Definitions

  • the invention relates to a clothing system for buildings with two-dimensionally and / or spherically shaped, to be clad areas, comprising at least one support element which can be fastened to the building, and in each case a surface-shaped cover, which can be fastened in the manner of a clamped wing on the support member, and that the support element is formed by two legs each formed in the manner of webs, wherein the first leg is formed substantially orthogonal to the planar building area, whereas the second leg to the first leg is substantially in an orthogonal angular range to this and the first leg on the flat Structural area can be fastened and the second leg serves to abut each of a cover on the second leg.
  • a garment element of this type is known ( US-B-6,354,045 ).
  • this known clothing element relates to a roofing system used on buildings to increase resistance to wind, especially bottom-to-top wind, with respect to wind forces. This should apply equally to the carrying or fastening elements to which the actual clothing elements are attached.
  • the fasteners are provided in addition to the actual attachment task for the inclusion of loading forces and the forces input and forwarding, which generally act on roofs iVm the roof covering elements.
  • Clothing systems of this type which are also known in the art as facade cladding systems or simply cladding facings, are available in a wide variety of constructive designs and aesthetically pleasing appearances for many decades.
  • Such clothing systems in which the individual elements of the clothing systems are made of metal, are used in a variety of designs not only for commercial purposes such as industrial halls, supermarket buildings in shopping centers, sports halls, even schools and pavilions for schools, but even for the clothing privately used residential buildings in order to adapt to the ever more stringent legal regulations with regard to the amount of heat allowed to escape from a private building per area and per time.
  • the advantages of clothing systems with which buildings or structures can be dressed immediately after their construction, but also later in the sense of retrofitting, are well known to the art, so that no further comments about it need to be made here.
  • the clothing system should consist of a few simple-shaped elements in order to keep the cost price both in a building to be covered immediately after construction can, but also to retrofit existing buildings in a simple and cost-effective manner can, and the clothing system itself should consist of extremely simple elements and even existing buildings can be dressed simply, quickly and inexpensively, and that even complicated and spherical surfaces of the building should be able to be dressed in a simple way with the clothing system of the invention ,
  • the cover element has a projection which, together with the first leg, can be fastened together by means of a fastening element having a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape.
  • the advantage of the solution according to the invention consists essentially in the fact that the clothing system consists of only two basic elements, which must not be brought in principle at the place of making the clothing of a building to an appropriate level according to the structural conditions of the building to be dressed. Rather, the work of attaching the two basic elements of the clothing system is limited to the attachment of the support element on the structure to be dressed and the then then taking place attachment of the cover each on a support element.
  • the clothing system of substantially connected in an orthogonal angular range on the first leg second leg is tilted in a range of ⁇ 10 ° relative to the orthogonal, whereby it is achieved that in a building to be dressed in the form of said "Faulturmes", which regularly has a shape of an ellipsoid and which has a substantially circular cross section in a section perpendicular through the axis of rotation of the ellipsoid, a simple adaptation to the circular cross section of the "Trulturmes" by the opposite to the orthogonal, by an angle allows the first leg tilted position of the second leg.
  • This tilt angle can already be considered in the course of the production of the support elements depending on the sphere to be dressed, in the present case the circular diameter of an annular clothing segment of the "digester” and is for example preferably ⁇ 5 ° and the largest diameter of the annular clothing section of a “Faulturmes "For example, only 2 °, ie the second leg is preferably connected in an angular range of 2 ° to the first leg.
  • the initially mentioned solution of the support element is in principle the simplest and thus also the most variable variant of the support element par excellence.
  • the support element in this simplest and most flexible variant thus has only one, approximately in the middle of the leg and along the leg center extending and connected at this point with the first leg second leg, i. roughly considered the support element is formed in the simplest embodiment, as it were, a T-profile-shaped element.
  • the support element has two attached to the first leg, two in the manner of wings substantially flat opposite second leg, wherein the support member in this advantageous embodiment in cross-section, as it were formed like a cross-shaped ausgestaltetes profile.
  • connection there are various possibilities for connecting the two legs respectively forming the support element or the three legs forming the support element in order to realize the two basic versions of the support element according to the invention.
  • the type of connection depends on the manufacturing principle used and the type of material from which the individual legs of the support element are formed.
  • the two limbs of the support element consist of metallic material, they can basically be connected to one another by welding. But it is also advantageously possible to connect the second leg of the support member with the first leg by gluing, for example, if the individual legs or at least one leg of a metallic material and the other leg consists of plastic material, which of course also advantageously can be useful, then, for example, if both legs are made of plastic, to connect these two legs by gluing together.
  • the first leg is formed by a plate-shaped element formed, for example in the form of a rectangular plate on which the second leg, which can also be preferably designed as a plate-shaped element, by welding, gluing or by riveting together.
  • Clothing systems known in the art including the generic clothing systems, have in most cases the considerable disadvantage that they do not affect the clothing surface and the joints of the individual elements caused by rain, hail and snow, in per se required dimensions to the outside, ie from the side of the clothing elements directed away from the structure, not only if the clothing elements are not fixed vertically to the structure, but also if the clothing elements are strictly perpendicular to the structure.
  • the clothing system dissipates the incident on the clothing elements rainwater without it impinges on the surface of the building, but it is still a ventilation of the building guaranteed even when applied clothing elements be to evaporate on the building condensed water in turn and be allowed to escape through the garment elements in their joints to the outside.
  • insulating materials such as glass wool or rock wool mats, moisten from the outside by rain, hail and snow, ie to prevent them from soaking up water.
  • these recesses may preferably also have other structures in cross-section, for example advantageously substantially semicircular in cross section in the manner of a channel or also advantageously in cross section in the manner of a polygon.
  • the advantage of providing just provided with these groove or channel-shaped recesses terminal areas is on the one hand that in the connection region of the cover to the support element, the cover does not rest directly on the support element, so that a sufficiently large space in the connection region of the second leg on the the cover rests, is created in the manner of a pipe space through which the water that can penetrate into the connections between cover and support element, can flow off specifically.
  • Another advantage of the groove or groove-shaped depression achieved in the second leg of the cover is that thereby the longitudinal stability of the support element and thus also of the entire clothing system is increased in mounted on a building state and also in that to some extent, the transverse stability of the support member is increased.
  • the groove or channel-shaped depressions can be taken into account in the Spritzguß- or continuous casting, so that in fact no higher production costs in such advantageous configured support elements with groove or groove-shaped depressions is necessary.
  • a cover element has at least one at a substantially obtuse angle ⁇ to the surface of the cover member formed on the first leg of the support member detachably fastened is.
  • This projection can ultimately be achieved in a simple manner that the plate- or sheet-shaped cover in its edge region, where it is to abut against the support element and is to be connected to this, is simply bent angularly, in said obtuse angle ⁇ ,
  • the cover member has, if it is to be attached to two spaced support members, which is the normal case, of course, to both of the spaced support members facing sides of the cover, which is just to span this spacing, said projections or said folds.
  • Due to the cross-sectionally U-shaped envelope element advantageously the open ends between the first leg of the support element and the adjacent adjacent to the said obtuse angle ⁇ adjacent projections of the cover are effectively sealed, so that in this area also extreme driving rainwater can not penetrate.
  • the enveloping elements themselves can be prefabricated as long as desired in order to keep the number of frontally adjacent impacts of the enveloping elements as low as possible, even in the case of a building surface to be covered with respect to its.
  • This embodiment has the advantage that a mounting of the cover or the Abdekkemia on the support element by simply plugging is possible, whereby during assembly already a fixation of the cover on the support element or both cover on the support element is possible and ultimately also a separately be provided element, such as the separate described above Envelope element is dispensable.
  • the free element of the projection formed in the manner of a Hüllettis can take both the at least one first leg of a support member and a thereto abutting projection of a cover member arranged adjacent thereto detachably fastened, i.
  • the attachment of the cover to the respective support member including, the U-shaped envelope element, which includes the two projections of the adjacent cover including the first leg of the support element in itself, can be advantageously carried out by a fastener in the form of a bolt-nut connection.
  • a fastener in the form of a classic rivet or even a pop-rivet to choose a bolt-nut connection but compared to the other compounds where appropriate, the advantage that it is easily solvable again to repairs in the clothing system or on by the Dressing system dressed structure to make, with a bolt-nut connection possibly also increases the appearance of the clothing system as a special architectural structure.
  • the building end of the first leg of the support member is releasably attachable to a structure of the structure, in which case structure may be a building-side fastener, which is either attached directly to the structure, or even in the course of completion of the structure as said building-side structure itself already can be present.
  • these structures are formed for attachment of the support elements to the building.
  • These structures if they are not yet present on the structure to be clad, are selected according to the structural and material specifications found on the structure.
  • the supporting element and the covering element advantageously consist of metallic material, for example of a seawater-resistant aluminum alloy.
  • Aluminum alloys of this type are high strength at a relatively low weight and can with known per se in metal construction means be deformed in a simple manner without cutting, which is particularly true for the cover.
  • At least the supporting element and / or at least the covering element and / or the enveloping element can be provided with a coating before the element or elements are installed or mounted directly on the site of the building to be clad.
  • This coating serves primarily to increase the corrosion resistance of the individual elements against the influence of exhaust gases. Rain, hail and snow or moisture par excellence and the resistance to corrosive-aggressive components of the ambient air, etc.
  • the coating can also cause the function of improving the appearance of the present invention dressed building, which are both metallic coatings such as platings and anodization suitable , but also plastic layers and paint layers that can be applied for example by powder coating or paint spraying.

  • "Faulturmes” is formed, as it is generally used in municipal, but also in commercial sewage treatment plants or wastewater treatment plants.
  • These "digesters” usually have the basic form, as in Fig. 1 is shown. They are usually designed for reasons of strength in a more or less strictly realized form of an ellipsoid, which, based on the Fig. 1 , an imaginary axis of rotation 110 has.
  • Fig. 1 represented by the shape of an ellipsoid, building areas 12, which are thus spherical, ie are curved in all three degrees of freedom, and also building areas 12, in Fig. 1 shown below, although they are also spherical, but are curved only in two degrees of freedom, ie on the type of sections of a cylindrical shell.

  • the length 1 of the second leg 16 is formed according to the length of the first leg 15, cf. Fig. 4 , and is determined by the structural conditions of the building 11 to be clad with the clothing system 10 according to the invention.
  • the surface which is spanned by the leg 16 is essentially just trained, but it is tilted against the plane spanned by the legs 15 at an acute angle ⁇ , where ⁇ is in the range of 88 °. It should be noted, however, that the angle ⁇ given here by way of example may also be made sharper at 88 ° as a function of the curvature of the spheres of the building 11 to be clad. But it is also possible for the clothing spherically in the opposite way curved building areas 12, the or the legs 16 at an obtuse angle ⁇ to the legs 15 connect.
