Abstract

Eine Waschmaschine (11) ist mittels einer speziellen Steuerung (26) und einem Leitwertsensor (24) im Laugenbehälter (17) dazu ausgebildet, einen Wasserpegel (25) zu erkennen bzw. zu erkennen, ob ein bestimmter Wasserpegel (25) über- oder unterschritten wird. So kann die Steuerung (26) beispielsweise einen Betrieb der Pumpe (20) steuern, ebenso wie die Zugabe von Frischwasser zur Beseitigung von zuviel Schaum im Laugenbehälter (17) oder auch in der Trommel (13). Es kann auch die Trommel (13) gestoppt werden zum Abfließen von störendem Schaum.
