guide.

Conveniently, the slider on a second, spring-loaded locking element which is rotatably mounted about an axis and at least partially extends into the slotted guide. In a preferred embodiment of the panic lock, during the movement of the bolt from its second position to the first position, the pin can move from the third latching point into the first latching point. While the pin moves along the gate of the slide, there is a contact between the pin and the protruding into the sliding guide second locking element. A further movement of the pin in the direction of the first latching point causes the second blocking element is moved out of the slotted guide about its axis. Advantageously, the axis facing away from the free end of the second locking element ends before the first stop point of the slotted guide. After the pin has moved along the second locking element and has reached the first latching point, the second, spring-loaded locking element automatically pivots back and protrudes at least with an area in the slotted guide, whereby a pushing back of the bolt from the locked position is effectively prevented. The slotted guide and the second blocking element form a two-way control for the bolt sequence.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the panic lock, a lever is arranged within the lock housing, which is about an actuating axis, in which an actuator, in particular a knob, handle or the like can be fastened, is rotatably mounted. Advantageously, the slide on a driver, wherein upon actuation of the actuating member, the lever rotates about the actuating axis and moves with its free end the driver, whereby the slider can be brought from its first to its second position. As a result, a panic function of the lock according to the invention is realized, in which the panic lock can be opened from the inside by a corresponding actuation of the actuator in the locked state of the castle. While the lever via the driver moves the slider from its first to the second position, the pin moves along the slide guide of the slider.

A measure improving the invention can provide that the first blocking element is mounted about an axis of rotation and is formed with a projection, wherein in the blocking position, the case is locked on the projection. Advantageously, a spring-loaded, out of the lock housing auxiliary latch is provided, which is in operative connection with the first locking element.

It is particularly advantageous that the trap is designed as a cross latch, whereby a right and left usability of the panic lock can be achieved. In an alternative embodiment, instead of a cross latch, a roller latch can be used, which is advantageous in particular for swing doors. Furthermore, it has been found that the use of damping means, which interact with the trap and / or the latch, may be advantageous for noise reduction.

In a further embodiment of the invention, a display system can be provided which visually and / or acoustically and / or electrically displays and / or evaluates the position of the bolt. Such a lock can, for example, with an access control system in data communication stand, which for example in the hotel area can be of advantage.

Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description in which several embodiments of the invention are described in detail with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1 to Fig. 17 a panic lock is shown, which has a lock housing 1, in which a bolt 2 is arranged, which locks in a first protruding from the lock housing 1 position, which, for example, in Fig. 7 is shown. Furthermore, the latch 2 is retractable into a second, unlocked position in the lock housing 1, which, for example, in Fig. 1 is shown. Furthermore, the panic lock according to the Fig. 1 to Fig. 17 a case 3, which can be brought via a first blocking element 4 in a blocking position and in an unlocked position. In the present embodiment, it is a cross latch. 3

Within the lock housing 1, a slide 10 is arranged, which is translationally movable in a first and in a second position. In this case, the slider 10 has a slider end 11, which faces the first locking element 4.

The slider 10 has a slotted guide 15 and the bolt 2 a pin 16 which is forcibly guided in the slotted guide 15. Due to the vertical and horizontal movement of bolt 2 and slider 10, the pin 16 can take any position within the slide guide 15. As per Fig. 1 can be seen, the slide guide 15 has approximately the contour of a triangle. About this slide guide 15, the slider 10 is in operative connection with the bolt 2, that in the locked first position of the bolt 2 during movement from the first position to the second position of the slider 10 brings the latch 2 in the second position, hereinafter referred to will be discussed in detail.

Furthermore, a holding unit 12 is provided which is arranged at a distance from the slider 10. The holding unit 12 is associated with the latch 2, which reliably holds the latch 2 in its second position. As per Fig. 1 is clarified, the holding unit 12 is spring-loaded. The latch 2 is according to Fig. 1 in its second, unlocked position within the lock housing 1. In this case, the latch 2 has a nose-like projection 14, which is held in the holding unit 12.

The slide guide 15 of the slider 10 is designed with three locking points 15a, 15b, 15c. In addition, the slider 10 has a second, spring-loaded locking element 26 which is rotatably mounted about an axis 17 and at least partially extends into the slotted guide 15.

In order to ensure the panic function, the present panic lock within the lock housing 1 on a lever 19 which is rotatably mounted about an actuating axis 18, in which an actuator, in particular a knob, handle or the like can be fastened. The slider 10 has a driver 20, on which the lever 19 engages with its free end.

The first locking element 4 is mounted about an axis of rotation 21 and has a projection 22, wherein in the blocking position, the latch 3 is held on the projection 22 holding, which in Fig. 4 is shown by way of example. According to Fig. 1 is the latch 3 in the unlocked position, wherein the projection 22 has a sufficient distance from the case 3. In addition, an auxiliary latch 23 is arranged above the latch 3, which protrudes spring-loaded out of the lock housing 1. As can be seen in the figures, the auxiliary latch 23 is in operative connection with the first blocking element 4. Here, the first locking element 4 is formed with an inner guide portion 24 in which a arranged on the auxiliary latch 23 pin 25 is guided.

According to the Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 is the closing of the door in which the panic lock is arranged, shown. In Fig. 1 the door is in the open position, wherein the latch 2 is in latching, that is, in its second, unlocked position within the lock housing 1 is located. The latch 3 is in its unlocked position, with the auxiliary latch 23 and the latch 3 extended. In Fig. 2 closes the door, the latch 3 and the auxiliary latch 23 are pressed into the lock housing 1, which is indicated by the arrows pointing to the right. At the same time, the pin 25 moves along the inner guide portion 24, wherein the first locking member 4 pivots counterclockwise about the rotation axis 21. At the same time, the latch 3 moves with the area facing the first blocking element 4, below the projection 22, which in the following embodiment is designed in steps.

In Fig. 4 the state of the closed door is shown, in which the latch 3 extends into the opening of the strike plate 27 of the door, which is shown by the arrow. At the same time, a rotation of the first locking element 4 takes place counterclockwise about the axis of rotation 21. As a result, the first locking element 4 lowers, wherein the projection 22 engages behind the case 3 and thus locks them.

In Fig. 4 Thus, the panic lock according to the invention is in a locked and unlocked state. Now to lock the door, the lock cylinder 13 is rotated counterclockwise. Here, the lock cylinder 13 on an activation projection 28, according to Fig. 5 the holding unit 12 lifts until the projection of the bolt 2 is no longer held by the holding unit 12 in its position. Subsequently, the bolt 2 moves from its second position in the direction of the first position. Thus, the bolt 2 shifts to the left, which is effected by means of the spring 29, which presses with its free end directly on the bolt 2 with a certain spring force.

The movement of the bolt 2 in the locking state is further in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 clarified. Here, the pin 16 moves along the sliding guide 15 of the slider 10. The slide guide 15 is in this case formed with a first 15a, with a second 15b and a third latching point 15c. Starting from the third latching point 15c, the pin 16 moves horizontally along the slotted guide 15 to the first latching point 15a. As Fig. 6 While the pin 16 moves horizontally in the direction of the first latching point 15a along the slotted guide 15, it pushes the second locking element 26 from the slotted guide 15 in a clockwise direction about the axis of rotation 17th out. After the pin 16 has reached the first latching point 15a, which in Fig. 7 is shown, the second locking element 26 lowers counterclockwise back to its original position, wherein it at least partially extends with its free end in the slotted guide 15 itself. In this position, the second locking element 26, a pushing back of the bolt 2 is prevented in its second position. The lock cylinder 13 with its activation projection 28 is located according to Fig. 7 then again in its original position. It is particularly advantageous that the locking process just described essentially by the movement of the bolt 2 and the second locking element 26 takes place without moving the slider 10 from its first, lower position. Fig. 7 illustrates the panic lock in the locked and locked state.

Hierbei fährt der Zapfen 16 von der zweiten Raststelle 15b in die dritte Raststelle 15c.Starting from Fig. 7 only shows how the panic lock according to the invention can be unlocked and unlocked by means of the lock cylinder 13, whereby a door opening is made possible. According to Fig. 8 the lock cylinder 13 is rotated clockwise, wherein the activation projection 28 comes into contact with a projection-like stop 30 of the slider 10. This results in a linear movement of the slider 10 upwards, in the direction of the first blocking element 4. At the same time leaves the pin 16, the first stop 15a. While the pin 16 along the oblique wall of the slotted guide 15, which is located between the first 15a and the second latching point 15b slides along, the bolt 2 is fed via the slide guide 15 to the right, in the unlocked second position, at the same time the slider end 11 of the slider 10 approaches the first blocking element 4. Just before the latch 2 is in the feed end position, that is held by the holding unit 12, the first locking element 4 is raised by the slider end 11 and unlocks the case 3, which in Fig. 10 is shown. While the latch 2 is guided from the first position to the second position, the latch spring 29 is simultaneously biased. According to Fig. 11 the latch 3 is unlocked and the door can be opened. According to Fig. 11 the unlocked latch 3 can be pushed back into the lock housing 1 with the door opening movement. In Fig. 12 leaves the case 3 again the lock housing 1 to the left and the lock cylinder 13 can be rotated back to its original position. The slider 10 leaves in this case according to its second position Fig. 11 and moves back to its lower first position, which is in Fig. 12 is clarified. Here, the pin 16 moves from the second stop 15b in the third stop 15c.

According to FIGS. 13 to 17 the door opening operation is effected in the present panic lock on the lever 19. The user activates the actuator, which is not explicitly shown. The actuator is arranged in the actuation axis 18. The lever 19 moves about the actuating axis 18 in a clockwise direction, wherein the free end of the lever 19 moves the driver 20 upwards. This results in a translational movement of the slider 10 from its first, lower position in the direction of the second position, which is provided for unlocking the case 3, which in Fig. 16 is shown. While the lever 19, which presses against a spring 32, rotates about its actuating axis 18, the pin 16 moves along the slotted guide 15 from the first Rest stop 15a in the direction of the second stop 15b. By this forced operation of the bolt 2 is withdrawn from its first position in the direction of the lock housing 1 in the second, unlocked position. At the same time the slider end 11 moves in the direction of the projection 22 of the first blocking element 4, which in the Fig. 13 and Fig. 14 the trap 3 locks. According to Fig. 15 If the locking catch comes to a standstill, since the pin 16 in the second latching point 15b, which is designed as a kind of vertical bag moves. At the same time, the projection 14 of the bolt 2 engages in the holding unit 12, whereby the bolt 2 enters a self-holding and is thus brought into its second position. As per Fig. 15 can be seen, unlocks the slider end 11, the case 3, in which it contacts the projection 22 and at the same time lifts the first locking element 4 and rotates about its axis 21 in a clockwise direction. The door can now be opened as it is unlocked and unlocked. According to Fig. 16 the user still acts on the actuator, so that the lever 19 is held in its position. At the same time, the door can be moved, wherein the unlocked latch 3 spring-back moves back into the lock housing 1, which is indicated by the arrow pointing to the right.

In Fig. 17 the panic lock is shown with the door open, in which the case 3 has left the lock housing 1. The unloaded lever 19 has been rotated by the spring 31 in its original position. Due to the force acting on the driver 20 spring 32 was a movement of the slider 10 from its second to its first position. In this case, the pin 16 has left the second latching point 15b and reaches the third latching point 15c. In the unlocked position of the case 3, the auxiliary latch 23 projects out of the lock housing 1, which is caused by the spring 33.

In Fig. 18 a further embodiment of the second blocking element 26 is shown, which is carried out with latching points 26a, 26b. Here, the locking points 26a, 26b on the slide guide 15 facing side arranged the second locking element 26, which tapers in the direction of the first latching point 15a of the slotted guide 15 of the slider 10. While the bolt 2 moves from its second to the first position, the pin 16 slides on the second blocking element 26, wherein it is first pressed into the first latching point 26a and then into the second latching point 26b. It has been found that the switching mechanism of the panic lock is exposed to lower loads by such an embodiment.
