Definitions

  • the invention relates to a coupling for a winding shaft of a roller blind with an axis and a relative to the axis rotatable and displaceable due to its relative rotation to the axis by means of a cooperating with a switching pin linkage coupling element. Furthermore, the invention relates to a Springrollo with such a coupling.
  • the user now pulls again in the unwinding on the curtain by a predetermined amount (usually corresponding to a 120 ° rotation of the winding shaft). This opens the clutch. If the user now lets go of the curtain, the winding shaft is turned back in the winding direction due to the spring preload until the curtain is completely wound up. Of course, it is also possible that the user holds the curtain and let him wound wound up. This is especially the case when the user does not want to fully open the blind. If the curtain reaches the desired position, the pulls User by a certain amount in the closing direction on the curtain, then let him go. The clutch engages again and locks the winding shaft.
  • a predetermined amount usually corresponding to a 120 ° rotation of the winding shaft.
  • the clutch after the EP 0 356 403 B1 has a fixed axis on which the winding shaft is rotatably mounted.
  • a socket With the winding shaft, a socket is connected, which in turn receives a sleeve.
  • the socket is associated with a switching pin which cooperates with a link in the socket.
  • This backdrop represents a closed curved path, so that, depending on the angular rotation of the sleeve relative to the sleeve, the sleeve is displaced in the axial direction.
  • saw teeth get into or out of engagement with saw teeth on a complementary coupling element, which in turn is rotatably connected to the axis.
  • the winding shaft can rotate relative to the axis, with a positive locking is given only in one direction.
  • the clutch can be switched exactly to lock or release the winding shaft for opening and closing the blind reliably according to the pitch of the saw teeth.
  • the invention is based on the problem, a coupling or a Springrollo of the type mentioned in such a way that the number of parts and thus the manufacturing costs are reduced.
  • the coupling according to the invention is characterized in that two opposing scenes are provided, which cooperate with the switching pin and switches between which the switching pin back and forth.
  • the switching pin acts when engaging the clutch with one of the scenes and when disengaging the clutch with the opposite link together.
  • the coupling requires only the rotatable and displaceable to the axis Coupling element with the backdrop and the switching pin and the gate, wherein the switching pin of the axis or the coupling element or vice versa may be assigned to the backdrop of the axis or the coupling element.
  • the scenes are provided according to a structural embodiment of the invention with a ramp which cause the switching of the switching pin.
  • the scenes are V-shaped, wherein one of the legs of the scenes is associated with the ramp.
  • the coupling element is a rotatable and displaceable sleeve on the axis.
  • the backdrop should be assigned to the coupling element.
  • a particularly simple structural design of the coupling results in that the switching pin is displaceably guided in a bore extending radially therethrough in the radial direction of the axis. The switching of the switching pin between the scenes is then most easily effected by displacement in its longitudinal direction, ie in the radial direction of the axis.
  • the coupling has a fixed bearing 10 by means of a screw 11 firmly screwed and in turn unverwindbare axis 12.
  • the axis 12 has a bore (transverse bore) 13, which is guided transversely therethrough in its radial direction, in which a switching pin 14 is guided.
  • the diameter of the axis 12 and thus the length of the transverse bore 13 is slightly smaller than the length of the switching pin 14, so that the switching pin 14 projects beyond the transverse bore 13 in any case.
  • a sleeve 15 is rotatable relative to the axis 12 and slidably guided on it.
  • This sleeve 15 consists of two half shells 16 and 17, which are held by a spring ring 18.
  • the half shells 16, 17 each have a recess 19 on their outer circumference, which receive the spring ring 18.
  • one of the half-shells 17 is provided with lugs 20 which are received in complementary bores (not shown) on the other half-shell 16 and thereby provide for a positioning of the two half-shells 16, 17 to each other.
  • a sleeve 21 is rotatably mounted, which in turn is rotatably connected to the winding shaft, not shown. But the socket 21 can also be an integral part of the winding shaft itself.
  • the half shells 16, 17 and thus the sleeve 15 are provided with saw teeth 22. Inside the socket 21 are, in Fig. 1 shown in phantom, complementary saw teeth 23 provided. By means of the saw teeth 22, 23 form the sleeve 15 and the sleeve 21 complementary coupling elements which block a rotational movement of the sleeve 21 and thus the winding shaft in the engaged state and release in the disengaged state.
  • the sleeve 15 is displaced in the axial direction of the axis 12 on this. This is done by a slight rotation of the sleeve 15 on the axis 12.
  • V-shaped scenes 24, 25 are provided both in the half-shell 16 and in the half shell, which cooperate with the switching pin 14.
  • the vertexes of the V-shaped scenes 24, 25 are directed in the same direction seen in the circumferential direction.
  • Both V-shaped scenes 24, 25 form arrowheads in the same direction.
  • Fig. 2 shows the half-shell 17 with the backdrop 25, illustrates.
  • One of the legs 26 has a constant depth, which corresponds to at least the difference of the length of the switching pin 14 and the length of the bore 13 (corresponding to the diameter of the axis 12).
  • the other leg 27 is formed like a ramp, such that the base 28 of this leg 27, starting from its apex with the leg 26, continuously increases towards its free end 29 down to the depth 0.
  • the gate 25 of the saw teeth 22 facing away from leg 27 decreases in depth from its ramp.
  • Fig. 3 shows the clutch in the engaged state.
  • the sleeve 15 is shown in the illustration Fig. 3a in its very left position, in which the sleeve 15 abuts the bearing 10.
  • the saw teeth 22 of the sleeve 15 are in engagement with the saw teeth 23 of the socket 21.
  • the switching pin 14 is within the transverse bore 13 due to the ramp-like base 28 of the link 25 in the illustration according to Fig. 3b moved to the right in the scenery 24 of the half-shell 16. If the winding shaft and with it the sleeve 21 now further rotated relative to the axis 12, and the sleeve 15 rotates with the sleeve 21, since the saw teeth 22, 23 are still engaged.
  • the switching pin 14 slides within the gate 24 of the half shell 16, specifically in the leg facing away from the bearing 10 of the slide 24 with a constant depth to the vertex ( Fig. 4 ).
  • the angle of rotation about which the winding shaft and with it the sleeve 21 must be rotated to the sleeve 15 of the in Fig. 3 shown position in the Fig. 4 to bring shown position corresponds to concrete 120 °.
  • the saw teeth 22, 23 are no longer in engagement with each other and the sleeve 21 can rotate freely relative to the axis 12. If the user now lets go of the curtain, the curtain is wound onto the winding shaft due to its preload. In this case, the winding shaft and thus the sleeve 21 rotates in the opposite direction, as when moving the sleeve 15 from the position according to Fig. 3 in the position according to Fig. 4 , Due to the spring ring 18, however, there is still a certain frictional engagement between the sleeve 15 and the sleeve 21, so that the sleeve 15 follows the sleeve 21 in its rotational movement.
  • the sleeve 15 is thereby entrained by frictional engagement due to the spring ring 18 with the sleeve 21, so that the switching pin 14 slides along in the leg 26 of the link 25 in the half-shell 17.
  • the sleeve 15 is thereby displaced in the direction of the bearing 10.
  • the sleeve 15 rotates while with the socket 21 until the switch pin 14 has reached the apex of the slide 25 in the half-shell 17 ( Fig. 7 ).
  • the winding shaft rotates and with it the bushing 21 again in the winding direction due to the spring preload.
  • the sleeve 15 is taken along with the sleeve 21 due to the frictional engagement of the spring ring 18.
  • the switching pin 14 now enters the other, ramp-like leg 27 of the gate 25 in the half-shell 17 ( Figure 8 ) and slides in this leg 27 up to its end 29, wherein he due to the ramp-like base 28 again in the leftmost position according to Fig. 9b is moved.
  • the sleeve 15 is thereby again in the illustration according to Fig. 9a completely shifted to the left until it strikes the bearing 10.
  • the saw teeth 23, 24 are now again in engagement with each other and the rotational movement of the sleeve 15 relative to the axis 12 and thus the rotational movement of the winding shaft are blocked.
  • the curtain remains in the position set by the user.
