Claims (9)

  1. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension (1), en particulier pour récipients médicaux, comprenant un corps de base (2), définissant une poignée de suspension (4), qui peut être soulevé pour suspendre un récipient (3) sur lequel est appliqué ladite étiquette, ladite construction formée d'une étiquette et d'une poignée (1) comprenant un matériau d'adhésion en couche ayant une portion, au niveau d'une partie susceptible d'être soulevée, de ladite poignée (4), sur laquelle est appliquée une substance antiadhésive, caractérisée en ce que ladite substance antiadhésive est une peinture antiadhésive partiellement appliquée sur une portion (6) de ladite portion susceptible d'être soulevée, empêchant ainsi à l'eau de pénétrer dans la construction d'étiquette lorsque le ladite étiquette est découpée par matriçage, et en ce que ladite poignée (4) comporte un contour, adjacent audit corps de base (2), définissant un ruban de largeur réduite (7) qui n'est pas traité de manière anti-adhésive, laissant de ce fait une couche adhésive avec pour fonction celle d'une couche barrière adhésive pour empêcher à l'eau ou à l'humidité d'entrer dans ladite construction d'étiquette.
  2. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau formant ladite étiquette adhésive (1) et ladite poignée (4) présentent une structure en fibres multidirectionnelle (5).
  3. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau comprend un ou plusieurs étages de fibres, lesdits étages de fibres se croisant mutuellement à des angles différents de sensiblement 45° et 90°.
  4. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau est un matériau en film stratifié disponible dans le commerce, comme un matériau connu sous la marque "Valeron", comprenant un matériau stratifié réticulé à base de HDPE.
  5. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau en film stratifié comprend quatre couches de film stratifié extrudées ayant des fibres orientées de manière différente.
  6. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite portion de poignée (4) susceptible d'être soulevée est réunie audit corps de base (2) de l'étiquette par une pluralité de micropoints de liaison (8), pour empêcher que ladite portion de poignée (4) susceptible d'être soulevée soit soulevée accidentellement.
  7. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour faciliter un soulèvement de ladite poignée par un utilisateur, ladite étiquette comprend une languette (9), réalisée d'une seule pièce avec ladite poignée (4), et en projection depuis un contour de ladite poignée.
  8. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive et d'une poignée de suspension selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite languette (9) est relevée par rapport à une surface convexe du récipient (3) quand l'étiquette adhésive est appliquée sur celui-ci.
  9. Construction formée d'une étiquette adhésive d'une poignée de suspension selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite étiquette adhésive, pour être utilisée, exige que lesdits micropoints (8) soient rompus, de sorte que lesdits micropoints (8) ont pour fonction celle d'un sceau de garantie.
