Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a suspension structure for a door (sliding door) or a wall element, with which the door or the wall element from a closed position in which the door or the wall element within a door opening is arranged substantially parallel to the surrounding wall, in an open Position in which the door or the wall element laterally offset to the rear and at least partially disposed behind the surrounding wall, can be moved.
  • the door or the wall element via a front in the closing direction carriage and a closing direction in the rear carriage at least one arranged above the wall opening track from the open position to the closed position is displaceable.
  • Classic sliding doors are usually two carriages, which in one common running rail, laterally displaceable from an open position in which the respectively the door elements completely release the door opening, in a closed position in which the door elements close the door opening.
  • This exclusively longitudinal movement means that the door elements are arranged either on one side of the surrounding wall and thus the door opening is closed on one side, or that the door elements must be embedded in a complex construction in the surrounding wall. In any case, it is not possible to achieve a closed position in which on at least one side the door is flush with the surrounding wall.
  • Such sliding door structures are not unproblematic, for example, in terms of sealing, and they require expensive constructions such as countersunk seals, brush seals, etc.

Classic sliding doors are usually two carriages, which in one common running rail, laterally displaceable from an open position in which the respectively the door elements completely release the door opening, in a closed position in which the door elements close the door opening. This exclusively longitudinal movement means that the door elements are arranged either on one side of the surrounding wall and thus the door opening is closed on one side, or that the door elements must be embedded in a complex construction in the surrounding wall. In any case, it is not possible to achieve a closed position in which on at least one side the door is flush with the surrounding wall. Such sliding door structures are not unproblematic, for example, in terms of sealing, and they require expensive constructions such as countersunk seals, brush seals, etc.

As is known, for example, from the field of doors in the vehicle sector (see trains, buses), there are now sliding door structures in which, in order to ensure a flush closed position to the outside can, with the aid of a special suspension construction, the door during opening first in a lateral direction, that is perpendicular to the plane of the door opening, is displaced, and only then laterally out of the door opening is moved out. In such constructions, the suspension is usually designed very complex, but it facilitates the problem of the seal. Such a construction is for example from the US 3,906,668 It is known in which the initial offset in the opening operation complicated lever constructions in which displacement elements which are rotatable about a vertical axis, initially offset the door from the door opening laterally.

Such constructions can be combined with a mechanism for lowering the entire door to achieve an additionally increased sealing function (as it were, entering a seal). Such a construction is for example in the US 4,240,226 described.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

The invention is therefore inter alia the object of providing a suspension structure for a door (sliding door) or a wall element, with which the door or the wall element of a closed position in which the door or the wall element within a door opening substantially parallel to the surrounding Wall is arranged, in an open position in which the door or the wall element laterally offset to the rear and at least partially disposed behind the surrounding wall, can be moved. In this case, the door or the wall element via a front in the closing direction carriage and a closing direction in the rear carriage at least one arranged above the wall opening track from the open position to the closed position is displaceable.

A structurally simple solution in which selectively effected in the lateral offset of the door or the wall element out of the door opening out only where it is effectively necessary, is possible by two substantially linear rails are arranged, the front carriage on the first runner is mounted (in general, for example, via pairs of rollers, which roll with concave running surfaces on a convex track rail) and the rear carriage is mounted on the second track rail. In this case, the second running rail is arranged substantially parallel to the surrounding wall and in the closing direction to some extent behind, and the first running rail is arranged in the front closing direction. The first running rail encloses an angle with the second running rail, for example in the range of 1-30 °, that is to say the first running rail is, as it were, arranged obliquely. In addition, the rear carriage preferably also comprises an offset element, which initially displaces the edge of the door or the wall element lying behind in the closing direction when triggering the opening process essentially exclusively laterally to the rear. This displacement element ensures that the door is initially displaced out of the door opening.

The essence of the invention is therefore to completely dispense with curved rails, and so provide a with respect to the adaptation to different clear widths of doors easily adaptable construction available. It proves Surprisingly, it is possible to provide a suspension construction using two linearly inclined linear rails which, in principle, only have to provide an additional lateral displacement means at the rear edge of the door in the closing direction. As a result, the construction is much easier, and thus less susceptible to defects and less expensive to manufacture. Furthermore, the stability is increased, since no such means for offset must be arranged in the region of the critical leading edge. In other words, while the doors and wall elements according to the prior art in these situations are always initially displaced laterally out of the door opening both in the region of the front edge and in the region of the trailing edge at the beginning of the opening process, it is unexpectedly shown; that this is not necessary at all, but that it is sufficient to ensure only such an offset at the rear, and to some extent guide the front edge behind the surrounding wall with the aid of an oblique linear guide rail.

A first preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the two rails are arranged at the same height. Further preferably, the front end in the closing direction of the first track is arranged substantially in the same lateral offset (in other words, equidistant behind the closed door) as the second track, and the rear end of the first track in the closing direction is in particular laterally behind the second Running rail arranged, typically with a certain overlap.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the door or the wall element in the closed position is arranged substantially flush with the front of the surrounding wall, and further preferably allows the suspension structure, the door or the wall element in the open position completely out of the door opening to push out ,

An essential, already mentioned advantage of the proposed suspension construction is that, in principle, only the rear carriage can comprise a displacement element.

The displacement element is preferably rotatably mounted below the second track rail about a vertical axis, and rotates at the lateral offset of the door or the wall element about this vertical axis. Typically, this is rotated by an angle in the range of 5-170 °, preferably by an angle in the range of 10-90 °, in particular preferably by an angle in the range of 45-75 °. Preferably, the vertical axis is arranged below and aligned vertically with the rear carriage.

Preferably, the proposed suspension structure has a drive, for example via an electric-motor drive. This drive can be arranged in the region of the rails, and with this drive, it is possible to move the door or the wall element motorized. The drive takes place for example via a tension element which extends substantially horizontally. This may be a toothed belt, a ungezahnten belt, a rope-like element or a chain, wherein the timing belt is preferred. In the case of a toothed belt, this toothed belt is driven by a pinion or gear arranged on the drive.

The displacement element preferably has, starting from said axis, a horizontal lever arm, which is preferably directed backwards in all positions with respect to the door opening. The tension element, that is, preferably the toothed belt is attached to this lever arm via a driver.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the suspension structure according to the invention, the displacement element has a horizontal pivot arm on which the door or the wall element in the region of the rear edge is at least indirectly and rotatably mounted about a vertical axis. In this case, the swivel arm with the lever arm preferably includes an angle in the range of 30-150 °, particularly preferably an angle in the range of 60-120 ° or in the range of 90 °. In particular, the angle between the vertical pivot point of the displacement element and the driver or the axis of the guide roller is at the angle between the pivot arm and the lever arm Understood.

Another preferred embodiment is characterized in that the displacement element, the pivot arm and the lever arm are integrally formed, wherein particularly preferably the displacement element is in the form of a substantially L-shaped sheet or an L-shaped metal or plastic plate whose plane is arranged substantially horizontally.

A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that, furthermore, a curved guide rail is arranged in which a guide roller arranged on the displacement element runs. The guide roller is arranged under such a lever with respect to the axis and the guide rail is curved so that the rear in the closing direction edge of the door or the wall element when triggering the opening process by rotation of the displacement element about the axis is initially offset substantially only laterally to the rear , In particular, the guide roller can be rotatably mounted about a vertical axis, and it is particularly preferred in the guide rail to a U-profile, in which the guide roller is guided.

Such a guide rail normally has a lateral section, the direction of which is preferably arranged substantially perpendicular to the door plane, via a longitudinal section whose direction is substantially parallel to the wall, and via a curved section which connects the two sections (lateral, lateral). longitudinally). It proves to be advantageous in relation to the relative arrangement of the individual elements and the available space when the lateral portion is arranged in the closed position of the door or the wall element in the closing direction in front of the axis of the displacement element, wherein preferably the longitudinal portion laterally is arranged behind the second track.

A further preferred embodiment of the suspension construction is characterized in that in the area below the rear carriage a vertical shaft (typically at least over the entire height of the door or the wall element) is arranged, with respect to which the door or the wall element is rotatably mounted, wherein the shaft is arranged in alignment with the axis about which the door or the wall element, in the region of the trailing edge is rotatably mounted, and wherein the shaft is at its lower end in operative connection with a floor guide. This operative connection with the floor guide ensures that the lateral offset of the trailing edge in the floor area proceeds equally and synchronously with the offset triggered at the top edge via the offset element, that is to say that tilting of the door can be avoided.

For this purpose, a lower pivot arm is preferably arranged in the area near the ground on the shaft, which is preferably aligned parallel to the upper pivot arm on the displacement element, a lower guide roller (or another guide means) being arranged on this lower pivot arm a preferred massively linear floor guide, in particular preferably in the form of a recessed groove in the ground, is guided. Typically, the bottom guide is arranged parallel and below the second running rail.

Normally, the door or the wall element is rotatably mounted on the front carriage. Structurally, it proves to be advantageous if the drive is arranged, for example, on the first track respectively attached thereto.

An ideally flush construction is possible if the door or the wall element is hung with a door attachment of the suspension structure, in particular in connection with all-glass sliding doors.

The door or the wall element is preferably exclusively movable in the horizontal direction, that is, it is provided no mechanism for lowering.

The construction preferably permits, via the displacement element, a lateral displacement which is enormously large in comparison with constructions according to the prior art behind the surrounding wall, for example at least 15 or 30 mm, particularly preferably 50-500 mm. Since it can also be a gate, which should be placed behind a thick wall, are also big values of more conceivable as 200 mm and easy to realize with the construction.

Furthermore, the present invention relates to a door construction with a suspension structure, as described above, and with one or two doors, wherein in the case of two doors, these can be arranged in opposite directions and thus the suspension structure is provided in a sense mirror-symmetrical. The doors are preferably all-glass sliding doors.

Further preferred embodiments are described in the dependent claims.

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

With reference to embodiments, the invention will be explained in more detail below become. The embodiments now described serve to illustrate the operation of the inventive suspension, but they should not be used to limit the general inventive concept, as formulated in the appended claims.

FIG. 1 a) shows a vertical section in the rear suspension (in the closing direction of the door) with the door closed 1. The door 1 is a glass sliding door, which is suspended with the aid of door fittings 6 as possible without aesthetic influence to the front (right). The door 1 is arranged flush with the upper structure 3 and equally flush with the surrounding stationary wall 29. The suspension has a rear carriage 19 which is slidably mounted with a pair of rollers 11 in a second guide rail 8. The running rail 8 is formed in this case as a profile rail, which has a convex tread, on which the concave rollers 11 roll. The running rail 8 is attached to the superstructure 3. The running rail 8 is a linear, curvilinear running rail, which is arranged parallel to the surrounding stationary wall 29.

Vertically below and preferably symmetrically to the two rollers 11, the rear carriage 19 has a rotation axis 18. At this axis of rotation, a displacement element 15 with respect to the rear carriage 19 is rotatably mounted about this axis 18. The displacement element has at its rear (in FIG. 1a ) to the left) lever arm 31 via a driver 16, to which a toothed belt 21 (not shown) is attached. With respect to this axis 18 laterally offset forward (in FIG. 1a ) to the right) a shaft 14 is arranged, which extends over the entire height of the door 1. This shaft 14 is held in an upper bearing or suspension 27 to form a rear support element 5. Coaxially with this shaft 14, a guide roller 17 is arranged above the displacement element 15, whose function, as well as the function of the entire displacement element 15, will be described in detail below. Also in the upper region of the suspension, a guide rail 20 is arranged, in which the guide roller 17 runs, wherein the function of this guide rail 20th also to be explained below.

At the lower end of the shaft 14 is rotatably supported in a lower bearing 26, wherein the lower storage also has a door attachment 6. At the lower end of the shaft, a lower pivot arm 25 is also attached, which at its end facing away from the shaft 14 has a lower guide roller 24. This lower guide roller 24 engages in a bottom guide 23 embedded in the bottom 2. The lower guide roller 24 is disposed below and coaxial with the axis 18 in the vertical direction. The bottom guide 23 is oriented below and parallel to the second running rail 8. The floor guide 23 is a linear guide rail. The entire construction in the bottom region of the shaft 14 ensures that the complex movement of the displacement element 15 described below is reproduced in a controlled manner on the ground, and thus the lateral offset (in FIG. 1 a) to the left) runs parallel to the top triggering also below.

In FIG. 1b ) shows a vertical section in the area of the front suspension. The door 1 is obtained here by a front support element 4, on a floor guide is omitted. But it is also possible to arrange a floor guide here. The front support member 4 is easily rotatably mounted on the front carriage 9 via a front suspension 10. Also, the front carriage 9 has a pair of rollers 11, which have concave treads. This pair of rollers 11 of the front carriage 9 runs in a first track 7, which is not the same track as that in which the rear carriage 19 is mounted. But it is also in the first track 7 is a profile rail, which has a convex running surface for the rollers. The first track 7 is attached to the superstructure 3. At this first track 7 a drive or motor 12 is preferably attached and optionally a control box 28. The drive 12 has a pinion 13 for the toothed belt 21 (not shown) for effecting the opening movement of the door. In the FIG. 1 a) given dimensions, for example, a = 3000 mm and b = 190 mm can be selected, that is, the suspension structure is suitable for large doors, but requires the above arranged suspension area little height.

FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section through such a construction, wherein the two sliding doors are shown simultaneously in the closed state. In this figure, it can be seen in particular that the first running rail 7 and the second running rail 8 are arranged differently. The second running rail 8, which serves only for supporting the rear suspension, is arranged parallel to the stationary surrounding wall 29 and behind it. In contrast, the first track 7 is arranged obliquely, to some extent the front end in the closing direction of this first track 7 is formed equally far behind the front plane formed by the stationary wall 29, and the rear end of this first track 7 behind the second track 8 This means that the front carriage 9 is successively displaced linearly backwards during the opening process. Furthermore, the position of the toothed belt 21 can be seen in this cooking position. This toothed belt 21 is guided between the pinion 13 and a guide roller 22 and engages the driver 16. The toothed belt 21 is arranged, as it were, behind the second running rail 8 and behind the guide rail 20.

In addition, in this FIG. 2 be recognized that the guide rail 20 is formed linearly in the rear direction in the closing direction, and curved in the foremost region. The curvature encompasses, so to speak, the foremost position of the rear carriage.

In FIG. 3 are now the individual positions of the door 1, which in FIG. 2 shown on the right side, easily recognizable due to the omission of the suspension. In this case, six different positions, which are traversed in the opening of the door 1, shown side by side. In the closed position P1, the door 1 is arranged flush with the surrounding wall 29 and completely embedded in the door opening. In the initial phase of the opening, the door is first moved to the rear suspension in a position P2 to the rear and not yet moved laterally. After this lateral offset is completed and to some extent the trailing edge has been released, the door 1 shifts laterally (ie in FIG. 2 to the right) and, since the first guide rail 7 obliquely is arranged assumes a position parallel to the stationary wall 29 in the fully open state P3. In the open state P3, the door 1 is arranged completely behind the wall 29 and thus completely releases the door opening.

FIG. 4 shows the analog positions as in FIG. 3 for the left of in FIG. 2 shown doors, but in this case, the suspension is also shown. The crucial section shown with A is in FIG. 5 shown. The complex movement of the overall construction is now on hand of the FIGS. 4 and 5 be explained.

The displacement element 15 has a lever arm 31, at one end of the driver 16 is arranged, and the other end is formed substantially by the axis of rotation 18. Substantially at right angles to this lever arm 31, the displacement element 15 has a pivot arm 32, at one end of the rear support member 5 and equally disposed in the guide roller 17 and at the other end is also formed substantially by the axis of rotation 18. Typically, the lever arm 31 has a length (distance between the centers of 18 and 16) in the range of 50-500 mm, specifically, in the example, a value in the range of 105 mm was used. The pivoting arm 32 typically has a length (distance between the centers 18 and 17) in the range of 50-500 mm, in concrete example, a value in the range of 80 mm was used. The displacement element 15 is a metal plate, for example, a thickness in the range of 10 - 100 mm.

The guide rail 20 has a longitudinal section 35, which runs parallel to the second running rail 8. The guide rail is in the closing direction in a curved portion 34, and is arranged in the end region perpendicular to the plane of the wall 29 in a lateral region 33. In this guide rail, the guide roller 17 runs, and this guide roller 17 ensures that the displacement element 15 in the first phase of the opening when triggered via the driver 16 first performs the pivoting movement (offset) and only then the sliding movement.

In the closed position P1, the displacement element 15 is in the in FIG. 5 maximally tilted to the right position. Is now on the timing belt 21 on the driver 16 in FIG. 5 a force applied to the left, so the displacement element 15 can first perform only a tilting movement in the counterclockwise direction due to guided in the guide rail in the lateral region 33 guide roller 17. Accordingly, the displacement element 15 initially moves from the closed position p1 to an intermediate position p2, during which movement a rotation takes place about the axis 18 and at the same time the door 1 is displaced laterally at the trailing edge (in FIG FIG. 5 up). The guide roller 17 passes through the curved portion 34 of the guide rail 20, wherein successively added to the lateral movement of a sliding movement. Once the guide roller 17 has passed through the curved portion 34 of the guide rail 20, the rotational movement of the displacement element 15 is completed counterclockwise (position p3) and further train on the driver 16 now only leads to a lateral displacement of the displacement element 15 and thus the door attached thereto 1.
