  • the die (12') is fabricated in roller shape and servo moter linking to jig (10') and table (60) riding back and forth on the primary guardrail (62) with the jig (10) on board, and by attaching the supporter (64) on one side of the aforementioned table (60), a transporting table (66) moving back and forth via load rod (66a) and the head unit (H) riding up and down on the secondary guardrail installed on the sides of the aforementioned transporting table (66) is formed.

  • the head unit (H) has sub roller (320) and main roller (330) that is each able to rotate on its pivot and support, the sub roller (320) conducts slight pressure when adhering the tape onto the case (C), the main roller (330) conducts heavy pressure when adhering the tape, preventing rising or distorting conditions.

Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de rubanage qui assure le collage de ruban de recouvrement à la limite de la peinture multicolore sur le boîtier à l'aide d'une unité de tête. Ce produit se caractérise en ce qu'il contient: la filière (12) qui assure le chargement dudit boîtier (C) et de part et d'autre, le gabarit (10) qui est équipé de la barre de détecteur (14) et la barre de capteur (16) avec des premier et deuxième détecteurs (14a)(14a')(16a)(16a'); la table variable (20)(20') avec l'extérieur du premier rail de guidage (10') sur un groupe qui est situé dans le voisinage de l'extérieur dudit gabarit (10) et ils sont maintenus en position avec la tige de transport (22) et le dispositif variable par le transfert avec une réciprocité organique et maintenu serré par un dispositif de serrage; la table additionnelle (30) qui a suivi le deuxième rail de guidage (33) dans le premier rail de guidage (24) de ladite table variable (20)(20') pour le transfert direct; et la table de transfert (40) montée sur le deuxième rail de guidage (33) de ladite table additionnelle qui est chargée de l'unité de tête (H) qui la déplace de haut en bas sur la tige de chargement (48a) et les premier et deuxième capteurs (44) (46) à l'avant. Ainsi, l'automatisation d'une installation de rubanage de fonctionnement manuel existante pour la pose de ruban de recouvrement sur les limites de boîtier peint en plusieurs couleurs par le dispositif de rubanage permet d'augmenter la production et de réduire le coût de main d'oeuvre. Cela entraîne une réduction de coût unitaire et permet donc une meilleure compétitivité sur le marché.
