  • the temperature dependence of the stress in the Co-Fe system alloy of the present invention is as small as about 0.5 MPa/°C, which is about one-tenth of the Ti-Ni system alloy. Therefore, it is suitable to utilize over wide temperature ranges from below room temperature to high temperatures. Further, the intensity of magnetization was large even at 200°C since the Curie temperature was very high.
  • the Co-based alloy with a high elastic deformation capability was given by adding an appropriate amount of one or more members selected from Fe, Ni, and Mn and controlling the level of production of the ⁇ -phase.
