Claims (19)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Wandbauplatte (26), umfassend:
    (a) Bereitstellen einer unfertigen Länge von der Wandbauplatte (26), die entlang ihrer Längskanten eine Vertiefung aufweist, indem sie auf einem Förderband in einer erste Richtung transportiert wird;
    (b) Bilden einer Mehrzahl von Vertiefungen in einer ersten Fläche der Wandbauplatte (26) durch den Schritt des stufenweisen Komprimierens der Wandbauplatte (26), einer seitlichen Vertiefung an jeder Seitenkante der unfertigen Länge und zumindest einer Vertiefung zwischen, parallel zu und zu den Seitenkanten mit Abstand versetzt, wenn die Wandbauplatte (26) in die Richtung im Allgemeinen parallel zur Vertiefung transportiert wird; und
    (c) Schneiden der unfertigen Länge an Wandbauplatte (26) an der zumindest einen den Abstand bildenden seitlichen Vertiefung, um eine Mehrzahl von fertigen Längen an Wandbauplatte (26) zu bilden, so dass jede fertige Länge an Wandbauplatte (26) entlang aller vier Kanten der ersten Fläche vertiefte Kanten aufweist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend den Schritt des Auswählens einer Vorrichtung zum Bilden der Vertiefung aus einer Mehrzahl von Einrichtungen zum Bilden der Vertiefung und des Positionierens der Vertiefungsbildungsvorrichtung an der gewünschten Position der Vertiefungen.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Schritt des Auswählens einer Vorrichtung zum Bilden der Vertiefung aus einer Mehrzahl von Vorrichtungen zum Bilden der Vertiefung ferner den Schritt des Senkens der Vertiefungsbildungsvorrichtung, um die Wandbauplatte (26) an der gewünschten Position der Vertiefung zu kontaktieren, umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Vorrichtung in der Lage ist, mehrere Vertiefungen gleichzeitig zu bilden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei eine Mehrzahl von fertigen Längen an Wandbauplatte (26) aus einer einzelnen unfertigen Länge an Wandbauplatte (26) produziert wird.
  6. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Wandbauplatte (26), umfassend:
    (a) Bereitstellen einer fertigen Wandbauplattenlänge, die entlang ihrer Längskanten eine Vertiefung aufweist, indem sie auf einem Förderband in einer erste Richtung transportiert wird;
    (b) Bilden einer Mehrzahl von Vertiefungen in einer ersten Fläche der Wandbauplatte (26), wobei eine seitliche Vertiefung an jeder Seitenkante der Wandbauplatte (26) gebildet wird, und wobei zumindest eine Vertiefung zwischen, parallel zu und zu den Seitenkanten mit Abstand versetzt gebildet wird, wobei die Vertiefungen gebildet werden, indem die unfertige Länge an Wandbauplatte (26) durch eine Vertiefungsbildungsvorrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Pressen transportiert wird, wobei zumindest eine Vertiefungsbildungsvorrichtung an jeder Seitenkante der Wandbauplatte (26) und zumindest eine zwischen, parallel zu und zu den Pressen versetzt entsprechend der Seitenkanten der Wandbauplatte (26) positioniert ist, wobei jede Presse eine obere und eine untere Pressenanordnung (22, 24) aufweist:
    i. wobei die obere Anordnung eine Endlosschleife mit einer Außenfläche umfasst, die um die obere Pressenanordnung (22) drehbar ist, und wobei die untere Pressenanordnung (24) eine Endlosschleife mit einer Außenfläche umfasst, die um die untere Anordnung drehbar ist,
    ii. wobei die oberen und unteren Pressenanordnungen (22, 24) einander gegenüberliegend positioniert sind,
    iii. wobei sich ein Spalt zwischen den Außenflächen der Schleifen der oberen und unteren Pressenanordnungen (22, 24) von einer ersten Distanz an einem ersten Ende der Pressenanordnung (22) zu einer zweiten, näheren Distanz stufenweise verjüngt;
    wobei die Pressen derart positioniert sind, dass sie mit einer Längsvorderkante der unfertigen Länge von der Wandbauplatte (26) in Eingriff gelangen, wenn die unfertige Länge in den Spalt eintritt, und die Verjüngung des Spalts eine stufenweise Kompression der unfertigen Länge bewirkt, wenn die unfertige Länge den Spalt durchläuft.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, ferner umfassend den Schritt des Schneidens der unfertigen Länge von der Wandbauplatte (26) an der zumindest einen versetzten Vertiefung, um eine Mehrzahl von fertigen Längen an Wandbauplatte (26) zu bilden, so dass jede fertige Länge von der Wandbauplatte (26) entlang aller vier Kanten der ersten Fläche vertiefte Kanten aufweist.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die obere Anordnung von einer ersten Position entfernt von der Wandbauplatte (26) und einer zweiten Position in Kontakt mit der Wandbauplatte (26) bewegbar ist, und wobei das Verfahren ferner den Schritt des Auswählens und Bewegens jener oberen Anordnungen, die zur Produktion der Vertiefungen an den gewünschten Position erforderlich sind, in die zweite Position umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei die Anzahl von zu bildenden Vertiefungen drei ist, eine an jeder Seitenkante und eine an einer Position zwischen, parallel zu und im Abstand zu den Seitenkanten versetzt.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei die Vertiefungsbildungsvorrichtung zumindest drei ortsfeste Pressen aufweist, wobei zwei auf der Vorrichtung positioniert sind, um jeder Seitenkante der Wandbauplatte (26) zu entsprechen, und wobei eine Anzahl von Pressen positioniert ist, um den verschiedenen, zu produzierenden Längen von der Wandbauplatte (26) zu entsprechen.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei die Vertiefungsbildungsvorrichtung zumindest drei positionierbare Pressen aufweist, wobei zwei in der Lage sind, auf der Vorrichtung entsprechend jeder der Seitenkanten der Wandbauplatte (26) positioniert zu werden, und wobei eine Anzahl von Pressen in der Lage ist, entsprechend der verschiedenen, zu produzierenden Längen an Wandbauplatte (26) positioniert zu werden, und wobei das Verfahren ferner den Schritt des Positionierens der Pressen oder der erforderlichen Anzahl von Pressen an den Positionen entsprechend den Positionen der gewünschten Vertiefungen in der Wandbauplatte (26) umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Vertiefungen in einer unfertigen Länge von der Wandbauplatte (26), wobei die Vorrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Pressen in einem beabstandeten, parallelen Verhältnis umfasst, und jede obere und untere Pressenanordnungen umfasst:
    a) wobei die obere Anordnung eine Endlosschleife mit einer Außenfläche umfasst, die um die obere Pressenanordnung (22) drehbar ist, und wobei die untere Pressenanordnung (24) eine Endlosschleife mit einer Außenfläche umfasst, die um die untere Anordnung drehbar ist,
    b) wobei die oberen und unteren Pressenanordnungen (22, 24) einander gegenüberliegend positioniert sind,
    c) wobei sich ein Spalt zwischen den Außenflächen der Schleifen der oberen und unteren Pressenanordnungen von einer ersten Distanz an einem ersten Ende der Pressenanordnung zu einer zweiten, näheren Distanz stufenweise verjüngt;
    d) wobei in Gebrauch zumindest drei Pressen entsprechend den beiden seitlichen Vertiefungen entlang der Seitenkanten einer Länge an Wandbauplatte (26) plus einer Anzahl von Vertiefungen, die im Allgemeinen parallel zu und von den Seitenkanten versetzt zu bilden sind, derart positioniert sind, so dass sie mit einer Längsvorderkante einer unfertigen Länge an Wandbauplatte (26) in Eingriff gelangen, wenn die unfertige Länge in den Spalt eintritt, und wobei die Verjüngung des Spalts eine stufenweise Kompression der unfertigen Länge bewirkt, wenn die unfertige Länge den Spalt durchläuft.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, umfassend drei Pressenanordnungen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei die Beabstandung der Pressen fix ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei zumindest eine Presse auf dem Trägersystem an den verschiedenen erforderlichen Positionen positionierbar ist, so dass die Vertiefung, die von der zumindest einen Presse zu bilden ist, und rechtwinklig zu jeder gewünschten Position entlang der Längskante der Wandbauplatte (26) gebildet werden kann.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei alle Pressen auf dem Trägersystem an den verschiedenen erforderlichen Positionen positionierbar sind.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem oder den Ansprüchen 12 bis 16, wobei jede obere Anordnung von einer ersten Position, an der sie von dem Punkt, an dem sie mit einer unfertigen Länge von der Wandbauplatte (26) in der Spalte in Eingriff gelangt, entfernt ist, in eine zweite Position bewegbar ist, an der sie mit einer Vertiefung der gewünschten Tiefe in einer Oberfläche einer Länge von der Wandbaublatte (26), die den Spalt durchläuft, in Kontakt steht und in der Lage ist, diese zu bilden.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, wobei die Länge des Spalts zumindest 0,15 Meter beträgt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 18, ferner umfassend Mittel zum physischen Kontaktieren der Wandbauplatte, um Veränderungen in der Dicke der zu verarbeitenden Wandbauplatte (26) zu detektieren, und das Einstellen der Position der oberen Anordnung, um eine konsistente Vertiefungstiefe zu gewährleisten.
